- Terry (1/5): 🚫 not here 🚫 - What did I like I liked that I could leave at 11:00 and check in at 2:00 other than that not much,and breakfast was ok Let's start with the staff is rude. I.e when I checked in there was a $100 deposit that I had no clue about. Then after going to the room . The room was clean as far as the bed was made and the sink and stuff was wiped off. But it had a just dirtiness feel about it. The toilet seat where it bolts down had something red around the bolts so I don't really know what that was. The corners of the room the paint was sagging in the corners like there had been water damage there and they just painted over it. The floors were dirty. And there was a god-awful howl coming from the bathroom all night long no rest. And it smelled like just somebody had left bad food or died close by.The pool was dirty had looked like floaties of snot I really don't know floating in it. When you mentioned anything to the staff they were, acting as if you were bothering them. Overall for the money you're spending and location I wouldn't recommend I go somewhere else. There's a Hyatt right next door I think. Oh and no pets. I don't know you're looking for a place for pets.

- Lourdes (1/5): AWEFULL - Breakfast was ok-ish, since they have waffle maker, eggs were tasteless, the rest was just fine, coffee was not good, I know I will run out of space in the didn't like section, they have the gut of charging 100.00 extra to cover for damages, What ?????? it was refundable and we got it back. The facility is dirty, the floor was dirty, we have to keep our shoes on all the time, the faucet of the sink had to be placed in certain position or would leak, small bathroom, small toilet, tub retain the water, A/C vent were dirty, dusty, you can tell it has not been cleaned in years, pillows were the size of a cushion and were uncomfortable and blankets were OLD and a bad shape, front door did not close properly and we feel unsafe because we were on the first floor and the parking lot was just right there (someone can easily break in) RIDICULOUS price for one night, and 25.00 fee from you NEVER AGAIN!!!

The bathtub was in need of repair for cracks and chips. The room door wasn't sealed great so bugs kept getting in our room. The closet/ dresser drawers had a musty mildew smell.

The room has a small hole in the wall from the door hitting it. The caulk around tub was stained and the bathroom door did not lock. Bed was not very comfortable.

The tv in the bed area needs to be mounted higher since the beds are so tall. There was no parking close to the lobby. The tub/toilet area was too small. No problem with the room,(as long as you don't use the phone, ours didn't work). Would have given 5 stars on all, but the front desk attitude brought it down.

The ceiling in the pool room appear to be warped like it had some water damage and I saw a large roach bug while at the pool. On top of all of that the breakfast wasn't that good and made my wife sick.

I booked three rooms and one was declined by booking.com. I had to pay for it a second time. I contacted booking.com and got the run a round. Been almost a month and have not received my refund of $114.99. Will not be using booking.com again.

Came back to room and the ceiling collapsed and smelled like mildew.. my clothes in my suitcase were wet due to the a piece of the ceiling falling on it. was offered another room but just asked for a refund instead. The whole establishment needs to be remodeled!

- Mavis (7/5): Overall the stay was not bad at all. However, the location could be better and I prefer indoor rooms as opposed to rooms - The room was clean and nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice with smiling and friendly servers! The Grill is in walking distance so I didn't have to move my car at all. The food, the atmosphere, and the service was outstanding! That's a big plus! Hats off to the staff at Best Western and to staff at The Grill! It was all service with a smile from the time that they opened the doors for us coming in until they repeated the hospitality on the way out. It made our dining and our stay very pleasurable. The rooms are all on the outside which I didn't pay attention to when I was booking. I just read the reviews. The pool has only one way available to the guests to get to it and that is through the lobby. You also have to reserve the pool to use it. That was a deal breaker!

- Angel (9/5): Nice and Sweet Stay. - The breakfast was delicious, the eggs were a little discolored but I took that part out and put a little salt and pepper and was satisfied. The bacon was nice and crispy and the coffee was just yesssss. The staff was nice and helpful and cheerful. Lovely people. I did see a couple bugs but since it directly coming from the outside, I understood. The bathrooms were a little small and the shower did not drain very well but other than that I have no complaints.

- Debra (4/5): Full of Moisture - The room was damp with alot of moisture. Even the covers and pillow casings felt damp. There was a smell in the room as if it had rained in it. It was noisy the last night there, but not intolerable. The room didn’t get cleaned, so we had to get clean towels from the front desk. Overall, would not book there again, mainly because of the moisture in the room. I’ve never experienced that before. Definitely couldn’t be healthy sleeping in a room full of moisture.

- Verified traveler (8/5): I would probably stay again - The breakfast gave choices of hot or cold food and was very tasty. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space to lay out your things. The staff was exceptionally friendly and never made you feel as if you were putting them out if you needed something. The hotel was located in an area that is close to everything. The downside was that the bathroom faucet needed replacing because you had to work at getting it to completely shut off and the internet was very slow. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would probably stay again.
- Ben (3/5): Poor - Place was clean and breakfast was good. The people partying next door were loud and obnoxious. Partied most of the evening and made the stay miserable.⁴

- Jace (1/5): Nice place unless you want to use the pool - Location Very odd rules for the pool. Its 2025 and they are still doing covid procedures. You must sign up for a time to use the pool IF any are available. 65 rooms/ 24hrs in a day you get the picture. Huge indoor pool and they only want 1 room of guests in at a time. Was raining outside so we left our current hotel with outdoor pool for this one with an indoor. Only AFTER paying and checking in were informed we may or may not be able to get a time slot for the pool. Asked for a refund and left. Took 5 days but money was refunded. Pool rules need to be noted on website and all third party listings
