Guest Reviews
- Cheryl (10/5): - Very clean & quiet. A kid kicking the wall on the otherside of the wall at 11pm!! We were in a room with a door connecting to another room. That room had a tv blaring most of the night. With as few people as there were staying, it would look like guests would be spaced out better to ensure a good night's sleep.
- Eden (9/5): Perfectly Suitable - We were greeted kindly, the man at the front desk was very pleasant. He did not act annoyed when we asked for a couple of extra towels, which was lovely after having experienced quite cross attendants for making the same request at other hotels.
The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were perfect.
Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Coffee was surprisingly good! They had a really nice selection of yogurts. My son was enthused about the cereal selection. Was bummed that the hottub was out of commission.
The sink water in our bathroom never got warm.
- Corey (8/5): -
- Peggy (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The breakfast was good. It was nice to have so many options i.e. bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles, fruit. Our room was clean & comfortable. Would stay there again. The hallway always smelled like somebody was cooking something. Not a bad smell, just an odd food smell.
- Rod (8/5): quiet lodging - Breakfast eggs and potatoes were not hot-------------------------- cold food
- Jones (7/5): Rude A** Staff - Staff was rude
- The Lanes (10/5): -
- Travis (10/5): -
- Kayla (4/5): - .
- Dennis (6/5): - Breakfast items wasn't warm, room was substandard, sheets wasn't the cleanist, this isn't the first days inn I had stayed at and so far none had been the greatest condition
- Kevin (6/5): - Other than the piles of laundry and trash bags lining the hallway, giant pile of trash by the vending machine the stairwells not vacuumed and clean, the hot breakfast being cold the hot tub not working the exercise room and computer room labeled employees only,it was amazing.
- melissa (2/5): - floors were dirty did not smell clean at all had to move rooms air did not work . breakfast looked like left over from day before
- Cheryl (10/5): Good motel - They are in the process of finishing a remodel. The room didn’t have a clock, etc. I loved that the floors weren't carpeted. The receptionist was very helpful.
- Tamara (10/5): - Everything! The facility was recently renovated, and it shows. They did an amazing job renovating the place from top to bottom. Excellent! The customer service we received was beyond our expectations. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. And the breakfast was good too. We will be staying here each time we come to Coffeyville.
- Belinda (8/5): - The breakfast could’ve been better, potatoes under cooked and eggs were terrible, need to be more scrambled and fluffy not flat as a pancake. Otherwise everything was decent. Thank you for your kind hospitality.
- Eliza (10/5): - Clean. Nice beds.
- Thomas (6/5): - Noisy, next room played loud music and watched TV all night. Had to keep fan on to sleep. Breakfast was very limited. Clean but not, if you know.
- Janet (8/5): - We loved the room and the beds were so comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast. It was lukewarm and the dining area was not fully stocked.
- Scott (8/5): -
- Chasity (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Awful filed a complaint never heard from anyone. It was under construction and owner/manager was RUDE!!
- Freeman (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean! The Bed was a little uncomfortable.
- Robin (4/5): - Trash can at front door was over flowing for 2 days . There was no soap or shampoo in bathroom only 1small trash can and the tv was not connected to service.
- Derek (10/5): - Everyone there was very nice, polits and accommodating! We will stay there again!
- Jackie (5/5): Disappointed - Location and price Not clean, roach on the floor, curtains would not completely close due to being broken, towels and sheets very rough.
- Frank (1/5): The public should distance themselves from them and don't expose your bank account and information to them. - I wanted to get a reservation for Days Inn by Wyndham Coffeyville in Columbus, Ohio and mistakenly paid for the branch in New Jersey.
I called the phone number I saw in their website but the automatic response informed me that they can not take my call.
I followed up with an email detailing what happened and requested that they should not charge my credit card, that it was an error. They went ahead to charge for a service they did not render and which obviously makes it clear that they are fraudulent. Nothing about the company is good. They are fraudsters.
- Jose (8/5): Very good -
- Krista (2/5): Disgusting - Absolutely nothing. We were the only ones staying at this property. I wonder why.
Tried to check out as soon as we checked in but was unable to due to losing our payment.
The a/c vent had what looked like old moldy food stuck in it. The women’s restroom in the lobby was the most disgusting restroom I’ve ever seen- unable to use. Bag of garbage outside the lobby doors was there our whole stay. There was no breakfast in the morning. This hotel shouldn’t even be offered on your website. I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. Unfortunately I did not take pictures because I didn’t want a reminder that I paid to stay here.
- Carlyle (3/5): Poor -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (4/5): - Price was ridiculously high for a property being renovated extensively. They were obviously taking advantage of the lack of rooms available from competitors.
