Steve (5/5): Ok... but not happy with the service. - The location was great for our yearly family reunions in your area. They didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Request: Check-in: 10:00 - 11:00 - My brother and father of 93 years of age, had to wait until much later. This is not exceptable. I request a earlier check-in time because of the family reunion. This will more that likely that last time my father can attend. My father has a very hardtime walking, and seeing, and traveled from Sacramento and needs a handycap room. I'm SO disappointed! Hopefully, your staff is held accountable for this, there isn't any reason for this. We have yearly family reunions in this area.

Joshua (7/5): Overall a pleasant experience just poor sleep. - It was clean. Rooms seemed to be updated and liked that there was hard wood floors and not carpet. Air conditioning and blackout curtains were nice. The couch and tv was a plus. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Even called to check on us and how we were doing. Great customer service. Grounds and rooms were nice. The bed was really uncomfortable. Woke up with a sore back and didn’t get very solid sleep. Breakfast bar could use some help. Pancake machine did not cook pancakes all the way. Waffle iron would be a better choice. Seen it at another hotel before. And orange juice would have also been nice.

Barbara (3/5): We didn't get a wink of sleep. It was so noisy, carpet on the floors on the second floor might have - The breakfast was ok, about what I expected from a hotel breakfast. bagels and cream cheese would have been nice. We had to wait about ten minutes for the eggs to be done.

April (9/5): Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. It was in a great location and well kept. - It seemed updated. The staff was great. I needed to add an extra day for the beginning of the trip. They accommodated us without having to change rooms. The bed pedestal was made of metal. It was kind of noisy getting in and out (and being romantic with my partner). Also, for me, the mattress was hard, but everyone likes their comfort level differently.

My husband left his personalized necklace and ring from his deceased father. Hotel staff said it wasn't there. We asked to speak with a supervisor and they said no, the supervisor won't talk with us. We offered a reward and filed a claim but haven't heard a word from anyone. Do NOT stay here!

The laundry room was clean and I was able to get change at the front desk to wash my girls uniform. Breakfast was great too

We could hear our neighbors checking out of their room at 6am and the noise from the pool. However, this was not surprising given the set up of the hotel.
