We heard a desk clerk say that they had oversold rooms, so our room was not available for check in until several hours after our check in time. We did receive an apology for this.

The breakfast options are great. The location, in town, is convenient to gas stations, right off the main road, and is walking distance to the Duck Inn restaurant and a quick drive to other eating establishments. Whe I am in the area next year I plan to stay here again. It is nice to return to a dependable establishment.

- siglerk76 (10/5): Family suite is the best! - We arrived for one night and it was great. Somehow, mistakingly, I booked the family suite, and it was amazing. If you can afford it, and you have a family of six ( 4 kids), I highly recommend that. It is wide, has two rooms: one with a king bed and one with two queen beds and a sofa bed. My kids were thrilled! There are also two bathrooms so we all enjoyed the space! Thebroom was clean and felt luxurious. We loved it. Breakfast was good, and there is a nice Keurig machine in the room with K Cups for you to use. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly front desk agent, beautiful pool and spa area, great bar that overlooks the pool if parents want a drink and can still watch the kids, CLEAN, comfortable beds, rooms are spacious and well appointed!!! It’s on the higher price range but deserves it as they have this place dialed in!!! Will not stay anywhere else when in the area!

It has the largest breakfast room I have seen with a great selection and very nice staff. The front desk was willing to make sure we made it to the train station on time and held our luggage so we could explore a little.

- John (4/5): - The clerk tried to put us in ‘the annex,’ away from the main hotel. Room was filthy and smelled of old smoke. Curly hairs and fresh stains in the bathroom. Very disappointing for the brand. I’ll think twice about choosing Best Western in the future.

- Noel (2/5): - We drove all afternoon-evening and finally got to our room late to get some rest. At 8am the housekeeping gentleman knocked on our door and informed him we were going to be there until 10:45 to utilize all the time given before check out to take our time to get ready after a long drive the day before. From 8am until we left the housekeeping knocked on our door 6 times rushing us and he had no respect or courtesy and he said “your my last room to clean so I really need you guys to leave” and check out time was 11am. We felt rushed, disrespected and it was very inconvenient when starting off a good day. It was probably because I was Native American. I will never stay here again!!!!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Worthwhile Stay - Room was very clean and spacious. Staff service was good. Only issue was check in time said 3pm, and we showed up at 3:30pm and was informed room was not ready, and to come back in an hour. So, we went to a casino and had some luck, fortunately. But, I could see this as an inconvenience to folks that may have travelled a long distance away.

- Robert (10/5): Don't let the pictures fool you. Its a better hotel than depicted. - Havre is "old Montana" and the Best Western here is a shining example of that. Welcoming staff and very accommodating. Very clean facility with some very nice touches. We especially enjoyed the espresso machine in the lobby.

- Melinda (6/5): - Very Very LOUD all night. Trains coming and going all night from an apparent train station right behind the building. I got zero sleep and was left with a headache and ringing ears. Great Hotel in a horrible location!!

- Mary (6/5): - Original room was dirty. Had to be moved to a different room. Second day of our stay our key cards didn't work. Major hassle getting new ones as we were in a unit across the street from the main hotel. Clerk was a bit annoyed when we needed new keys.
