• Mike (2/5): There was enough wrong, you should credit my card for the stay !!! - It was close to the people I came to visit. First, and you'll understand why I bring this up, our room happened to be one of the furthest from the desk/amenities. Long ass walk. Room was smaller than I expected. Went to get settled in and put some stuff away, and found frozen breast milk in the freezer of the mini fridge. Walked it down to the office to let them know that the cleaning people didn't do a great job. Go back to the room to get ready to swim, and I find a box if someone's left over pizza, stuck up on top of the microwave. Walk it to the office again.. "Sorry..." is basically what I got. Went about our business, til it was time for bed. Kids HAD to have their OWN bed, so we opened the sofa sleeper, and guess what, no bedding. Aaaaaargh.....once again, I walk back to the front desk, tell them About having no bedding. He gives me 2 flat sheets, and a blanket. No fitted sheet, AND no pillow. They were out. So, I'M making their bed , just so they can sleep. NOT TOO FREAKING HAPPY !!!!! I had hoped for a better experience...NOT SO !!!

Continental breakfast included and staff were very nice and polite . Plenty of extra towels in pool area, bathrooms next door. You could smell the chlorine from the pool/hot tube all the way from any hallway. Burn your eyes when near pool area. Wish they could add a shower to rinse before/after using pool/hot tube.

• Deborah (4/5): I was shocked that this Best Western passed Best Western inspections. - We were in a suite that was apparently designated dog suite. The room smelled musty. The furniture and carpet were worn and looked like a cat scratching post. My dog kept sniffing an area on the bottom of the wall where the carpet comres up the wall like another dog had peed there. The front desk brought me some spray air freshener, that helped by stopping my dog from sniffing that area. The room still smelled musty. Plus the furniture was stained.

They had a cook custom prepare your eggs-scrambles, over easy, or omelette with a multitude of different ingredients. It was incredible!

The hot tub only fits 3 people max so you have to wait your turn to use it. Room smelled weird.
• Mike_M54 (8/5): It’s an okay spot, nothing special. - Not a bad place for a quick overnight stop, parking was tight and hard to maneuver, and not enough spaces if the hotel is full. We can’t do stairs any longer so no elevator gets a downgrade. The room could have been cleaner, the sofa smelt dusty. We left before breakfast got underway so we didn’t get to try that. We have stayed here a few times over the last twenty years, it’s just a little tired.

• Janie (2/5): Hard Day’s Nite!! - We requested a 1st floor room but we were told because we booked thru a 3rd party we would have to take a 2nd floor room and there were no elevators. We were told the first floor rooms were for “their” customers who booked thru their site. We went to the back end of the hotel to get to our room - went up the stairs only to find the only way to our room was thru the front. Down the stairs - up the stairs again. Did I mention my husband & I are 80 & 79 respectively? The hallway carpets and room carpets were dirty. The only way to charge a phone was with a plug-in cube. Our chargers are for USB. Front desk wouldn’t even check to see if they had one we could use. I could go on but space is limited. Never again will we stay at Best Western!

• Carla (7/5): - Room smelled like dust was blown into it. Alarm clock went off at midnight. Bad sleep after that.

• June (10/5): Comfortable, Clean and lovely staff - Comfortable accommodations, worked well for our trip back home. Very accommodating. Breakfast made to order omelets were a refreshing addition.

• Judy (10/5): Great Stay - This hotel was great. Very clean with a fun pool and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, much better than we expected. We will definitely return when passing through.
