We shopped all the bougie boutique thrift shops in the area, loved coming back to hot cocoa and hot baked cookies each night. Coffee bar all day was also handy, hot coffee with breakfast, iced coffee to-go. Front desk and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfy bed, huge tub. A hot tub on site would make our stay complete

- Robert (10/5): - We arrived late on a Saturday, and were woken by 2 ladies talking loudly and constantly by the front entrance (for over an hour). Then on Monday we were awakened by a loud consistent knocking on our door. When we didn’t answer the person went to the outside door and started knocking. I got out of bed and she wanted to know if we wanted our room serviced????? It was 9 AM. She marked us as “no service”???? Other than that, the stay was perfect. The front desk people were great

- Charles (9/5): Excellent place to stay. - The staff all around were excellent. The people at the front desk were amazing. Especially the woman in charge of the breakfast service. She saw me stacking plates to take back to my wife, who was still getting ready. She gave me a tray and held the door open so I could get out. Overall, the staff were the friendliest hotel staff i have ever encountered. The a/c unit in our room was freezing over in the night. Making load noises and cracking. To be fair I did not report this problem to the staff.

This hotel was extremely accommodating, clean, friendly, up to date, and the staff is very helpful. Sandy at the front desk was understanding, Juanita made sure you were well fed & had everything you needed at breakfast, and Konnie kept the rooms very clean. Fresh cookies each afternoon & complimentary water, tea, and coffee. We are beyond grateful for this hotel & staff. Highly recommend to everyone!

Crazy uncomfortable pillows that were extremely dated and hard. The rooms and bathroom needed better cleaning, especially the walls in the bathroom were so nasty! Breakfast was completely gone by 9 am.

The price seems to have gone up and the discount for seniors/disability is not very good. Need to do better for senior discounts. Limited income is a factor.

We took our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with us, so he wouldn’t be alone at home. Everything was great. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, and great breakfast before we left the following morning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend.

The 2 free bottles of water were great since the city water was not pleasant to drink. We stayed 4 days, so the insight coin laundry was very nice.
- jk10019 (8/5): Clean with great service. You get more than you pay for. - Convenient location in the middle of town. Starbucks, grocery store, Walgreens, and other stores are within a few blocks. Wifi was consistently tested over 200 Mbps download and upload on Speedtest by Ookla, though this was in January 2025, not high season, so summer months would likely have higher congestion thus slower speeds. Recommend.

Not only was the room comfortable but the staff was super friendly and welcoming as it was our first time in the area. Breakfast was really good! We unfortunately missed out on the FRESH BAKED COOKIES at 4pm but overall it was amazing and will be using this hotel for our future visits back to Grove to visit family
