Upon check we were told that coffee was available 24/7 because we had to leave before normal breakfast time. When we came at 4:00 a.m. to leave, main door was locked and we were told to come back at 5:00 a.m. We left.

• Martin (3/5): - What I didn't like was the payment fiasco. I had paid by crerdit card when I made my reservation. When I arrived at the motel I was charged again. In addition, I was told I needed to pay for my dog, a $20 fee. The clerk said she could add that to the credit card charge I had already made. Later, she said she was unable to do that, so I paid the charge for the dog in cash. When I later checked my bank I found that I had been charged the original booking.com fee of $90.39 and also the $110.39 fee from the hotel. I called the hotel about the matter, and they said they would take care of it. It has still not been resolved.

• Liane (5/5): We love staying here and have for MANY years but this time has me thinking otherwise - Convenient location Sheets had multiple tears in them both top and bottom. Informed the front desk and was told, "housekeeping is aware of the issue." They were changed on day 3. I had to keep going to the front desk to get washcloths because none were left in the room.

Room had some ceiling cracks in it and looke - Decent location to Texas Rose Horse Park The freezer was not working in our room. We were told that it was the upper shelf of refrigerator but it didn’t work. Most of food that I brought had to be thrown out.

Breakfast was good and manager made sure everything was hot and stocked Air conditioner only had one speed- cold don’t know if it was a malfunction we informed the night clerk. No liquid soap in the shower and no bar soap had to get some from the front desk

• Barnabus (2/5): - Roaches, bed bugs, stopped counting at 30 crickets. Cricket legs all over the room. Dirty floor. A spider, multiple beetles. Lifted cushion of the chair and baby roaches went into the cracks. Bed bugs in chair. Shook mattress and bugs fell out. Moved ottoman and baby roaches went under the air conditioner. Hair in the room. I took photos. In the room for less than 15 min. Didnt even take luggage in. We went back to get a refund and the girl claimed we checked in at 830pm. We did not. Checked in after 930pm. Back at front at 957. She never said she was sorry. Just said we couldnt get our money back for that night. They lied about our check in time. Filed a claim with best western. They said the owner went in the room and no evidence of bugs. Strange because i took pics.

• Thelma (10/5): - This property is in a great area, Close to shopping and Dinning. The Hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good and hot. The grounds were very pretty also. I did have a little problem. I called a week or so before our stay and told them I would be paying in cash. Was told that was fine. But, on our way to the Hotel, I received notice from my Bank that the amount was withdrawn from my account. That put my account in the negative, which of course I wasn’t too happy about. When we arrived, I paid them in cash, like I said I would. They released my money but it will take a few days to get back to my account. Luckily, my Bank was great about working with me, and didn’t charge me an overdraft fee. In my opinion, the staff(or at least some of them) needs a little bit of training. Maybe how to put a note on someone’s reservation. All the staff that we met were nice and friendly.

• Michael (2/5): This property needs an update. - It was clean. Staff was professional. The bed was uncomfortable, the noise from highway traffic too loud, and the sink was cracked. The shower head was leaking. The facilities and furnishings need an update. Breakfast was terrible.

When I asked what the deposit was for, I was told that it was for the linens. Really? Like why would I want to take your linens? That should have been made known at check-in. It gives one the impression that they’re being shady and trying to hide additional charges.

• Elizabeth (4/5): So disappointed! - The first room we were given had bad AC and frig. The next room had no bags in garbage cans no hand soap. The shampoo in shower was not working and the floor was not clean.The frig had a bad smell in it. The pool in the pictures for this hotel was inside and in reality it was outside. They had lost the key to the lock that was on the gate so you couldn’t even use it.

• 440trumpt (10/5): Nice hotel and clean - The property was clean my room was clean the only problem I had was my refrigerator wasn't working right and the water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger other that it was a good stay the beds were so comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.will definitely stay again if I am in the area of almost forgot there breakfast 🥞 🥚 toast ☕ cereal and other stuff was great thank you for the great stay also you are in walking distance to stores and food

• Elizabeth (6/5): OK for the price. - Good location away from the main drag, but reasonably close to restaurants. Good sized room, full-size refrigerator and microwave were very useful. Comfortable bed and everything worked as it should. Housekeeping is only provided once every 14 days. Since I didn't stay that long, there was no housekeeping. I had to borrow a broom to sweep my floor a few times. I could trade in my towels for clean ones at the front desk, but there were no hand towels available. If I wanted clean sheets, I would have had to pay for them and change them myself, so I didn't change them. The biggest problem, though, was that there were no curtains on the window, only a blind. I couldn't sleep in because the sun woke me up every morning. No breakfast available.
• U579TKlindav (10/5): Great experience. - This property is not new yet the staff and all amenities were great. We had a light go out and it was changed immediately. Breakfast was more than promised on the website. The pool was well maintained. Especially the staff was easy and pleasant always offering a smile and hello. Will stay here again as our children live in the area.
• Misty (6/5): Okay - The staff member who checked us in was not friendly. There was a loud motor running outside of our room. Our room was clean but could use updating. Breakfast options were nice but there were no employees to be found.
• Dan (6/5): - It was a nice hotel. We called ahead of booking it to see if they had a good working pool and they told us they did. But it was closed and under repair when we arrived. We were there almost 3 days before they finally opened it. Also, our shower had a broken pipe coming from the wall to the shower head and it sprayed all over ceiling and the rest of the bathroom when showering. They did fix it quickly though.

• carriepG2073AR (10/5): Clean, friendly and a quick trip to Canton First Monday Trade Days - My boyfriend proposed on this trip to canton trade days. We stayed in Lindale bc it was just 20 min up the road and no complaints. If you’re staying multiple nights you need to request cleaning service at check-in but that’s on us bc I didn’t read everything. The rooms were clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for clean and economical definitely recommend Best Western Lindale. Also Posadas is delicious and Chili’s was top notch service! Check out the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler as well!
