• Dan (8/5): Very nice updated older motel. Very clean and comfortable, but a little pricey. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Nice spa and pool right off from the front desk. The room had a very loud heater fan that would have been hard to ignore when trying to sleep, the manager switched our room and we had a good night's sleep.

• Laura (10/5): - Every year this is the stop that’s made before heading further north and never disappoints. Clean, friendly, and respectful. This will always be my favorite stop along the way. This hotel and community is definitely a place to visit.

• Amanda (10/5): - We stayed here over the weekend, and the facilities were wonderful. It was very clean. The room was very clean. We were happy all around. We did do a lot of traveling that day so we didn't check in until midnight and we're very tired. Unfortunately, our neighbor was having a rough morning and woke us up and we were not able to sleep. The property did refund us the full amount of our stay. I will say there is nothing wrong with this property other than the tenants that were staying there which is not the property's problem. But we do appreciate the full refund and would definitely stay again.

This place doesn't have an elevator so I requested ground floor room and got exactly what I requested in spite of traveling over a very busy weekend!

• Lisa (10/5): - We stayed at the hotel for leisure on our way to Superior. We were greeted by Linda the front desk attendant. She was very friendly and accommodating checking in and out. The one thing we were disappointed with was with the hot tub and the jets weren't working. We were still able to sit in it for a short time. The breakfast was complimentary and delicious, even though it said $13 per person on the website.

Then after we get all packed up and moved up the hall an hour later they tell us we have to leave because somebody else had booked that room through Expedia. We should have been able to stay there since we were there first and we went through Expedia also. Instead we had to scramble to find another location or cut our trip short. Very disappointed in both Best Western and Expedia.

Pricing was very high due to a major sporting event in the area. Swimming pool and hot tub complex were not working during our stay due to an electrical problem.
