Guest Reviews
- David (8/5): Very satisfied. We were in town for a family member's funeral and the accommodations were comforting - Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient. Appreciated the availability of a computer and printer. Staff was attentive. The last night, noisy in room above, but stopped after we contacted the front desk.

- Zurovetz (8/5): -
- MJ (9/5): - Accommodating staff Distance from airport
- Debra (8/5): - Very good, The best part is the very sweet gal who host the breakfast. She is very kind and friendly. Front desk staff.
- Samame (2/5): Overpriced and run down with inconsistent policies, but friendly breakfast staff and decent food. - It was by a really good Chinese restaurant! My stay was okay, but it definitely wasn’t worth the $140 price. The property felt a little run down overall. There were spider webs in the room and even spiders in the pool, which was very off-putting.
At check-in, the experience was uncomfortable. While the gentleman was helping me, another staff member whispered something to him, and right after that I was charged a $100 deposit. I know others who have stayed here and weren’t charged a deposit, so that inconsistency was concerning.
The policies around early and late check-in also seem very inconsistent, as different guests are told different things depending on who they speak with.
The beds were clearly very used — you could feel that they were worn down and not very supportive. The pillows were also extremely soft and didn’t offer much comfort.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good, although it could use more variety. The lady working the breakfast area was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated.
Overall, there are a few positives, but the condition of the property and lack of consistency make it hard to justify the price.

- Pam (8/5): One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! - Location Na
- osimagirl (10/5): -
- Sharon (9/5): - Was great to roll in on our vacation that had no sorted accommodation for was easy Nothing really
- Mark (8/5): - great staff, good breakfast dated rooms but nice and clean
- Catherine (7/5): -
- Alice (9/5): Acceptable 👍👍 - Convenience It was good.
- Jesse (10/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): - Asking to pay hundred dollars extra holding fee for damages for each room.

- Norman (8/5): Nice stay for the value - Good chow, convenient location Bed a little uncomfortable for my preference, but ok.
- kellie (10/5): Nice place , great beds - Great little hotel The rooms where big
- Jessica (6/5): - Had to wait on staff for assistance upfront. Also had the privacy sign hung on the door, the maid knocked and I let her know I was in there but she proceeded to come into the room. I told her I didn’t need assistance and again that I was there. Thankfully I had just finished dressing. Completely inappropriate for her to enter.
- Michael (10/5): - The room was great. The ceiling fan was unexpected. The shower was one of the best I've been under. It was high enough that I didn't have to bend over to wash my hair.
- Lucia (2/5): - Room and bathroom were very dirty and smelly. The blanket on the bed smelled like pee. The bathroom smelled like pee and mold. The room was for a handicapped person. It’s upsetting that the staff didn’t take good care of that room specifically because it was for a handicapped individual.
- Lively (10/5): -
- Gene2015 (1/5): -
- Dale (10/5): Perfect stay. - Clean, friendly staff, location No comment
- Anita (7/5): It was just ok - We stayed 2 nights. After the first night our beds were not made or trash taken out. Only towels replaced.
When we checked in I gave the girl a card for the room. She still charged our room to the card I booked with. Did not confirm which card to charge. I’m always asked when we check in but this time was not. Was given no direction as to where are room was. We had to hunt for it. Normally the front desk staff at any hotel we have stayed in provides better service than we received here.

