- David (10/5): Very refreshing. - This is an excellent facility! It has a relaxing central square With plenty of shade.. Great laundry facilities, wonderful work out room. Nice restaurant. Though not scheduled we stopped on the way home and stayed again. I would recommend this place and that not something that I take lightly.

- Diana (4/5): Couldn’t ever stay here again - So noisy. When we checked in the man couldn’t find reservation and finally found it. Then we went to pay for it with Discover card and he did it under desk where we couldn’t see. Didn’t like that at all. Then He said it was declined and asked for another card. When I checked the discover wasn’t run so what kind of stuff was he pulling? Heater/air conditioning unit looked dirty and possibly moldy inside.

Rooms were very small with only a couple chairs to sit on beside the bed. Multiple bugs were seen crawling in the bathroom. It was very dated and not the cleanest. I didn’t want to walk without shoes on.

- Michelle (2/5): Stay away from the TL Swiss Clock Inn - This hotel was awful. The bathroom was dirty. Room and hotel very dated. The bed sheets ans pillows were clean, but felt slightly damp. The air-conditioning was adequate. The pool area felt unsafe as there were many random men just sitting around outside the gate watching people. The parking area near the rooms had the same problem. The restaurant was terrible and extremely expensive. We waited 30 minutes for our food even though they were not busy. While our waitress was having her dinner, they noticed we had no food, she came to our table and said it would be out in a minute. She went back to the kitchen, after another 10 minuets, she still had not returned so we left. There was a voucher for breakfast as part of the room reservation at the same restaurant. Truly awful. They asked us how everything was, I explained that the pancakes and french toast were so hard that you couldn't cut them. The eggs and bacon were old, etc..the waitress said she woukd ask the cook to make fresh food. After 15 minutes still nothing, so we left. Luckily we had lots of tacos from The Spot left over from dinner that were fabulous even when cold. The only positive thing.

- Bob (2/5): Pretty Bad…not sure why this place is rated highly - Checked in late after driving all day. My wife and I are full time travelers, so we are pretty use to the ups and downs of road life. We unpack walked into the room and there were no sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Looked around and couldn’t find any sheets so called front desk as we couldn’t make the bed ourselves. They moved us and the second room had two small beds. We ended up paying for a king size bed room and didn’t get what we paid for. In addition we heard groups of people talking most the night out in the parking lot. This hotel is mostly occupied by oil workers and apparently they like to have beers in the parking lot until 2-3 am on a Tuesday. Next morning we talked to the front desk and they didn’t apologize once for the sheets or the downgraded room. So they basically took our money and didn’t offer to make it right by compensating us for the downgraded room difference. Here is my summary. Pros: • The room was a little dated but clean. • Easy access from highway. • Breakfast was really great, it’s the best service at this hotel. Con’s: • Hotel staff really doesn’t care even when they can’t offer basic services like sheets. •Customer service doesn’t exist. I talked to the front desk about our issue the next day and even sent messages to Best Western. They don t respond to anything. • Physical security is an issue, too many groups of men drinking (they were staying at hotel) in the parking lot. Not a place for a family or couples!
- Karen (10/5): This was a fresh oasis to relax in after a long hot drive through the oil and gas fields all day. - Where do I start? Every single thing about this hotel was superb. The comfortable bed, the large room, the extremely clean bathroom, the cold air conditioner.....I could go on and on. The outdoor areas were landscaped beautifully, and the pool area was so relaxing. Not to mention the better than superb breakfast buffets! Home cooking at its best! We will definitely be staying at the Swiss Clock Inn in the future! Not applicable

Host, not so friendly and not so informative to choose one or the other. Overall, if on a budget it would be ok.

There were a thousand black birds of some kind staying in the trees where you park and my windshield and hood got covered with bird droppings!

- stacypF9155JL (6/5): Overpriced for what it is - I had the misfortune of staying the night of Valentine’s Day, and my room was very close to the restaurant. The restaurant was packed so lots of traffic and people noise until late in the night. Also, the birds in the trees that line the road are crazy loud and will wake you up in the morning. I checked in at approx 6pm and was told the birds would quiet down by 9pm. They did, and then started up before 6am. It’s nice that the motel is pet friendly, but the dog walk area was a ridiculously small strip of grass maybe a foot wide that ran down the length of the parking lot next to the fence. If you travel with a dog, walk or drive over to the dog park behind the Best Western. The rooms are outdated (no extra power outlets or USB plugs) and if you stay on a weekend, you’ll need to walk to the Best Western Plus next door for breakfast, which was really good! All in all, the room was clean and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault the restaurant patrons were loud. But the noisy birds and lack of a real dog walk area, along with the outdated room, will make me look elsewhere in the future.

- Lawrence (6/5): Noisy Hotel - Decent hotel but horrible location if you’re in a room close to the freeway! The semi trucks woke me up all night long! Walls are paper thin! Bright side is the free breakfast spread is one of the better ones I’ve seen.

- 401Heidi (6/5): Don’t park under the trees!!!!! - The room was clean, front desk was great. Word of warning though. We were driving cross country, towing a u haul and advised to park very conveniently under the trees by our room. OMG, woke up to something from a horror movie. Every bird, from within a hundred miles, took a poop on our car. People on the rest of our drive were pointing and laughing. Not the hotel’s fault, but those birds!!!!!
- Erica (9/5): Superb - The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was closed but they offered the free breakfast at the Best Western next door. The selection was great! I think the pricing is a bit high for a motel (drive to your room).
