- Jarvis (2/5): - The whole property smells I think it’s best not to cook slop in the hotel the whole property smell like India and the plumbing is horrible the water from the toilet shouldn’t have a smell like that something is seriously wrong with the plumbing and price management cause this hotel should be a motel with a 50 dollar room fee place was tragic
- FRANCO (4/5): - The hotel's service was very poor. Breakfast was not replenished. The room was clean, but everything was very simple, the bare minimum. The facilities worked.
- Jeffrey (8/5): Okay Place - Property was good, but breakfast was inconsistent. During 8 day stay, eggs and sausage were plentiful and fresh each morning at the start of our stay. However, with each passing day, the quantity diminished and it was obvious that what was available was reheated from the previous day. By day 8, the only eggs that were available were the four dried out patties from the day before. Lots of room for improvement there. Room was clean and refreshed each day. Refrigerator wasn’t working upon arrival, but was replaced promptly. Glass shelf in the bathroom (room 114) needs to be tightened. The shelf is sagging to the point where items slide off into the sink. The shower water valve also needs to be resealed. The shower drips constantly.

Overall it’s very dated, but extremely close to Ball State University. Plus side it doesn’t have carpet, has small clean fridge, clean microwave, and decent tv channels.

- Lisa (4/5): Horrible Price for the Quality - I paid 149.00 per night for this on hotels.com. The beds were quite small and the kind that has a metal base with a headboard that is attached to the wall, but not the bed. The room WAS very clean, but it was a cheap room for the price. There was no elevator, and I was traveling with another who can't climb stairs. Breakfast was ridiculous - very tiny and burnt up sausages, gelatinous gravy, obviously fake eggs, and a couple of yogurts in the fridge. I don't expect luxury for a continental breakfast but have attended many hotels with better quality. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, but the quality for the price was ridiculous@

And the beds were comfortable. However the free breakfast wasn't very poor. Happy with the price, especially since others are higher.

- Rebecca (2/5): Party in hotel - We arrived after a volleyball tournament around 10pm to check in and shower and go to bed. After check in we were going upstairs, the outside door in the back was propped open and people were coming and going from there to a party. We got up stairs were multiple rooms had large amount of guests staying and smoking weed. The smell was coming into our room. We decided to pack up and ask for a refund. The front desk manager was very nice and said we was going to deal with the party but after our worries he offered a full refund. Thankful for the front desk manager for understanding we had 13yr old girls that didn’t need to be trying to fall asleep to loud and smelly party before having to get up and play the next morning.

- Fred (8/5): Institutional Beds? - Just a couple day stay, leisure. Wasn't impressed with beds. The metal bed frames felt institutional. Understand why having under bed not open, but almost felt like they were old prison beds. Pillows too soft.
- Brandon (4/5): Avoid. - The TV didnt work. You couls turn it in by no channel would load. It was late so we just went to bed but thats unacceptable. It seems there was a remote missing. Tv was also like 24 inches and awful had we gotten channels to load. They also ended the breakfast early and gave my girfla hard time wven getting coffee after their early close time
- Ryan (2/5): Do not stay here - Biggest complaint is the fact that this is the first time i have ever had to stay at a hotel with a broken tv. None of the channels worked, just said no service. Called front desk and someone came up and looked at it to just to say they didnt know what was wrong. Did not offer to move our room or any compensation for the inconvenience. On top of that, the overall hotel was not very clean or well kept. The beds were small and very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.
- Penny (10/5): Attentive care - On check in the concierge was very friendly and personable. Once in our room we were aware that one of the fire detectors was chirping- low battery. We called the desk and within 20 minutes we had a response. All resolved. Slept soundly throughout the night.

Mattress’s were a little worn and probably needed to be replaced however (it did look like they were working on renovations) otherwise was a nice room. Shower was good, very quiet room. Pool was very nice even though we didn’t swim. Very close to Ball State Campus. Good room for the price, deposit a bit high at $100 but was told that upfront when I booked it so not unexpected.
- Jeffrey (8/5): Good Place to Stay - This is our go-to place to stay in Muncie. Service is always great, but hotel condition is starting to suffer. Although we didn't use the pool, it was only open for a few days at the start of our stay. It was closed for most of our stay which would have been very frustrating for families with children that were hoping to swim. Fresh towels were placed in our room each day, but the bedding was only replaced once during our two-week stay. The breakfast is good, but a little variety would have been nice. Overall, it's a safe, quiet location and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

- Robert (6/5): College Orientation Trip - Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Tiny flat square pillows. Requested a disability accesible room because I am missing a leg and they claim they have none. AC does not adjust so room was too warm. Put sign up to not makeup the room andcthey came in and cleaned. They threw out items that were not meant to throw away. They surrounded our room with construction workers that were very loud and noisy. They would not do anything about the noise complaints. 1:30 am andcl people running up and down halls. Had a drunk person that kept thinking my room was his. Front office again refused to intervene. Just not a good experience. Staff is super friendly just not helpful.
- Christina (6/5): - The room was clean and smelled clean so that was a plus. The hotel desk guys were friendly. The room is average which is fine. The down side the beds aren’t great they are fine for a night but I don’t think I could do much longer. You can hear every noise from the hall way. I think this is partially from them switching out carpet in the rooms to lament. That left a large gap under the door for more sound to travel. (I stuffed a towel down in front of it and that helped a little) This is probably not something that happens all the time but by the outside door there were two guys smoking right by the door and they were not guest there. Maybe the construction workes not really sure.

As we were checking in I could see the breakfast room, you could see the cleanliness of it. The pool area looked inviting and clean as well. And we were not disappointed when entering our room. The bathroom was clean and the bed itself was comfortable. The sitting area of the room was cozy and appealing as well. We will come back and stay.
