• Elisabeth (2/5): Property not as represented no pool no eggs for breakfast staff unhelpful, and surly . - There were no eggs available for breakfast. The front person staff told my husband she would get more. 10 minutes later when I asked her again she said she had no idea they were made somewhere else. This place is a motel, not a hotel next to the best Western it does NOT have a swimming pool on site. The room was clean except for the mold in the bathroom the appointments very dated. The hallways were dirty.

• Kristine (8/5): Bad communication between the front desk and the maid staff. - Breakfast I checked into my room at 3;00 pm but when I went upstairs to my room at 5:00 pm, the room had not been finished by the maid staff. I had to change rooms as by 5:00 pm the maids had gone home for the day.

• Amanda (8/5): - The front counter guy deserves a raise I did not catch his name I had a horrible stay in Anaheim and was going to cancel the room, and he talked to me in to staying and I am so thankful that I did. There wasn't much that I didn't like kind of felt like the rooms were outdated but the bed was way better than what I had had in Anaheim.

• Kenneth (3/5): - Upon check-in, I was met with an unfriendly reception, which made the start of my stay unpleasant. Additionally, the room I was assigned was dirty and clearly needs a full refurbishment.
• Tim (1/5): It sucked- I highly recommend NOT staying at this motel. - We heard breakfast was at six from the lady at the desk the night before. I asked about getting coffee early and she said just ask the lady in the morning- no problem she will make you a pot. In the morning no coffee early and breakfast an hour later than we were told so we left and have no idea what the breakfast was like although we were sorry to have missed it. Broken fridge we had to “live with”. It did not get cold and was completely broken and the lady in the lobby was no help. Also I was hoping to work out before we left but the fitness room was closed so I could not do that either.

• Elaine (7/5): - The room was great, staff was kind and helpful There was an unusual snow storm. We had an upstairs room and the stairs were covered with ICE. The only way to our room was this stairway. After expressing our concerns, nothing was done to clear the ice from the stairs. It was a dangerous ascent and descent to and from our room. Our son gave us some rock salt and we had enough for the top stair...it worked! But the rest of the stairs were ice covered. Perhaps the motel should be prepared for ice removal during the winter season. My husband slipped once but caught himself with the hand rails

• Clark (4/5): - The bed was fairly comfortable The floors were cold. I wish I knew there wouldn't be carpet, I would've brought slippers, but I've never been in a hotel without carpet, so I didn't know. It said we should have a coffee/tea maker in the room, but we didn't. At breakfast, the first day, there was no hot water for tea or cocoa. All the creamers are fake/non-dairy options. There was no half-and-half or cream. The only whole, real food was eggs and sausage, but they were usually cold. The yogurt wasn't even real. Spiders in the room. Could hear everything the room next door said or did. They had a dog, who wasn't noisy, but we could hear the dog walking around, the clicking of its claws, even with the TV on. We needed 2 key cards, but the receptionist could only make one work at a time. On the last day, a different receptionist was working and finally was able to make two cards that actually worked at the same time. We reserved the room with one credit card, but gave them a different one to use at check-in. They ended up charging the wrong card. I believe the same receptionist who couldn't make two key cards work at the same time, probably charged the wrong card too. She probably needs better or more training. Great location. The hot tub was hot, that's always nice. Even though they allow pets, it's not very pretty friendly as there is no where to take your dog potty. It's just a parking lot with islands with light posts, some bushes and wood chips.
