- John (10/5): - Breakfast was good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The handle on the bottle of bath soap was broken off so I could not use it. However, bar soap was provided.
- Sharon (4/5): Bad food, very limited staff, cooking smells in room. - The breakfast was the worst of all the Best Western properties I've experienced. The eggs were literally like rubber and the people that came after had to request the food to be replenished, because the trays were empty. No one came by the time we left. The breakfast was terrible. Cooking smells from the breakfast area came down the hall into our room.

- Dan (3/5): Very disappointing after a long drive. - The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the location of the property. There was a place to walk our dog. The TV was server based (according to the front desk). It did not have enough bandwidth to televise live sports. We tried to watch an NFL game, and it dropped out several times. We called the front desk, and they said that there was nothing they could do, the server couldn't keep up. We finally watched it on our phones. The breakfast looked tasty but when my wife took the fresh oatmeal it turned out to be grits. A little labeling would have helped. We then got a cup of tea. There was not enough hot water for two cups and the water that was there was not hot at all.

- Harvey (10/5): Best thing in Craig - The hotel has been renovated and is much better than it used to be in the past. Everything seemed to be new and in working order and clean. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
- Urszula (6/5): Good location right off the highway - Location Seems like the breakfast person could not keep up with restocking food. There was only 4 of us and another couple so 6 together. When we walked in almost everything was empty . After 15 minutes of waiting the guy brought 4 beagles. He disappeared for another 10 minutes and brought some other things. Hotel was not busy with guests maybe I could count 20 cars on the parking lot. Breakfast could be planned better.

- craygator (10/5): I Would Stay Here Again - This place was very, very clean, and had very comfortable beds. Customer service was above and beyond, very friendly staff. Everything was excellent. The website said there was a 24-hr. restaurant on site that was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there was not one. I think the website needs to update that information. We were not ready to go out to eat, that's why we booked this place.

Friendly nice staff that organized a breakfast for our birding group at around 4.15 am which was so nice of them. There was a coffee maker in the room and at breakfast had milk options - full, 2% and oat milk. The front desk were friendly and appreciative of our stay

For a 3-star hotel, this place definitely exceeded my expectations! Check-in was straightforward and efficient. The front desk clerk (I think his name was Vickie) was friendly and helpful, providing a map of the area and pointing out a few local restaurants. The lobby is Big and clean, with free coffee available 24/7 - a nice touch I appreciated each morning. The top-notch I have to talk about is the Breakfast. I loved English muffins and egg/Sausage Patties with hot Milk chocolate.

Appreciated plenty of towels and heat lamp in bathroom. Nice range of options for breakfast, even though can be a bit more expensive I think it will be our go to to stay in Craig in the future! I can't think of anything from this trip! (of course would like it to be less expensive, like everything lol) but it is compatible with other better places to stay in area and was actually a bit less than the other more expensive motels this weekend.

When we called to ask if they could mail it (at our expense) the person we spoke with asked if they could keep all the cash ($85.00) inside the wallet. I was appalled. We sent a family member to get the wallet instead.

- TerriJWatson (10/5): Just simply the best. - Convenient and comfortable for what I was looking for. Eating options close by for quick grab-and-go meals. Helpful staff when needed but not intrusive. Clean breakfast room, coffee always available. Easy location off main highway to get to the event I was attending.

- SRPtwosteppin (6/5): Decent for a night's stay, but LIMITED BREAKFAST - The website specifically says "We also serve eggs cooked to order & omelets, breakfast casseroles, ...". There were no eggs cooked to order, nor any omelets or breakfast casseroles. There was a small buffet that contained scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage links, as well as some pastries, cereal, and a few other items. This was extremely disappointing. Since my husband is a big breakfast person, we probably would have chosen another hotel, had I known this. We had a kitchenette room and did chuckle at the included pots & pans, since there was no cooktop/stove for using them. The only appliance for cooking meals was a microwave. The kitchenette room did include a full size refrigerator. The room itself was mostly really good, including a very comfortable bed, a decent desk area, and a good sitting area. However, the sink for the bathroom was located outside the bathroom area, between the kitchenette and the closet, which made things a bit awkward when someone was attempting to get ready at the sink (with minimal clothing on) and someone else needed to go in/out the main room door. The bathroom itself was stifling hot due to lack of airflow. We ended up propping the door open (it would not stay open on its own) so that some of the room air conditioning would flow in there.

- Elton (10/5): - Nice roomy rooms. Indoor pool and spa were clean and loud as expected. We stayed 2 consecutive weekends.
- April (8/5): Above average comfort and cleanliness. - Could use a few more variety of items, and some gluten free, sugar free and dairy free items. More flavors. of items. The coffee was good and available all day. The eggs and bacon/sausage were plentiful, but need a few more bread type items. There was no ice machine on the second floor. Only one elevator at one end of the building.The rooms could have been larger, was a bit tight with 4 people and luggage.
- Culture60318742319 (10/5): Highly recommended hotel - Very nice hotel! Service was very friendly this place looks brand new! Extremely clean rooms are super comfortable. Beds more comfortable than mine at home :-) laundry is accessible and indoor pool and Jacuzzi were clean and heated perfectly. For me the best part was the genuine kindness of the staff who were clearly interested in us having a good experience. We travel a lot, and I can say this was definitely one of my more memorable stays.
