• Stephan (9/5): Spacious and clean accommodation in great location. - Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice location and very friendly staff. Great restaurant with very good service. A little noisy. The walls are not very thick and you hear conversations in neighbouring rooms.

• Sarah (7/5): Visit the restaurant for supper but stay at a different hotel. - We liked the restaurant for supper that was attached to the hotel. Good service, fresh hot food. The bed was very rickety, the pillows were abysmal about half the stuffing of a regular pillow. The towels were clean however they were thin and rough. There was only one small bar of soap to be shared between the sink and the shower. The toilet paper was like tissue. The air conditioner was loud and its controls did not work. If you turned off the air conditioner, the room was too hot.

• Rodger Sukh (8/5): Tower Inn is a good facility slightly overpriced. Lacking attention to basic practical customer need - Central location Spacious room No supply of bottled water in the room. Checked in tired and thirsty and thoroughly exhausted due to long travel. When asked for a bottle of drinking water, was told to get it from the coin machine on ground floor or the super market cross the road. Could not fathom the lack of attention to a basic customer need after setting up such an elaborate and a reasonably comfortable facility in this remote town. Microwave is provided in the hallway requiring tracking back to the room on upper floor with inconvenience of carrying hot food.

Bathroom was well lit, and fan worked well. Good water pressure. A/C was kind of loud, and low setting was too strong. The sheer curtains were too dark - when they were drawn, the room was dark (even with the sun shining on it).

• SeabreezeConst (8/5): Nice Stay in Quesnell - We stayed one night. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue staying in a room by the elevator and the hotel relocated us to a nice quiet room. We found this hotel to be in a good central location.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was complete even with grab bars. We stayed in Fairmount's without grab bars! Don't hesitate to book if you are heading through the area.

• Jean (4/5): - This should have a 4 or 5 star review. Location is great, staff friendly, room spacious, clean and comfortable. However the air conditioner was so loud it was impossible to sleep with it on and with it off the room is so hot it is impossible to sleep. Turn it off and open a window and you hear all the air con in adjoining rooms so if the aim of a hotel room is a place to sleep this is not it.

But that is less important to me than the room itself. Our room faced the parking lot so we had some guests hanging there who were talking loudly after hours but it was not a big problem.
