• Redd (7/5): Would stay again but just for one night at a time. - The staff was wonderful! The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. Needs to be updated. The fitted bed sheets kept coming off during the night. We had ask for the three rooms of our family be together. Two rooms were on first floor but the third was on the second floor.

• Jones (5/5): My room was never cleaned in a week long stay. - Room was never cleaned in an entire week. I had to ask for towels. Trash was never removed. The key took many tries to open the door. The was a roach in the bathroom.

• Dymaad (5/5): It was decent but the price is too high for the stay. - Location Side doors don’t unlock and rooms had bugs and cigarette butts behind the bed. Small tv shower wasn’t hot very long.
• Brandi (1/5): I would never book there again. - The location was right off the interstate. I booked 3 rooms for our family, some of them arrived before me and they let them check in even though it was under my name and card. I was okay with that but when I arrived they told me that my reservation was canceled due to declined payment although I had the confirmation numbers for all the rooms and showed them my bank statement with the payments. They still didn’t want to give me my room. Needless to say, I made a scene and they finally gave me my room after 45 minutes of arguing and waiting on a manager to get there as she wasn’t even on the property. Then that night we left to go get pizza, the smell of marijuana was really strong.

• John (6/5): Venue gets a 2 the staff a 10 - The staff was really really great . Very attentive and happily answered any and all questions like they actually liked the job. The staff was great but was very limited with what they had to work with . They all could work at 5star hotels. Well for what you get the price shouldn't be higher than 40 bucks. The tv,electrical,air/heat was fairly outdated. Killed 3-4 roaches within first 3 hours there. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The wash clothes ,towels and linens were clean . You get a prison package for soap and shampoo/conditioner. The breakfast is short,with little choice to choose from . They did have good tasting coffee though. It seems it be decent for an hour or 2 rendezvous but not particularly a place you want to take family. The walls are super thin so if you got rowdy neighbors you basically get an earfull of HNXX . The hotel itself gets a 2 while the staff that I came across were 9-10 .

There was trash still on counters in the room upon walking into what was suppose to be a clean room. Stains on sheets and pillows. Fire alarm was removed. The room was a non smoking room but still had a terrible odor. No elevator at facility either.

Trey was amazing! - This hotel is the only available option in Ellisville and we were visiting family who didn’t have space for us so we decided to book and man oh man, I’m glad we did! When we got there, Trey greeted us and was so very kind and warm! He noticed that our booked room was different then what we initially booked and rectified the problem immediately, providing the agreed upon room through the hotel.com app. Every single time we left or came in he politely asked us if we were alright and if we needed anything. His hospitality alone was enough for us to decide to book again at the end of September. The room was slightly dated but the fridge was super cold and provided a little slush for our drinks…exactly how we love it! The AC was perfect and the shower was nice and hot. We disn’t have a remote in the room so Trey saved the day and quickly provided one. A nice lady called my husband “Boo” and that made him tickles pink. It was cute. Overall for the price, this is a great place to stay!

• Verified traveler (2/5): A bad hotel, badly run - They gave me a room that stained sheets, a damp carpet and a terrible smell. After I asked to be moved to a different room, they gave a room with much less smell, but a door lock that didn't work. Aside from the poor condition of the hotel, the lady running the front desk at night was astoundingly rude. The guy on duty during the day was OK, though.

• William (6/5): The Usual Underwhelming 3-star American Experience - Well, seems hard to find any enthusiastic employees in American Hotels these days that are 3-stars or lower. Like this hotel, it feels a little like going into a convenience or fast-food store getting the minimal perfunctory mechanical reception and service. Rooms were a little dank, and breakfast sparce, but still a basically decent hotel with decent service.
• HARVEY (4/5): Nasty Hotel - This hotel needs a makeover. I'll never stay here again. Room wasn't very clean. AC control area was nasty I had to clean with bleach spray also the toilet tub and the table was dusty. Whomever is clean the rooms are doing a piss poor job. This place wasn't worth the price at all.

• Santa (8/5): Room not clean - The stay was nice, when we got to our room, the first thig I noticed a purple curler laying in the floor. There was also a piece of tape laying by the desk. The room was not vacummed very well at all.

Continental breakfast was ok and as I expected, with no hot options. This was a decent, lower cost room for what we needed ...a quick stop to sleep The room was not the cleanest and the towels are pretty small and thin. Mattress was harder than we like
• Theresa (5/5): Not the best - Location The front desk clerk only said what had to be said and uttered under his breath. The tub wasn't clean, and sheets weren't clean. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean sheets. The sheets I was given fit a queen bed(even though I told him king) , and the clean sheets i was given, fitted sheets, was torn from where they made them fit. The mattress protector didn't fit due to it being the wrong size. The comforter had 2 cigarette burns in it, although it was a non-smoking room.

• Melanie (6/5): - The Millenium Inn is basically the only place to stay in Ellisville. Service has really gone down over the years — no more phones in the rooms, no more coffeemakers, no more microwaves. You have to balance the convenience of location with the increasing lack of amenities.

Absolutely no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to go to the front desk and ask for it and was told " you sure there isnt any in the room? It should be". Bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, tv remote didnt work, floor lamp didnt work, light above the vanity didnt work, hair dryer casing about to fall off the wall, pubic hair on the bed, not the standard queen size bed, very small. Had the feeling someone was watching me the whole night, if it woulnt have been so late, I would have came home. Bates motel vibes is what I got from this place.

• Maria (4/5): - Television was to small, remote didnt work properly, had to change rooms because toilet was to low ro the ground, small bathroom, mattress was worn, noisy with upstairs guest around midnight stomping running till 2am. Had to report to front desk, smoking filled the hall and hard to breath as soon as we stepped iutcour doo. Curtains werent on right allowing to much light in from the parking area. Carpet in hall smelled moldy and wet and socks got wet when i removed my shoes.

• Mallory (2/5): I will - The younger man that worked the night we showed up was nice and accommodating. There were dead bed bug in the sheets and old nasty mattresses with stains all over them. The frig. was rusted, the only toilet paper roll had been wet then dried turning crispy and hard, no towels were in the bathroom, the toilet struggled to flush correctly, the room was dusty and all the furniture had stains and broken pieces. The morning crew woke us up after us being up late cleaning, inspecting the bed bug situation and gathering the items we needed at 6am by slamming the doors all down the hall. We asked nicely 2x for him to stop and he would for about 5 minutes and then went right back to it, shaking the whole building.

• Raymond (4/5): Not the cleanest, but very friendly staff. - The staff fixed my booking issue quickly, but the room was not clean, the furniture was dirty and scraped, the AC was dirty and there was a cigarette burn on one of the blankets despite being a no smoking room. There was coffee but no coffee maker. Missing painting with scuffs all over the walls.
