Jason (10/5): - They were having a plumbing issue (no water in rooms), but it wasnt their fault, the whole area was without water. The hotel was very nice. The room was clean. The only issues werewe could smell fresh paint and no water. We loved the size of the room. If we need a hotel in the future, we would definitely find another like this!

Douglas (4/5): worst of the 3 local hotel choices - When we arrived the roof smelled damp and the door wouldn't open completely. There was still soap in the shower from a previous guests and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

Sheena (10/5): - Coming from someone that grew up extremely poor and homeless at times. I don’t have to have the best place to stay. As long as there is running water and no bed bugs I couldn’t care less what it looks like. Breakfast was great, staff was great, the pool was out of order, but we were told we could use the pool next door. The only issue we had was our room had a musty odor and the carpet in front of the air conditioner was wet. Again no big deal we were not there long enough for that to matter. We just needed a place to sleep and that’s what we got.

The saving grace was that the owner owed the holiday inn next door too so we used its facilities. (Pool and laundry room). Our room had a weird smell and the air didn’t work well. madison (2/5): - My husband, children and I stayed here for a quick over night stay. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted with a horrible smell. Roughly 30 mins into our stay my son found a dead cockroach in the entertainment center. We put it in a cup and took it to the front desk where we were told “strange we don’t have cockroaches” we decided to take all of our belongings back to our vehicle for precaution and stay the night regardless as this was just for some quick sleep on our 22 hour drive. We noticed the carpet was stiff/sticky. Also that the garbage cans were dirty. They had fresh bags but the cans themselves. We took all of the bedding off and checked under the mattresses to make sure bedbugs weren’t going to be an issue. The cloth frame covers were stained like someone had peed on them. There was also an INSANE amount of gnats. Once it was time to lay down and go to bed we soon realized the beds were damp. The only good thing was how nice the lobby was and the variety at breakfast. Otherwise you couldn’t pay me enough to stay at this hotel ever again even for a quick stay.

treston (10/5): - Loved my experience nice room very clean everything was top notch the only thing I can say that was negative was people regularly stomping on the 3rd floor above us it wasn't as bad as some of the other places I've been the Internet is also very good but pro tip if it stops working just delete it off your device and reconnect it and don't miss out on the breakfast they are lenient though so if your a little late getting up it's ok I believe it's mostly family ran they understand very nice people will be staying again in the future
Celia (6/5): Cheated out of fun - I was extremely disappointed as I chose this property for the indoor pool so my children could enjoy the weekend. When we arrived I was told that the pool was closed and would not be open. The carpets in the room are sticky from who knows what... But honestly, I've stayed in worse places for sure. I do think if your pool is closed it should be listed on your site. I would never have booked here if I'd known and I do feel cheated.
Elizabeth (4/5): - My key card only worked now & then, after trying 7 or 8 times; each time I tried to get into my room. The desk clerk came up to my room to help me get the key card to work. He wiggled the hardware below where you put the car in the slot & said now try it. I did & it worked. He said it's because the hardware is just loose! The luggage carts do not turn properly, they are very difficult to manuver for a disabled person. The staff for the breakfast room gave me dirty looks because of my service dog being there with me. I'm handicapped & require a service dog. My dog is a small, female, chocolate lab. She is very well behaved & just lays by my feet. She doesn't beg or do anything to bother anyone. The toilet ran constantly. The bed was comfortable & the room was fairly clean. The housekeeping staff knocked on my door about 9:30am. I told them i wasn't packed yet & reminded them that checkout time wasn't until 11am.

Steve (4/5): - This hotel is one of those that will not let you control the thermostat. Your room temperature is what they want, not what you want, necessarily. There was a thermostat in the room and it would adjust down to 66 degrees, but the temperature would not adjust down. Whatever the preset temperature was, was all it would do. The numbers would change, but the temperature wouldn't. And it was too hot in the room for comfortable sleep. I slept in our car - it was actually more comfortable. We only stayed one night, so I didn't fuss, but I have crossed this hotel off my list. My wife and I will control the temperature that we are comfortable sleeping in, not some budget minded manager or owner.

