• PHILIP (5/5): The King size bed in room 216 needs to be replaced. It was AWFUL! - The clerk who ran the front desk was friendly, but his process was scattered! He would not accept our Missouri tax-exempt letter because I had booked the room through booking.com. I was there for work as a governmental employee. Also, the hotel's rate, had we booked through the hotel directly, we would have received a better rate, plus no taxes charged. Work with the general public when things like this happen. When I booked the room, not realizing I was using the booking.com site instead of the hotel site, this is very misleading.

• Juanita (7/5): I was very pleased with my stay - location was good for where I was going. nice room, comfortable bed. outside needs to be cleaned more often. We had a problem with the plumbing, but it was taken care of quickly and we were given an extra room to complete getting dressed.

• broro777 (10/5): A Outstanding All Around Hotel. - My wife had stayed here for years with FBLA but we never have together. We missed out. This is a great place. The front staff were amazing. Check In was a breeze. Our room was clean, smelled great, and the BEDs were very comfortable. One of the tell tales for how good a place is for me is how loud and annoying the AC/Heat is. I could barely tell when it turned on. No being awaken by loud knocks or sounds from the HVAC. That makes a huge difference. The indoor pool is wonderful. People were in every day. It is big enough to actually swim some short laps. The stand out item is breakfast. It is a full hot breakfast. Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, French Toast Sticks, Sausage, and hash browns. But then you have cereal , waffles, an assortment of breads, a variety of coffee’s and of course a variety of juices. My wife loved that you could make your own yogurt concoction. There is plenty of parking. We are returning next week for a couple of additional days.

• Audrey (8/5): Good stay just a very disrespectful staff lady - The location the free breakfast the layout The the African American fund this lady was very weird, said they not went to locals, but I stated, but that was not on booking websites, she did not want to hear that. So we had the Call Manager just to be able to say at the hotel. On top of who was locked out of the pool, she lets him then came in 20 minutes later to tell us the pool was locked had a attitude and had to speak to the manager again to stay and pay a hundred dollar deposit me and the desk lady almost got into a ulteration physically that was the only problem we had

• vernonr187 (10/5): Excellent Stay with Good Sleeping and Plenty of Parking - I stayed at the Best Western Plus Capital Inn, on Tuesday November 25 and Wednesday November 26, 2025. I was working in the area, and this is where my company booked me to stay. The Front staff was friendly at Check in and Check out. There is plenty of parking in the Lot with wide spaces. My room had everything I needed, the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. The bed and pillow selection slept well. My room, hallways and everything was clean and smelled fresh, the breakfast is hot, fresh and ready to eat at 6:00 am. I will be staying here again, Thanks for the great stay

The beds are very soft....personal preference is for something much firmer. Breakfast was average at best...hot food was warm at the most during the middle of the serving times.

There were more than enough breakfast options. My phone signal was bad there and worked fine again after I was off property. Requested a late check out and they didn't communicate to the staff so they still came to clean our room before 11am and when told about the late checkout, they responded the staff never tells them and that they were sorry.

• Heather (10/5): - This is our third stay here and really like it. It’s conveniently off the highway for easy on and off access. The beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. We didn’t use the pool this time but enjoyed it previously. We always like the coffee and breakfast options. My boys love the waffles! Only thing I would change is the bed pillows need to be bigger.

• charonw2014 (10/5): A very nice stay as expected. - Front desk would do anything they can to help you. Their goal is clearly to make the customer happy no matter what the request. Rooms are quiet. Ice machine made plenty of ice even though it was a weekend and it seemed hotel was packed. The pool area has both inside and outside sitting areas. The grill has no gas. Breakfast had only 2% milk and we only had sausage (no bacon) for two mornings straight. No fruit for the plain yogurt machine.

Wanted to pay cash but had to charge my card until check out. This made me a little nervous but everything worked out fine. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast had great options for our family. Would stay again if in the area.

Good variety at breakfast- homemade waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, and more. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

My room was clean, orderly, and the air conditioner was freezing cold a super plus! The breakfast was hot, fresh, and very yummy! I would definitely stay again. One huge flaw was all of the outside trash cans were overflowing and had been that way my entire stay.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Maybe for a night, if at all. - This property is old, room was musty and fair at best, and overall feel of the place was dated. Breakfast was OK, jacuzzi had very young kids in it, and TV was disappointing. Would not recommend unless your options are few to none.

We remembered her too because she was incredibly helpful when we had travel issues our first time staying there. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast choices are good and will get you going for the day. We would stay again.

• Adrienne (10/5): Firat time stay - The room was clean for the most part. We found a pacifier and drink lid on the floor just under the bed. Bathroom door was broken and had to be slammed to close. Elevators were down, but since there are only 3 floors, it's really not that bad. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice and helpful, though.

• Ashley (10/5): Trooper Academy Graduation - I can’t even believe this is a best western! It’s 10 times nicer than the holiday inn I stayed in 3 days prior. Staff were so friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. The beds and bedding were so comfy and everything was so clean.

Carpet looked new and was spotless. The entire facility was extremely clean and the breakfast was better than the usual hotel fare.

Had a traveler that had egg allergy so wish eggs weren’t there because some rude guest cross contaminated the whole breakfast line with the eggs and for fear of reaction we avoided breakfast. No one can watch it full time and know no one can control but couldn’t they be made to order or somewhere.
