Also I was so pleased to be able to have a gluten free muffin and alternative milk choice. Thank you! We had to change rooms because the 1st room we were given (301), neither bedside lamp worked. They were plugged in and had bulbs but they would not work.

Old hotel that looks old, particularly inside. Not much to offer for breakfast. Parking mostly in back which may not be the safest feeling.

Maybe a couple of muffins were left but that was it. The person in charge of breakfast apologized but we ended up going offsite and paying for breakfast. Very disappointed in that as it was one of the reasons we booked here.

• Judith (1/5): Unbelievable - When I arrived to check in at 6:55 pm, there was no one at the front desk. I wait more than 10-15 minutes. Then I called the hotel, got a vm that no one was available. Left and tried to call over the next 30 minutes. Always getting the same msg. Called booking.com and they helped cancel the reservation. Stayed in another hotel and it was excellent.

• Carol (2/5): - I was unable to stay at the location due to policies regarding being from a place and staying at the hotel. Told the general manager that I don't currently stay in Danville I am just from Danville was not accepted. However they worked with expedia to get me a refund so I am thankful for that.

• Albert (7/5): Overall good, - Staff was kind, the room was quit, from outside noise TV wasn't clear picture, hair dryer didn't work, shower head made noise, bed was a little uncomfortable
• Everett (6/5): - Let me start with what went well.. very clean, staff was friendly and a hot breakfast was nice. What didn't go well ... the bed was atrocious. The head was lower than the feet and there was such a dip in the middle you literally rolled together. Terrible nights sleep and a very sore back 😪 When I told the staff they said " Oh yeah the last guy yo stay in room 304 said the same thing about that bed, thanks for bringing it to our attention" So they wrre aware and didn't do a thing about it. Was hardly worth the money we spent.

• Briana (8/5): Great stay - The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always.

• Stephen (1/5): Horrible leadership - The Manager on November 1st was the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER I have ever witnessed and seen. We booked to stay 2 nights, only stayed one. I asked the Manager for a refund for the 2nd night, which we didn’t stay, she said No. Gave No reason or excuse why. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The locks for one of the rooms did not work. There appeared to be mold coming through the ceilings. Water was ponding in one corner of a bathroom sink. A dead roach was left on the floor in a room. The bed linens had stains. The staff was nice.
• Richard (5/5): Rather expensive for what you get. Will rate hight when the elevator is fixed. - The bed was firm and good. The breakfast was adequate. The room was very humid when I arrived but got better slowly after I turn up the A/C. There was no elevator working so I had to lug bags up stairs.
• James (4/5): Disappointing - The front desk.. I requested a late check out from the beginning of my check-in. I was on a business trip. The first clerk stated it was noted. But GM would be in. In the morning to confirm. GM didn't show. The morning clerk at 7am. Would not greet me. or be cordial. Nor acknowledge the late check out. Completely SNAPPY. And CLEARLY did not want to communicate ANYTHING. Treated me u unprofessional and bothered by my existence. Would not allow me to purchase room for another night. Because they were completely booked SUPPOSEDLY. at 10am BEFORE check out time! was at my door to force my guest to vacate room. My guest waited in lobby for 3.5 hours. I checked back later and the hotel was NOT SOLD OUT. as front desk morning person stated... Maybe. It was the boyfriend otp with her arguing yelling and screaming that resulting in her rude treatment of me and my guest.
• Nyesha (4/5): Horrible - I got there on Saturday night to find out that the elevator was broke and they had my mother and I on the third floor. Prior to me arriving there I spoke with the front desk representative 2X. I was even on the phone with her when I was booking my room through Affirm. Not once did she say the elevator was broken because I would not have stayed there for $384. With no elevator to get to the third floor with my handicap mother. We get to the room and it’s so dark. The phone was broke, the box on a plug was also broke. No garbage bag in the trash can and we paid $300+ dollars. The young lady at desk at night when we arrived stated that we would get a discount for all the inconvenience and plus my mother was a senior citizen. We had govt and aarp discounts. We were told that it would cost us $309 only to find out it was all a lie. That’s what the morning representative stated as she refused to give me a receipt because she said it was done through third party. Bottom line I paid 5⭐️ money for 2⭐️ service. Absolutely horrible
