• TravelingWithTrish (8/5): Super Friendly Staff, but hotel itself has room for improvement - Entrance has automated entry doors, which is much appreciated! Room itself is okay, plain. Work desk - only 2 plugs and one is taken up by their coffee pot. There are 2 other outlets to plug in phones, etc but they are at the other end of the dresser unit. No makeup mirror in bathroom and impossible to get close enough to the mirror. Gym has a nice variety of equipment and amenities and nicely set up. The included breakfast is minimal - scrambled eggs, lukewarm flavorless breakfast sausage, french fries masquerading as home fries. Breakfast starts late on weekends (7 a.m.,which would be too late for a lot of guests depending on their plans for the day). Only fruit was apples, did have yogurt and cereals. Nice selection of tea, including NB brands. Staff were very helpful in the hotel, and wonderfully friendly. Hotel also has a pool. Bit overpriced for the area, but would stay here again.

If you weren’t in a good mood when you got there, they would certainly do their best to change that by the end of your check in. As always, Best Western has the comfiest beds and the sofa bed in the suite was ACTUALLY comfortable
• nicholes510 (10/5): The Place to Host an Event - I was involved in an event that was hosted in the Prescott Room. It was the perfect, intimate venue for the small gathering. But what made the experience ever better was the staff. They were fantastic - the event coordinator was so easy to work with and every staff member that you encountered was so kind and helpful. Even the ladies whose break I unintentionally interrupted were happy to help! Great staff, great hotel.

• Brady (9/5): Good stay! - Staff were really friendly, room was clean. Free parking, free espresso machine in the lobby, & was allowed to plug my EV into an outlet in the back parking lot. Starbucks across the road was nice to have too. Breakfast was just ok. No freezer in the mini fridge.

Loud people in our hallway at night was frustrating but it didn’t last too long, just long enough to wake us all up. Dog barking a few times too.
• 17wandalust46 (10/5): Great stop near the border of Canada and the US! - This hotel is outstanding! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat for traveling to the US. I arrived early last night from a 7 hour drive, and had made an incorrect reservation at a different Best Western-Casey ignored my rudeness and frustration-she was patient and helpful-as was the other Best Western. I can’t rave enough about this location and other members of this chain-always great!

The lady working in the breakfast area was also very sweet and professional. There wasn’t enough blankets on the bed. Just one and it’s tucked in so much that you couldn’t even have the blanket over your whole body. We ended up untucking it but still wish there was more blanket options.

Good pool for grandkids. Breakfast - Included, I agree but... Everything seemed thawed and processed (Sausages, "egg bites") Tasteless. Rock hard hard boiled eggs from dubious origin. Waffles I have seen in many other places. Stopped at Tim Hortons for a bagel and coffee upon departure. Usual cereal dispensers. Much better breakfast at the Windham in Fredericton. (Freshly cooked scrambled, from liquid of course, but nevertheless Important when your hotel caters to clients passing through...)

We were using GPS so found it okey but could be an issue. Woodstock town has lots of fast food restaurants, but no restaurant for finer dining. This is a bit of an issue for people with food allergies. Only outdoor parking. Great for summer, not really for winter or rain.

• Deborah (10/5): Really great stay! - Lovely, welcoming and accommodating staff. I travelled by UHaul and the welcome to park where I wished, no matter how much space I took up. Breakfast was good and hot. Very spacious and comfortable room. Nothing. It was all good.

• Robin (8/5): - This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is very close to the highway and you can hear the traffic all through the night. Downtown is a drive way and the local dining options are really only fast food.

I would highly recommend. BW is not our first choice, but we went with the reviews, and they were not wrong. Breakfast is also quite good.
