- CarterG_13 (2/5): Great front desk staff, terrible rooms - The front desk staff was great and the lobby was cute, and then we got to the room. The bed in the first room was broken and had sand and trash in it and the room smelled bad. They moved us to a different room which was better. Both rooms were in need of complete renovation and their maintenance crew does a poor job. Parts are hanging off of the shower, painting is worse than amateur, and the entire experience was disappointing. The toilet had black rings in it and we could see daylight under the door that allowed gnats and mosquitoes in. This location does NOT meet the Best Western standard.
- V9423ZQlaural (2/5): Filthy cockroach and toe nail experience ! - We had one night booked on our way to Dollywood from Orlando just to break up our road trip . We ended up leaving and not staying the night … that’s how filthy this room was . Dirt caked in the corners of the floor, dead cockroach , dirty pillows and a shower that did not work… oh and a toe nail ! My daughter cried and said she didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep so we put our suitcases back in the car and booked a marriot , they are always consistently clean.

BUT the bathroom/shower area was nasty. Tile floors sticky and the toilet had to be flushed twice. Toilet height is extremely low. Not suited for us older folks or tall people.

The water in the shower was plumbed backwards; cold left and hot right. The room faced the street and there was a LOT of big truck noise. It was also an adjoining room with a gap under the door and my neighbors were talking very loud until after 1:00 AM.

- DecTraveler (8/5): Comfortable rooms and friendly staff - I stayed in the Best Western for work. I was given a room on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable - it even had a balcony - it just looked over the parking lot, but it was still a novelty to have my own outdoor space. The motel is located on a busy road so it can be a little loud at night, but overall it was fine and I managed to sleep ok. The breakfast consisted of the usual as well as eggs, grits, biscuits, and bagels. They even offered almond milk. The staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in for my colleague. I would stay here again if working in the area.

I've stayed at higher end hotels and Airbnbs, but this Best Western is a great place to stay. Lately, I find no matter where I stay or what we pay, it's noisy. But I got great sleep at the Best Western. Completely quiet. And clean. And friendly. I expected some breakfast bars or cereal for breakfast. Nope. Hot breakfast with some other options. And a pool. I didn't try the pool though. The only thing is there are no usb charging ports, so just bring a plug. No biggie. Clean, safe place to stay.

First we made the mistake of using Expedia 30 minutes before our arrival to book a room for the night. somehow during the checkout process the dates got changed to two weeks ahead and we didn’t realize it until after the booking. We immediately tried to get a refund and could not get one through Expedia or the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and ended up booking again in person. Even though we booked two rooms twice neither Expedia or the hotel would give us a refund for the two nights that were two weeks in advance that were somehow booked by mistake. We put in the correct dates and Expedia at first I’m not sure why they changed during the checkout process. I just can’t believe they wouldn’t refund us the two nights even though we actually ended up staying two nights anyway.

As a note as far as dinner options there are lots of fast food places but sit down are more limited, Cracker Barrel and East something bar and grill or Dennys are your options without going to a different exit.

We had a room that we could park and carry our things into the room.

Room was quiet, and immaculately clean and functional despite some of the obvious signs of aging. I believe the establishment is in the process of remodeling the entire complex a little at a time. Breakfast was out of this world delicious with locally sourced items available like the sausage!

It was so strong, we had a very hard time breathing through it to sleep. Also, guests arguing and yelling until around 3:00AM.
- Penelope (10/5): - Room was clean and had a homey he’l feel. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great! Full breakfast with eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, cereals and fresh fruits.
- Michelle (10/5): Absolutely will stay again - Excellent from the moment we arrived. Greeted with a smile. She told us she just made a fresh pot of coffee. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our fridge and microwave were nice size. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was very nice with a nice variety. Staff at breakfast made sure everything was always full. They made you feel like family

- Sherri (8/5): - The Lobby was recently renovated and was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms felt like they needed some attention. The bathtub faucet was broken and dripped. The sink dripped. The bathtub/shower had sloping sides and not easy to stand in it. ice machine was old and did not have the appearance that you wanted to get ice from it and was not in a convenient place. Parking was not great.
- M6183AThannahs (10/5): The best all the way around - Very clean! Staff were very friendly. We go to Cordele twice a year and we will only stay here from now on. Property very well maintained. Slyndell (hope i spelled it right) that works in the breakfast area, is a wonderful person that makes you feel right at home. Thank you guys for an awesome experience, see you soon !

- sandra (10/5): - When you walk in you're greeted by a very nice worker. She answered all my questions about my dog and where the dog park was. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. I will definitely be staying here again on my trip back to Michigan.
- tbov23 (4/5): Staff was friendly, but... - Let me start off by saying that all the staff were friendly and very accommodating, but that's where it ends. The rooms are in dire need of updating and leaking sink and shower faucets and carpets need replacing. Cordele is also not a great place. some guests were shooting of fireworks at night time as well. The 2 stars I gave were for the employees
- Gwen (8/5): - Normally, we are very pleased with our stay. However, after returning from an event and not finding adequate parking was not good. There were several spaces we could have parked IF the other residents had parked correctly and not taken two parking spaces. Parking in the very back for a room in the very front of the property was not a good feeling.
- george (4/5): $110+ room no ice on property. - Ice machines not working. This is not a $100+ hotel room!

- Jesus (10/5): - The beds were more like Full size beds, but they were clean, comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The rest of the room was clean, as well as the bathroom. The hot water was plentiful and the a/c was cold. The coffee was hot and strong, not watered down and breakfast was excellent! Our first time stay at this Best Western for an overnight stop after a long day of driving was perfect! Thank you!!!
- L100DGcarlosc (10/5): Stay here! - My family and I have stayed at this property previously, but we were initially not able to book it. After a complete disaster at a different property, we contacted Ms. Becky, who was able to get us accommodated quickly and smoothly. From our time of arrival to our departure (two nights) we NEVER encountered any staff member who was not professional and accommodating. We had over 20 rooms. The hot breakfast is a do not miss. The leadership at this property is training their staff well. Stay HERE!

- Frankie Elaine (6/5): - The breakfast hostess is superb. She has a bright personality welcoming, warm, friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping crew were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, roomy, comfortable and quiet. I had the worst check-in process since visiting this property in the past years. The receptionist was not understanding and displayed a very rigid personality and stance. We were finally able to agree on an acceptable solution. I had previously, on multiple occasions, spoken with someone who each time confirmed my dates. Someone, however, after my last conversation with the front desk made a drastic change in my check-in date which caused a cascade of problems and tension. After the situation was corrected satisfactorily, communications with front desk staff improved and from that point forward interactions were positive. Other receptionists on evening shifts were welcoming and friendly.