The AC unit did not work well, and it was very humid in the whole hotel but specifically our room. It was so humid that our bedding felt wet.

Jared (6/5): - I called a few days before my reservation to request my families rooms be close together. They told me I had to call the same day of the reservation to do have that request. Upon checkin, our rooms were not close at all. I got into my room, and found the decorative trim on the bed was broken. The light started flickering and wouldn’t turn back on, despite plugging it into a new outlet. The ac would not turn off. I requested a new room and was moved with no problems. The new room was fine, nothing really wrong, but it could use some general maintenance. Breakfast was good, spent a lot of time in the breakfast lounge with family.

jameshS6120EY (8/5): Good hotel - My family and I stopped in at this Best Western Plus while traveling through the area. Rooms were clean, front desk young lady was cordial. Will most likely stay again at this location as we pass this way often. There are many fast food options on the exit as well.
JoAnn (8/5): Good stay, but pool closed. - The stay was nice, quiet and clean. The only disappointment was the indoor pool was closed. Now i know to call before i make a reservation to make sure it's in operation.
Isabelle (4/5): - The sink had a massive hole in it and dumped water all over the floor. They moved us into a different room and there was crumbs and used Q-tips on the floor. It didn’t look like they’d cleaned other than changing the sheets. The bathroom floor was also tacky. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where I felt the need to check the mattress to make sure there wasn’t signs of bedbugs before sitting down on it. The lady at the front desk was nice, that was the only good thing about the whole place.

TTFN10000 (10/5): Great Hotel To Stay at - Great Hotel in Leeds. East check in, Great location. Logan’s, Cracker Barrel are right out side and Publix grocery is up the block. Once the air conditioner gets going it cooks the room off. Great area to stay in. Nice showers, great beds and pull out couch.

BaileyMnG (8/5): Nice Stay - Having stayed in other BW, I was glad to stay at the one in Leeds, AL. The desk clerk was cordial though seemed a bit distracted by his pizza waiting on the desk. The room was clean as was the hallway (I do pay attention to little things) and the bed was comfortable. I was given a room with a handicap shower which in itself was okay but the shower kept leaking out onto the restroom floor even after the water was shut off and I'd wiped the floors dry. Also, the hair dryer was missing, so be sure to bring your own just in case. All in all it was a nice stay with a comfortable sleep.
kishahall34 (2/5): Dont do it!!! - This hotel has a known bedbug issue. The are active. When I confronted the Front desk he turn to the housekeeper and told her that 326 still has bedbugs. This is an older hotel that definitely needs to be cleaned and updated. The pool is gross and over chlorinated. The breakfast is mediocre. They did not charge me for the room but I would rather not have slept in a bed bug infested room.

Neil (6/5): - First... it's a Best Western. So think value. It's an older property. They do a good job of every day cleaning. But, the hallway smelled like a horse barn (old carpet). The room was clean. The facility was safe and quiet (hotel sold out). No shampoo, C/O unit kept chirping. Mentioned, they didn't take care of. So we took off the wall and brought it to desk. Never fixed (4 nights) We were there for an event at the Barber Motorsports Park. It worked out just fine...
Audrey (8/5): - So, there was a little mix-up on my reservation, but the check-in guy went the extra mile to get it resolved. Kudos for that. A less experienced employee, would probably not been able to make it happen.
frank (10/5): - We came in late and very tired. Solomon was fantastic! Excellent people skills. We came back on our way home.
Kim (2/5): - We got moved rooms 3 times because of a really strong mildew smell. You could still smell it in the 3rd room but it wasn't a bad so we just stayed with it. We did inquire about getting our money back so we could go somewhere else but the man said that he couldn't do it and would have to call the owner to come in. The hotel was really outdated and the renovations they did try to do were shoddy at best. We stayed 3 nights and the guy at the front desk never went home. He was there day and night. He was very nice thigh. The pool was disgusting. The water was really murky and the whole area was filthy. We didn't dare to try and swim, which sucked because we had kids with us and that was part of the reason we chose that hotel. And the icing on the cake.. We ended up leaving a night early without getting refunded because on our final night there, we realized they had a bedbug infestation. I will add that we had someone stay on the third floor who didn't notice anything. We were on the second floor. So it might not be the whole hotel. But our room definitely had them. I definitely would not recommend staying here and if you do, ask if you can see your room before you put any money down because they will not refund you.
rebeccacleansrooms (4/5): Lacks Proper Management - It’s the Manager’s responsibility to inspect every room after it has been cleaned and before the room is rented to Guests. That means there should not be stained towels or hair in the bed. There should never be any build up of dust on any surface. Do the sheets smell fresh and clean? Has the Toilet been scrubbed or just wiped? If not HELP the underpaid and overworked housekeeper correct the problems! It’s your responsibility to make sure your rooms are 100 percent up to Best Western Standard!
George (8/5): - Pretty typical Best Western - clean, comfortable, good value. Right off of I-20, plenty of dining choices within a mile. Perfect for our one night stop traveling from Jacksonville FL to Memphis TN.
Troy (6/5): - Furniture had stains, Shower was dirty, most of the hotel smelled like weed

