The check in host was sweating so bad (due to air being off or not working in the lobby) she couldn’t understand the question I had asked. After that I get a call from someone questioning me about other guests showing up or not showing up and wanting payment for non cancellation of rooms. I couldn’t enjoy time with family. It ruined my day.

• Erin (10/5): Was just a little quick getaway everything went well. I would do it again in a minute. - Room who’s great staff was great. We did find a sippy cup under the bed but neither here nor there I was a little concerned at breakfast there really wasn’t a whole lot of seating available so maybe if you could accommodate a little more seating otherwise everything was great. The seating at breakfast didn’t seem like there was enough seating. Several people were standing, had to move out into the lobby.

• Dana (9/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. - Check in process was seamless and the staff was very friendly. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The warm continental breakfast provided many choices, and the lobby area was very nicely appointed. Access on and off the interstate was very convenient. The main complaint would be the lack of nearby dining choices. Only a few were walkable with the majority requiring a drive or delivery.

Well lit parking lot,, I liked the crowd of people they attracted to the hotel, seemed like good people on a budget like us! Seemed safe there, not sure if they had security cameras in parking lot, ,but noticed they did in hall,, good job, the security to doors was good, had to have a key,, Basically it was fitting our budget, clean, safe, that's all we ask for! Breakfast was hit and miss. scrambled eggs good omlet premade not good. biscuit and sausage not good, fruits fresh,, I would stay there again!!

• Ramirez (9/5): - Very clean, good location and very friendly staff. There was 10-12 kids running around the pool area being very loud & disrespecting the facilities. I had asked a few of them to calm down, but received snotty comments from the kids. This made it hard to enjoy the pool and work out room. Parents need to control their kids and teach them manners!!!
• lene777 (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - I would never come here again. I travel a lot and am not high maintenance and usually take reviews with a grain of salt. But this hotel seemed to have high ones which I’m unsure why. I used my rewards night with hotels.com, (never had a problem with this ever) came to check in where they told me the hotels card was declining and they did not have my room. I was told I needed to check with my 3rd party (after showing confirmation email). After a 14 hour drive I was not in the mood for this and went elsewhere as they were not at all accommodating. As I was checking into MyPlace (highly recommend-very hospitable and most comfortable beds) they called me to say everything was ok and I could come back(I did not, and asked them to fix this and they proceeded to yell at me).

• Michelle (10/5): Well worth it compared to competitors nearby!! - I think this Best Western is the best hotel that you will find to get the actual value of the price you pay. The pictures show exactly what you are getting. Its clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is there isn't an elevator but I've heard they will make accommodations for the 1st floor if needed. On our first stay there, I said the water fluctuated during our showers but during this stay we had no issues!

• Michelle (7/5): For the value of the stay it was well worth it, other than the hot water issue - There was a good variety of breakfast foods. The kitchen staff was super helpful! Enjoyed the newer upgrades on the lamps with the built in electrical outlets. The sausage patties are either a horrible brand, or possibly over cooked, but based on my experience with the kitchen staff that is less what it was. When taking a shower the water temperature would change between hot and cold randomly. This change didnt come from any factors in our own room though, for example the the toilet flushing or sink turned on. It would be without any of those happening when it did it.

• Haight (1/5): Poorly built, very dated hotel, marginal - Not much, yes it was close to the interstate, but also right next to a truck stop with 100 diesel's idling all night NO hot water for a shower at all. Water pressure also dropped quickly. Lots of noise. Not all of the noise was due to the hotel, just its surroundings

My room was next to the exit and the outer door was tricky - every time someone came in they had to jiggle the door and that was disrupting.

• Jacob (10/5): - The King Suite had a great space and a wonderful spa tub that my fiancee and I enjoyed. The shower was a bit small and the shower head was not movable.

Breakfast wasn't great (though they did offer hard boiled eggs, which I appreciated), also would have been nice to have dumbbells in the exercise room. Rooms could use some updating (fresh paint, etc)