- Erb1954 (8/5): Great hotel at a great price! - I usually don't stay at Best Western hotels when traveling as they don't usually impress me as being the class of place I like to stay but it was the best thing I could find in this small town. Previous review convinced me it would be ok. They weren't wrong! From the desk clerk who was very friendly to the room which was clean and comfortable with modern fixtures and lots of USB ports for our phones and other electronics. The desk lamp was especially cool! Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage as well as coffee and juice. It was located right off the main road and across the street from Wal-Mart and gas station. Check out was fast and easy. I joined the BW rewards club and have the app on my phone now. Will definitely stay there again
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Sydney (5/5): Passable -
- N3193IQcherylj (2/5): Stay at your own risk, you will be sorry - This is the worst place, breakfast cold, even though it is free should be warm. Staff rude so noisy you can't sleep, found body fluid on mattress cover upon inspection of the bed. Room are not clean, just wiped down no matter who was in it before even if there was animals. If you don't want to sleep, this is the place, otherwise no.
- Caroline (10/5): Very good stay - A very good option on our road trip to Memphis
Clean, quiet. Safe
- Barbara R (10/5): Always a great experience! - Always a great experience! Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is hot and ready when you are. Rates are in line with other hotels in the area.
- Adele (4/5): Not a Best Western but a Lacking Western - Location was good for our needs. This hotel is about the only decent facility in the area Our room was right off the not lobby and was noisy at night. The breakfast was lacking. The waffle batter machine was broken and the yogurt machine was empty and they ran out of coffee. We were told the regular breakfast staff person was off. Hotel very overpriced for what it is
- Dustin (10/5): - Manager was very very nice! There was no vacancies and he called me and told me he had a room cleaned up for us to accommodate us. We had traveled 7 hours and was sleeping in the car and he made it happen. Great place..
- Doug (4/5): - Housekeeping staff was friendly but entered the room when we were saying not to come in. The rooms were cleaned but really rundown.
- Dawn (10/5): - Second time we stayed here. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. Thank you.
- Jessica (8/5): Wonderful hotel experience made an emergency trip enjoyable. - We had to take a last minute trip out of town. Booking was easy and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast exceeded expectations:eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, yogurt, fruit, and various types of bread! The shampoo and conditioner bottles were on the small side, but that was it.
- Melissa (10/5): - This is a nice clean hotel but the check in process takes way too long. Please solution a faster process. Coming in at 2 in the morning the last thing I want to do is wait 10 minutes to checkin.
- Douglas (10/5): - Best place in Atlanta Tx
- Melissa (10/5): - friendly staff, quite, close to bussiness area and convenient to where we had bussiness meeting
- Michelle (6/5): It is a nice place to stay and staff are friendly and helpful. - Decent room. It could use new shower curtain and updates. TV wouldn’t connect to my phone but could have been the user ;)
- jonnie (10/5): - This Best Western has the most comfortable beds and pillows! I wish I could have brought the bed and pillows home. Excellent customer service from the general manager.
- Melinda (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff, clean quiet rooms. The breakfast was very limited and not very good.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - I talk to Sam about get a handicap room near the desk and the dinning room- Sam got us the best room, right next to the breakfast room and everyone was wonderful- we were in town for a funeral and the staff was sweet and amazing That we couldn't stay longer
- Douglas (10/5): - Great staff, Best Hotel in Atlanta
- Beth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (10/5): Great -
- Germán (10/5): - Room was comfortable. Even without and elevator, we liked the accessibility to the room. Breakfast was Ok
- Marcie (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds and cozy room. No elevator
- phillipsO5721ZK (10/5): Unpleasant trip but great experience at a motel. - Extremely clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. From the front desk to the lady attending the breakfast room. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Very pleased with everything. We will definitely choose this motel for any returns to Atlanta Texas.
- Robyn (9/5): Superb - Everything Breakfast
- Cindy (10/5): - Friendly staff!
- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joey (4/5): - Stains on comforter!
- Weaver (9/5): Comfortable Quality room - The bed was comfortable and I loved the ceiling fan since I am a hot sleeper. The bathroom was clean but I did find long black hair in the tub when I took a shower. I have grey, short hair.
- Brian (10/5): - Very accessible to local events. Clean room, great breakfast with hot biscuits, eggs, oatmeal, and waffles plus muffins, etc.
- Derek (8/5): - Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Would stay again.
- Vicki (10/5): Restful and relaxing - A wonderfully restful place to stay! One thing that my mom and I both appreciated, is that the beds were at a normal height. This was the end of two weeks of travel for us and after two weeks of having to launch our 5 foot frames into beds that reached our mid-sections, this was a welcome relief!
- Michelle (1/5): Reservations confirmed but did not have a room available - NA I had reservations that were confirmed through booking.com. I arrived and they did not have a room available.
- Jody (10/5): Great stay - Nice and clean. I’ll be staying again.
- Stephen (6/5): - Beds were on the firm size but ok. Average to above average. Good price.
- Go06330129048 (10/5): Nice quite stay. - Extra clean rooms , nice beds everything work great. Good breakfast. Quite no loudness in halls. I've been staying at this best western for many years by myself most of the time and I felt safe. Just a great place best place in Atlanta Texas. Try them out next time your there.
- Jonathon (4/5): - A very dated hotel.
- Kenneth (8/5): Very good - Good breakfast. Accommodating staff. Shower chair needed cleaning, mold present.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tonya (5/5): Passable - The friendliness of the lady cooking the breakfast was awesome This motel is over priced for the area and the amenities.
- Tracie (8/5): - I choose this hotel because it's clean and the room doors are inside, not outside so it feels safer. I think the price per night is too much considering the price for other places in the area. I enjoy the option of the free breakfast but it's often overcooked.
- Mark (10/5): - Great
- Cardenas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrice (6/5): - I like how quiet it was and that the customer service is really good and they were very helpful. I really didn’t like that the pool was so small but they allowed us to stay in the pool and extra hour. That was very thoughtful for my family because we were at a family reunion. But they didn’t have an elevator. The breakfast needs work
- Miller318 (4/5): Room walls need a DEEP clean. - At first glance room appeared clean with a slight odor that was eliminated with some air freshener. However, after relaxing noticed that that the extremely dated room had food, drinks, bugs and dust noticeable on the walls. Bedding and towels very thin.
- Sarah (6/5): - We needed this stay for 2 nights for a funeral. It was what it was. It sufficed. It was clean enough for 2 nights.
- John (7/5): The hotel is somewhat dated , the room was fairly clean although we had a difficult time getting into our room due to th - It was the best hotel in Atlanta Tx,
Truthfully it was the only hotel in Atlanta safe enough to stay in. It was close to our property that I felt safe enough to say in .
- 981TERRY (8/5): Clean property - This BW is cleaned and well kept. Breakfast was satisfactory and staff was friendly. Location is also convenient with Wal mart, CVS, and a couple of fast food restaurants nearby. A new starbucks is also under construction.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never again - The front desk worker .. Laura was so unprofessional. She was very dismissive about accommodating us with a handicap room. There was no elevator in the hotel at all. The room smelled like food. The microwave was filthy. Laura insisted that we would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. Although she had time to go outside and smoke a cigarette several times. The manager ended up coming to clean the microwave after housekeeping, missed it again. The best part of this stay was Brenda who works in the dining area. She was so pleasant and made us feel like family while we was there. The air was not cooling either in our room.

