- Michelle (10/5): The location and staff was great! - I did not have the breakfast. I went to McDonalds to eat because I like to eat earlier than 7 am. Mattress on bed not firm enough. Breakfast started late.
- Robert (3/5): Comparable to other cheaper chains but at a higher price - Old but mostly clean hotel. Breakfast was pretty much the same as other chain hotels. TV did not work. Mattress was lumpy. Bugs in room. Lack of decent restaurants nearby.

- Linda (8/5): I would suggest you make oatmeal available during the breakfast. Much healthier. - The breakfast was not to my liking. I don’t usually eat scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, certainly not gravy, and waffles. My breakfast is simply a bowl of oatmeal, which is very common for a lot of people. I’m sister and I had to go to Walmart and buy a variety pack of instant oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries and some nuts. The yogurt and fruit cups were a pleasant surprise. Plus having orange juice was nice. My sister is vegan so the reason for the trip to Walmart for special breakfast items. When we did have the room cleaned during our visit, it was clearly obvious only one bed was remade. I had made up the bed similar to how I found the bed when we arrived so maybe they didn’t think it needed to be masked. I watched the maid remake my sister’s bed and upon our return from our activities during the day, the bed next to the window was not touched. Still had wrinkles in covers from when sitting on bed.

- Temeica (4/5): I really don't like this Best Western. I feel like it is low budget but the price is high. - It was close to my destination. Also the complementary breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and understanding about my concerns. There was a stain on the blanket. A red stain on the ceiling that looked like blood. The bathroom door handle came off when trying to close the door and I saw an ant on the dresser

- Steve (7/5): Overall, not terrible, but not great either - Facility was very clean and up to date, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. Facility seemed to be either new, or newly renovated, it was nicer than we expected. Staff at the desk was polite, friendly and professional. The room setup was very nice, spacious and comfortable for sitting. Bed was very hard, not at all comfortable. Occupants of the room next to us were very noisy, sounded like they were literally moving furniture around the room until after midnight. We did not complain to the staff, the occupants finally quieted down about the time I was going to call the desk. We had to leave the hotel early, by 630am. We were disappointed that breakfast was not available at that time. Most places we have stayed had breakfast available anytime after 6am.

- jeffery (8/5): Nice place - Checked in late at night, check in was perfect. The guy at counter was very friendly and quick. Lobby was very clean and nicely up kept. The room was nice size and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Only downside about the stay for me was the breakfast, the hot foods were just ok. We didn’t go in, but the pool looked like a nice size. The grounds around hotel were nicely keep also. I would definitely stay here again

- Jessica (10/5): - My mom and I stayed here for the Dover Motor Speedway race weekend since it is under an hour away from the track, luckily this wasn't the first time I stayed here (last time was May 2018). The gentlemen the night I checked in was very friendly and the room itself was very nice and no complaints on my end. The breakfast choices were good. I would stay here again for another race weekend.

From the gentlemen at the front desk, to housekeeping....to the dining area, these Associates do an IMPECCABLE job. We stay there from Virginia, to visit my elderly Sister, and family....and will always ONLY stay there. Thank you!!

Many hotels do not have good water pressure in the showers… this was one of the things I liked that the water pressure was excellent!

- Alexander (8/5): Room key just wouldn’t work… - The keycard for the room wasn’t working, so I had to go back down to the desk, leaving my girlfriend standing outside our room with all of our stuff. They “fixed” it. Still didn’t work, so I had to go back down. I finally asked them if they could just let us in the room for now while they figure this out. They agreed to do that, but then the woman started helping another person that had gotten there after me. She wanted to check to see that his keycard was working since mine wasn’t. Okay? Can you take care of the person with the actual problem first? So my girlfriend went down after we ate our food to get our card. Still wasn’t working. So I went BACK down, told them, and finally this time they were able to get it to work. But wait! Story’s not over! After breakfast the next morning, we went back up to our room, and it wasn’t working again! So we went down and they fixed it. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it got to be pretty annoying. The staff was helpful, but they weren’t very pleasant. They just didn’t really say much. They would take my card, do something with it behind the desk, and just hand it back to me, saying “It should work now”. Sometimes not even saying that. It was a fine enough stay, but this issue made it kind of annoying. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

- Robert (10/5): Great place - In our last three hotels we have stayed in, this one was by far the best. The breakfast looked good, but we already had plans to meet family. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. I am not sure what else you really need. It looks a lot nicer on the inside than the outside. The outside is just a bit dull.

- Rebecca (10/5): No better hotel that I've ever stayed!! - There is NOTHING negative I can say about this hotel, and its excellence begins at the front desk. Hotel clerks truly are only required to check guests in, out...and fulfill requests best they can. THREE GENTLEMAN. One works evening shift, the second...the overnight shift and the third, overnights I believe weekends only. Not ONCE have I not been greeted, both coming and going. Always SUCH friendly faces, and so attentive and sincerely caring....as shared that I visit Denton, to see my elderly Sister. THIS time, a reward getaway for my husband who has been dealing with failing health pretty much all hear. These associates are not "small town friendly"; they are just GOOD PEOPLE. The crew of HARDWORKING ladies we have had service our room?! TOP NOTCH. I only hope they are paid WELL, because unless you have worked in their field?....you have NO clue. What they do can be grueling, yet after they have came in fo "tidy up" our room, it looks like we just checked in! I dont know of even the best 5 star hotel, that I haven't at least found hair, in a bathroom corner. Not Best Western Denton Inn!! Ond would think they go oved their finished job with a magnifying glass!! To ALL the Staff....keep up the good work! We'll ALWAYS be back!

- oceanpalace (6/5): impolite front desk staff - Located in Denton/MD, this is an OK place for overnight stay. I was treated impolitely and with discrimination by their front desk staff. The room is OK, and the free breakfast is OK. I've learned that the Best Western hotels do not offer a gym in general; so if you like working out, find some place else.

- jhall137209 (10/5): Great Hotel recommend to everyone - The hotel is excellent. It is the best hotel I have stayed in the past 15 years. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast server was at the top of her game. We did not use the pool but it looked clean, inviting and well kept. If we had gotten there earlier we would have used the pool. The rooms were great and will be staying there again. Hopefully someday soon.
