- Gwendolyn (8/5): How we felt - The breakfast, the gym, and the room. On Nov 9th I stayed. I got there a lil after 5pm the lady that checked me in had an attitude air about her and was snippy and rude to the 3 children aged 11 to 13 I brought. She was a lil rude hovering and short natured about everything not exactly the best customer satisfaction hospitality. But the night shift guy and the woman in the morning were 👏 amazing! That woman that was there when I checked in also told my girls they couldn't use a card to buy stuff from the lobby and I know thats not true at that hotel. However everyone else was great 👍 and its an amazing hotel.

The pool connects the inside and outside. There was alot of lounge area upstairs and down around the pool. I really enjoyed the room the way it was detup it was almost like and apartment the room also had a balcony that you could hang out on if you needed to step out and have a smoke or just hang out. Theres not relaly much to look at sround the area. It definitely felt safe. The room was clean. The guy at the front counter was very nice. Im not sure of his name but he was very nice abd friendly. Plan to stay here any other time im in the area

- Ada L (4/5): - TV never worked. Refrigerator did not work, had to change it out. Bathroom not completely clean. Lip stick all over tissues and containment area for tissues in bathroom. Asked for tissues and toilet paper, was told to just hang sign outside of the door. We stated how would they know what we want by doing this and stated we would come to the desk to pick it up. Asked for manager repeatedly and asked for a call. Said he would not be back until the 16th. Manager has not responded as of July 24, 2025. Employee, Elliott, was helpful and responsive. Also, the older lady on the desk.

- Delita (10/5): SureStay on Highway 82 here we come - Everything about our stay at this location in Greenwood, Mississippi was great. The young man that was at the front desk for overnight Travaris Holmes was very nice, the morning person (female) I can't say the same. Not really approachable, never smiled and greeted certain guest. Housekeeping employees were excellent and a pleasure to work with along with the hotel engineer and let me not forget the ladies in the breakfast area. My husband and I visit Itta Bena, Ms twice a year and have stay at the other hotels in the area before we decided to try SURESTAY. It's been a great experience.

Since I had children with me, I needed two beds. When I went back to switch to the correct room, the receptionist seemed irritated. Despite this, the hotel was clean, and I had a good night’s sleep.

The concierge and breakfast attendants were very polite and professional. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. The bathroom floor just needed a little more attention with cleaning, but other than that I have no issues with this establishment. There's nothing to dislike.

- 638bunnyb (10/5): The Best Place to Stay in Greenwood, Mississippi 🥰 - Top notch place! From the time we checked in, the staff was very accommodating. Very clean. It was a suite type room. Great tv and the bed was so comfortable. We had 2 doors. One came in from the parking area and the other one lead right to the beautiful lobby, breakfast area and pool. You won't believe the pool. Like I say everything was top notch. Hot breakfast with a huge variety to choose from. Staff right there to help. And she was a sweetheart. I recommend this place for a little getaway from time to time. Just a wonderful stay!!

- Rekeshea (1/5): Horrible - Nothing. You can hear next door neighbors having sex. Thin walls. Dingy towels that were overused. Lumpy bedding. Breakfast was old. Gravy watery and hash browns cold. Staff eating off the bar.

- Ramiyah (8/5): - The hotel room overall was nice its was lowkey like a air bnb with the kitchen area but I do have a few complaints the toilet flushing was loud and the sink in the bathroom water was loud and there was ants on the side tables of the bed (I found that out the hard way). The hotel overall was nice but they do need to figure out the ant problem.

- Cliff (10/5): We’ll run clean hotel! - Excellent. From the outside does not look like much but it’s clean. The breakfast was good and the eating area was clean and orderly. They are pet friendly which is a plus. It’s a well run clean place. And did I mention it’s quiet?

- lawrencef538 (2/5): Worst dump I've ever stayed at! - Not many choices in Greenwood, MS. This should be your last choice. The room smelled and could have been cleaner. The front desk clerk was rude. I checked out a day early and was charged a $110 cancellation fee. I mentioned that I wasn't feeling well to explain my early departure. Still charged the fee. Stay away from this place.
- Jannette (10/5): - My first time here in the property since it’s been renovated. I enjoyed my stay ( 1 night) for business. I enjoyed the dual access (from the hall and from the parking lot). I’m older and need the ability to easily transport my luggage to and from the car. The check in was flawless and I rested well in my clean and comfortable room. I booked it for this week again and will probably stay throughout my contract period which ends in April.

The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of traveling. Breakfast at the hotel was with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from
