- Barbara (8/5): - Booked this hotel for a quick overnight and it was the cheapest we could find in the area. Front desk staff was very friendly and our room was extremely clean. The hotel itself is old and shows its age but the lobby/ lounge area has been updated and is nice.

It was a little tricky to find the hotel as it seems like you’re turning into a car wash driveway. We circled the block first and then finally found it. Would definitely stay here again.

At first, I was skeptical about the stay before I made the purchase, because it’s rated a 3-Star hotel online, but I have to tell you that it’s more than a 3-star. I am going to rate it a 4+, because my King Size bedroom was so clean, and looked really nice. The air conditioner kept the room cool. There are a bunch of stores for shopping all around and very good restaurant choices. You’ll love it!

I came an hour before it was over and although I could see other people eating certain things, they were no longer available - no yogurts and one hot station was empty - assuming it was potatoes. This was the deciding factor for me to pay a bit more in order to have a breakfast, hence I was a bit disappointed. I did ask about these and was told that there was no more. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and smelled good :)
- Kailey (6/5): - It’s not bad for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay here multiple nights. The sheets and pillowcases were all stained. There’s no fan in the bathroom so as a result there’s mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are nice; however, for a $200 room, I’d expect the sheets to be clean and not stained. The area around the hotel doesn’t appear to be the most safe. However, for a one night stay it was fine.
- Mary (6/5): - Noisy parking lot, noisy HVAC, had to turn it off, and put us in the room next to the elevator, also noisy. A very large but stark room with no luggage stands, but plenty of room for one or two. Only two bath towels but the desk staff immediately gave me two additional towels. Very nasty looking caulk around the base of the toilet, and no conditioner in the wall dispenser. Poor lighting and the window was sprayed with white paint or something so you couldn’t even check the weather. A nice mattress and pillows. Clean and comfortable but some simple improvements would make it nicer.

- Leslie (8/5): Clean, comfortable & convenient - We spent two nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and had very comfortable beds with four pillows each. Everything worked, with a small fridge and mini microwave. Wifi was adequate. We slept well and enjoyed a free breakfast that was better than most. Free coffee was also available at all times. Parking was easy and adequate. The hotel was close to shopping and the I-86 exit but set far enough back from the road that it was reasonably quiet. We would stay at this hotel again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, but strangely there was no fruit on Sunday morning. Overall a decent stay but I am disappointed in the room type we were given.

They have shampoo and conditioner attached to the tub but body soap is a tiny bar. Makes more sense if they replaced the lotion with liquid soap. Breakfast was decent, they have make your own waffles and eggs and sausages.

The bed was somewhat comfortable. The free breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were very salty. The muffins and bagels were the only things that were good. Maybe buy a different brand of yogurt? It was certainly appealing but it wasn’t very good. There was nothing wrong with the freshness. The pitchers of juices and water that were out were warm. Needs to be refrigerated. It may be nicer (not a necessity) to use real silverware and plates?

- Lianna (4/5): - Great location, but unfortunately it’s very dirty. I honestly wonder who and how often the rooms are cleaned other than the beds. We found spots of blood on our bathroom door and bathroom floor as well as a yellow liquid on top of the toilet. When we asked to be moved the staff did it no problem, but the bathroom in the next room was also pretty dirty. Splotches of gunk on the door and wall that looked like it could have easily been wiped off as well as a lot of brown staining on the bathtub. I wouldn’t stay here again, which is a surprise because my general experience with Comfort Inns has been good.

We chose this place due to proximity to Wilson hospital, and were too worried about our loved one and too exhausted to comment at the time, but would not stay here again.

Comfiest bed, nicest and most helpful staff, and the best breakfast. None of that compares to the tremendous kindness you showed me and my girlfriend on the morning of our checkout. The extra time you allowed us to take this morning was beyond generous, and will make me a customer of yours every time I stay in the Binghamton area. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

There are spots that need a little paint and minor details like that but I was very pleased with the condition of the property, the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness.

- Bones123456789 (4/5): - No personal customer service here. Had to ask for shampoo and TP and bar soap 2nd day. Then i had to get it from front desk later in day, they forgot. No ice machines on any floor except the one on main floor, it was broken all weekend. They ran out of yogurt the 2nd morning at breakfast for the weekend. You can walk to Dunkin and a restaurant -bar. Beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was good, had hot sausages and scrambled eggs apart from other regular items. The AC could have been better but it was not bad. The hotel was quiet and worth what we paid for. Kids running up and down the hall and banging on doors until past 1am.

We were missing a trash can in our room, bedding and pillow cases all had some form of stains on them. The guy at the front desk was nowhere to be found for over a long time (Hispanic guy). I accidentally left a phone charger in my room and was told when I went back to get it, "any phone chargers that are left behind, get thown away. It's not about the cost of it, I felt that it's a basic principle to not toss one[s belonging. ne ow throwing one's dress
