Verified traveler (6/5): Don’t stay here if it’s raining. - There was a lot of rain prior to and during the night of my stay. I recommend they not put guests on the ground floor, during those conditions, and or, have dehumidifiers in the rooms. I woke up to a mildew smelling room and a cough from the damp conditions.

Keith (8/5): Mostly Really Good - Hotel was excellent. Location solid, room was big and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tons of food options close by, the BBQ restaurant within walking distance, Creekside, was very good. Free breakfast was outstanding. The coffee machine had a number of options and the yogurt machine was a nice touch. Property was slightly run down, but nicely maintained. Only three downsides were no laundry room (we were on a baseball trip and needed to clean uniforms), no one ever cleaned my room during our stay (which I hate; just make my bed, run a vaccuum, and give me new towels and I am good), and the TV was very difficult to operate
LEE (2/5): No sleep and no breakfast! - We checked in fine. Went to Our room. It was fine. Noticed we didn’t have enough towels and wash cloths and had to go down to get some. In the meantime we noticed that we didn’t have bedclothes for the oullout. I caught a housekeeper in the hallway and asked her about this. She was able to give me a sheet set but told me I’d have to go downstairs to the desk for a pillow and blanket… really. Did not offer to get one to us…. After we lay down to sleep the people in the room upstairs started jumping and hopping making terrible noise in their room. I tried to call and got disconnected because the cord was broken on the receiver and would not stay in the phone. He held it in and called again. Told them about the upstairs and the phone. She said she would call the upstairs and the phone would have to be put in a maintenance request…. The noise upstairs did not end. I ended up going upstairs and asking them to be quiet. He said he had 3 toddlers that were getting ready to go to bed. We were told breakfast was 6:30-9:30. I got to the dining area a little before 9. There were no sausage, no gravy and a spoonful of eggs. No toast or muffins and no yogurt. When asked the lady said sorry they were out. Very disappointing stay at this hotel!

srinivas (4/5): - Room access cards didn't work. We had to inform the Help Desk. So, they sent a technician who replaced the lock itself and got a new key card. The whole process took an hour so it caused inconvenience as we were trying to get ready to go out, had to wait until whole procedure of key replacement/ new key got sorted out. Similarly, every room here has got the same problem.

Even though there were 2 high school baseball teams staying at the same time, it was still quiet and we were able to get the rest we needed.

Michael (8/5): Easy off I-65 - Check-in was a little long, issue between hotels.com and hotel. I may have been charged by both entities. Breakfast was pretty good, something for everyone. Room 302 was a very large room. Shower was real good, nice smelling toiletries, plenty of towels, etc. In-suite coffee, frig and microwave. Highway traffic is very noisy but ear plugs help. Bottled water provided at check-in. Hot chocolate, marshmallows, chips in lobby. Didn’t use outdoor pool this trip.