- emily (2/5): - The ENTIRE place is under construction. There is not a hallway that isn’t full of boxes and trash. The room was renovated but they should do renovations a floor or wing at a time. It was a liability and hazard everywhere. The parking lot was completely full and snow and ice days after the snowfall. No attempt at all to even clear a path so it’s safe to walk from your car. The rest of the town was clear of snow and ice. Unfriendly staff.
- Judith (6/5): - They were in the process of upgrading the hotel. They were very helpful and accommodating.
- Cahill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angel (10/5): Friendly staff and comfort - The room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Only downside is there is no pool.
- Shawna (2/5): Very poor - The bed was comfy The pool and hot was not working! The toilet seat was broken! The shower wouldn't turn all the way on
- Terje (4/5): Meh.... - Price, front desk clerk was very nice Weird smell, bed was super uncomfortable, room amenities were very dated, there was some type of loud construction going on above my room, smoke alarm was hanging loose from ceiling, shower/bath fixtures were loose fitting and finally the advertised breakfast buffet was just some cereal as far as I could tell
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Devon (3/5): Poor -
- Kimberly (2/5): - I specifically got a handicap accessible with tub but only shower worked. The heater was so loud couldn't hear tv when on. Tub was dirty and the curtain didn't even for inside shower so water went everywhere. Horrible for the money!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - check-in was okay - The internet password didn't work either day. The room was clean, except for around the baseboards, about 2 inches of dust where the vacuum didn't reach. The shower would only get half power. (half of the water was running in the tub). Overall it was a good stay, just a few things that could have been better.
- Richael (4/5): - Arrived on a Wednesday noticed at 3 pm there was muffins and bagels out at the breakfast station. Stayed until Saturday and they were all still there. Husband got one and said it was rock hard and never ate it. Fruit flys under the juice dispenser as well.
- Chris (10/5): - Renovating, but did their best to please.
- Robin (6/5): - I added a room cause I brought my momma and the heater don't work in her room I had my two daughters stay with her they were cold. Breakfast wasn't the greatest my mom tried to make a bagel it was hard as a rock
- Omar (6/5): - Need improvement
- Sophia (4/5): Disappointing -
- Karen (10/5): - It was clean and comfortable. The front desk was courteous, friendly and helpful.
- Sandy (2/5): Never ever again. - That they put us across the hall from our grandchildren. The hotel looks tired. Carpets need to be cleaned. The furniture was disgusting; it needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The pool was disgusting it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The hot tub was even worse.
- Jeff (8/5): - Tv was staticy. On a 2day stay, employee walked in unannounced first day to see why we didnt check out. No apology after explaining that it was a 2day stay.
- Teressa (10/5): - Friendly,,helpful...
- Ethan (5/5): Could have spent less money for a better stay someone else - The hide a bed sheets were dirty in the king suite. Went to the front desk and told them about the dirty sheets and also the sock we found in a dresser drawer. They replaced the sheets with clean ones but the mattress protector looked extremely dirty. King sized bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Pool didn’t look very upkept and we didn’t allow our children to swim in the pool. Breakfast was ok but wasn’t like we have experienced at other days in or any other Wyndham properties.
- Karla (8/5): - It was nice the room was clean.
- Lasonya (4/5): We were given 2 handicapped rooms. I feel because we book on booking.com. The receptionist / property manager gave m - Location The receptionist demeanor and the handicapped rooms that the hotel gave my family and I to stay.
- Vicki (10/5): - On our way to a funeral in Oklahoma, so we just needed a place to sleep. It was nice.
- Melissa (7/5): It was a nice stay, area was quiet and the people were nice. - The location was nice, Coffeyville was a quaint little town, with lots to offer. When we went to our room after the cleaning staff were in there our room door was not closed properly therefore it was unlocked. We noticed several times during our stay we had to play with the door to get it to close and lock. Thankfully nothing was disturbed in our room. Its just sad that it wasn't noticed by staff.
- Lynda (8/5): I could say I would stay there again - The last rental in Coffeyville The side door didn’t shut nor lock
- Paige (10/5): Spacious and clean rooms, kind staff - Rooms are spacious and clean. A bit out dated in look but that does not bother me if clean. Staff was very kind and helpful A bit out dated in look
- Janet (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amy (10/5): - It was new owners very nice. Quit room clean
- Tommy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teresa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (5/5): Passable - Location and temperature Bugs and wires hanging out on air conditioner
- Cory (5/5): Okay - Staff was very friendly, air conditioning worked great Room was dirty, found boogers on the wall by the bed, broken left behind toys, a pair of glasses, and the shower head was way to low I had to squat down to wash my hair, oh and very low water pressure.
- Vicky (8/5): Very good - Clean, and convenient location Weird house keeping hours.
- Leonor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ebonie (4/5): - Got to the room after family function, 12:30am woke up to the room being 78 degrees we left immediately. 7:00 am. As leaving noticed guest eating without shoes and shirts.