- Crystal (6/5): Pleasant - My parents & I were in town for a family funeral. The front desk staff were extremely nice, although they wouldn't give me the discounted funeral rate because I reserved my room through Booking.com. Accommodations were adequate. My parents said that there was "just about anything you'd want" for breakfast (I wasn't hungry). Overall, except for elevator & pricing issues listed in the "things I didn't like" section of the review, our stay was fine. I would probably stay there again if the need arose & those issues were addressed/resolved. Thank you. The main thing we didn't like was that even though there were only 2 floors, there was NO ELEVATOR! And unfortunately, our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no other 1st floor rooms available when we checked in. My parents are ages 84 & 88, and both have heart conditions and mobility issues, as well as other medical issues. Therefore, going up & down approx 20 steps both ways several times was no easy feat. When I initially booked the room, my parents were not staying with me, so it wasn't as much of an issue. So, when they decided to stay, it never crossed my mind to ensure that our room was on the lowest level. So, I guess in the end, it's on me. Anyway...to anyone reading this review, just make sure you book your room on the lowest level if you have a handicap, mobility issues or trouble negotiating stairs. Another thing I didn't like much-and this is probably the norm for most hotels-the weekend nightly rate was around $40 more than the weeknight rate. This just seemed a little extreme to me. Then, the fact that they wouldn't give me the discounted funeral rate because I reserved my room through "Booking.com." was the other thing that I didn't like so much. Other than those things, our stay, although brief, was just fine. I listed several positive comments/things I liked also in the review, not just negative. I would probably stay there again if the need arose & those issues were addressed/resolved. Thank you.
- Claudia (2/5): Never be back again - The lady in front was so rude and I ask for a double queen bed room and they gave me a double twin bed 😡
- jybarra2 (6/5): Average hotel - I picked this hotel because I felt it would be better than the Motel 6. well, I would categorize it slightly better. Towels were rough and worn, bed sheets didn't seem fresh.
- Gene2015 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marjorie (10/5): - .
- Angelia (10/5): - Best stay I’ve had in a long time! Very clean, nice staff! Quiet and comfortable
