• Elizabeth (10/5): - We up in Bishop to Fish the Trout opener 2026. Great location. Rooms were clean and large. Fish cleaning station was very useful. Jacuzzi was perfect after a long day being out in the snow fishing. Breakfast or coffee could have been available earlier in the morning based on the opener but overall is was a great stay! And front desk was very friendly. I bet if I asked they would have had coffee available!

• Brenda (5/5): Definitely staying somewhere else next time. - Was ok. No elevator. Not asked what level to stay on. As someone with bad hips and back was very hard having to climb stairs to a second floor with no option. Was told 2nd floor only, and zero elevator.

Rooms somewhat newer and OK, service lacking. - Size of the room and that they take dogs Apparently, one of the counter persons didn't show up so I stood in line with everyone else for probably 30 or 40 minutes to check-in. The guy at the counter was doing what he could but he kept answering the phone. He would tell everyone that he was the only one there and ask for a call-back number but the callers would always suck him into a longer conversation which took way too long. He needed to be more stern and end those calls but clearly, they needed another person at the counter. Our reservation was for a king bed since it was my wife and I. What we got were two queen beds but I had no desire to go back to the front office and try to push a trade. We walked to dinner some time later. Going a coming I could see there was still a long line in the office.

When I asked for a new one, I was told that they didn’t have one. How is that possible? The toilet did not flush properly. Again how could the daily maid not see that if they are cleaning it?

• Ann (1/5): We didn’t stay and never will again. The clerk clearly didn’t have a clue what he was doing on the computer. Complete - The staff at the front desk charged our credit card even though it had already been paid through Booking.com and then refused to clear the charge. It was clearly their responsibility to clear up but claimed they couldn’t reach Booking.com and said it was our problem. They also charged us $50 deposit for our pet instead of the advertised fee of $30. They then told us to leave their property and called other motels in the area and blacklisted us from staying in other motels. The staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional and refused to allow us to talk to the manager.

The rooms were clean and comfy. Great breakfast included which fills up the teens on the way out. Across the road from great food options. Highly recommend the Chinese Restaurant for dinner. Fish cleaning station on site. Gas grill. Full hot Breakfast Over Priced and misleading listing because Hot tub was broken during our stay but apparently it is commonly out of service, so we chose this booking and paid extra for no reason. No elevators on property.

We booked a suite, but nobody was available to get our sofa bed ready. There were three sofas were left in the corner together and they are super heavy to move. I called and the Staff said he was not capable to walk upstairs and asked me to go down to the front desk to pick up beddings and pillows if he could find them.
• Shannon (6/5): Not Worth Price - At $250 a night, this hotel was too pricey for what it delivered. Check in service was friendly and parking convenient, but the rooms were run down (cheap bedding, damage to doorframes, shower falling out of the wall). Air conditioner so load it woke us up when's it turned on. No soap at the sink to wash your hands. Coffee maker in the closet (why?) with all the items just dumped in a pile next to it. Pool and hot tub were closed, which was a bummer since I booked the hotel specially because my kid likes to swim. Manager not at all apologetic about the situation. Not what I expect at that price on a weeknight in the off season.

• Kurt (8/5): - Disappointed that I booked a 2 queen bed room and right after I paid Hotels.com, I called the Best Western and they say they had no such room. They gave me a king room with a couch that my friend slept on. This is the second time this has happened with hotels.com. Last year it was Shadow Mountain that did not have to room I booked. So this is common practice with hotels.com that they don’t seem to know what room types are available when they take my reservation and payment?

• Ton (8/5): Very pleasant place. - The king bedroom was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great value! The breakfast was also decent—way more selection than we expected. The location was also very good. Great place! I would definitely stay there again. The walls are very thin. You can hear people talking outside clear as a whistle. There are no elevators.

En el solarium habia mal olor. El piso del estacionamiento estana sucio. El edificio en general era viejo y descuidado

• Shinji (8/5): Well run motel offers a good value - I think it’s well managed motel. Clean, organized, and well run. It’s conveniently located in Bishop. It’s still a typical motel building. I was staying in 1st floor. I can hear a lot of noise from above.