- Jenkins (8/5): It was clean and nice - Location A/c seemed to be going out
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Rick (7/5): Good -
- Alicia (6/5): Hotel - Clean. Comfortable. Good water pressure. Easy to find. Across from a gas station. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was atrocious. AC didn't work very well/cycled off a lot regardless of temp setting, so room got too hot in the night. Very overpriced for area (rural Kansas).
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lance (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room was dirty. The pool was dirty. It was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had.
- Victoria (10/5): - The owners are very sweet people
- Rmz2116 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mary (6/5): Not As Good As Last Time - The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. However, the toilet stopped up just before I checked out, and when I told the manager, he asked me if I had used the plunger. I had not seen a plunger in the bathroom or I would have used it. He seemed upset when I told him this. Also, there were not a lot of choices for breakfast.
- suzyfales (2/5): Disappointed - We have stayed at this hotel since it opened when visiting. The last couple times the quality has gone downhill. This last weekend will be our last time. Room was filthy. Exterior doors were not locked. Anyone could walk in. Breakfast hot items were cold. Everything was dirty.
- d0ug1ek (10/5): Skip the holiday inn express next door. You won’t be sorry. - I am a longtime IHG platinum member so rarely stay anywhere else but now I have a sure exception. Room was on point in all ways. Atmosphere overall was very welcoming and owner and his wife are extremely gracious and wonderful people. We would definitely stay again …and we are in two more days!
- Sara (10/5): Hotel was good. Would stay here again! - Breakfast was good! Nice place to stay! N/A
- Darci (2/5): - Air conditioner didn’t work changed rooms 3 times lamp shade broken refrigerator didn’t work bathtub faucet didn’t work in tub, fan won’t shut off on air conditioner so it ran all the time do not recommend motel
- Ishrat (2/5): - Poor quality bed bugs
- Deborah (5/5): It was ok I guess - It was clean We picked this one because of the pool and I had my grandchildren with me and the pool was closed. They said you had to go down the street to another hotel and use theirs. That was not a good idea and I was very disappointed.
- Patricia (10/5): - Reasonable but the breakfast was under par. The juice machine was broken and out of item like eggs and syrup
- Robin (8/5): - Checkin was confusing 2 people didn’t know if one was training other or vise versed
- Tessa (6/5): - Took a really long time to check in...even when no one else was in the lobby checking in. Had an odd smell...not a clean smell like a lot of hotels. A/c not turned on in the room before arrival. It was 78 degrees in the room.
- Jammie (8/5): Broken - The pool and hottub were broke so it was not what we expected but it was clean and check in was quick
- Larry (8/5): Okay. But I may look for another place next time I come back to C'ville. - Breakfast was good - standard for this amenity. However service was questionable. Ran out of utensils and had to ask for replacements. Regular coffee ran out one morning and no one around to get more. Ran out of maple syrup and strawberry syrup was substituted - bad choice. Rooms were well equipped and adequate. A/C was a little noisy and fan speed could not be changed from high.
- Brynne (2/5): - The front staff was very kind and helpful. However, the room was 85 degrees when I walked in and it smelled very musty. The quality of products was low and the TV didn’t work very well.
Truly, I can’t get over how musty it smelled.
- Jim (6/5): - The pool and hot tub were closed. The juice machine at breakfast didn't work. The outside door closest to our room didn't work. It was exceptionally quiet and the staff was very friendly.
- Beth (3/5): Poor - The room was comfortable We picked this location because it had a pool and got tub, only to find out that it was out of order and we still paid the full price. There was a blood smear on the elevator wall
- James (10/5): - Service was excellent. The whole experience was great
- John (9/5): A Good Stay - The room was comfortable, appeared clean...the staff was friendly... The shower head was nearly out of reach, for a more handicapped person out of reach
- Jayne (10/5): It was all good. - I didn’t see any fruit or yogurt. That would have been nice to have.
- Courtney (2/5): Do not stay! - Terrible . Horrible people. Double charged me . Room was dirty and service was poor!
- Sara (5/5): Passable -
- Keitha (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room. Great breakfast.
- Heather (10/5): - Clean and convenient.
- pam (10/5): - Very nice, staff was courteous and helpful
- Ginny (10/5): Nice place to stay while visiting family - Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Appreciate the recliner. I would definitely stay here again. Seems like when I use Booking.com, I can never get a first-floor room. Maybe coincidence but that is how it has been.
- Georgia (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good - Comfortable room, friendly staff The place is a little tired, but it suited our purpose and the staff were great.
- Joshua (1/5): Bad - Booked it specifically for the indoor pool. Just to find out when we was ready to swim, it was closed because of bacteria. And no coffee made the next morning for the hot breakfast they offer. Never will stay there again.