Verified traveler (6/5): Not good - Had issues checking in, clerk was too busy talking on their cell phone to answer any questions asked. Not sure the sheets were changed. TV did not work. Had to pull out the refrigerator to plug it in. Not happy about this stay.

Kimberly (8/5): - Housekeeping only showed up first day, had to go ask for towels rest of stay and no we didnt have door hanger out. Great location, good breakfast
Brooke (6/5): Not worth the price - It was an old hotel that needs updating. A closet doorknob was broken, bathroom was not deep cleaned, old dirty carpet on floors. Breakfast was very scant. It was ok for one night but definitely not worth the price. Can pay about the same for a much cleaner and nicer hotel in the area with a great breakfast.
James (6/5): - Nice place and clean for the money. Had free breakfast . It had biscuits, eggs and sausage wasn’t bad.
712kathy (4/5): Don’t recommend - Assigned room’s refrigerator not working and had mold in it. TV remote needed new batteries. Got different room and HVAC unit not working. Attendant arrived fairly quickly. Fuse breaker needed to be reset and then it worked fine. Room was clean and hotel quiet. Staff at front desk buried in phones and no interest in welcoming guests. Find something better.
Verified traveler (4/5): - The internet was so weak I could not connect my laptop. The TV also used streaming, so TV reception was very spotty, and did not include local channels. The water in the shower was barely luke warm. I am not sure the AC did much good. And there was NO INTERNET.

Arica (10/5): Nice stay - We greatly appreciated our stay at Best Western and extend our gratitude for the exceptional hospitality. Although the swimming pool was notably chilly and appeared slightly unkempt, we indulged in the experience nonetheless, as it complemented our weekend retreat. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was satisfying.
Sightsee466431 (8/5): over night stay - Room was clean and the bed was very nice Breakfeast was bad as the cook left with out notice leaving them with no one to do breakfeast. The front desk did come over and say they were very sorry. Check in and check out was very good.
Shan (10/5): - Only thing I didn’t like is the extra charge on card. Front desk staff was friendly got you in for check in expeditiously. Breakfast was served in morning and hotel was convenient to everybody
Robin (8/5): Over night on the road stay - Room was passable my dog found something to eat on the floor
Patisia (2/5): - The hotel is outdated. There is no hot tub. The area was cold and pool water was cold too! When we asked whether it was heated we were told it wasn’t but made it seem like the room was heated because they mentioned it had just been turned off! Well nothing changed the next day. Pillow and beds are not the best. Certainly needs updates!!
Matthew (4/5): Wet bathroom floor. - We were given a handicap room, which was not an issue until we took a shower and the bathroom was flooded. There was no way to keep the water in the shower. This was a huge inconvenience b/c we had only two options: either had to contact the front desk to have someone come clean it up or clean it up ourselves with towels. Given the late hour, neither was a desirable option. It really put a damper on our stay. The breakfast was good tho
David (6/5): - the parking area is terrible and I had ants in the bathroom
