Linda (3/5): - Didn't see any bugs, room, bathroom and bed were clean (except pillows smelled). All the regular stuff was available, towels, soap, etc. The entrance and hallway were great. There was no one at the front desk, I had to call for someone several times. There was a button to push, I pushed it, nothing. My room smelled like wet carpet. The pillows smelled like cigarettes. The air conditioning unit didn't look like it had been cleaned, ever. I went back to the front desk twice and didn't find anyone, so I just stayed in the room.

Tawana (8/5): - Upon arriving, we realized the town had been hit with a tornado a few days prior. Because of this, we realized the roof had some damage upon arrival and there were a lot of construction workers helping with cleanup efforts in and around the town, staying at the hotel as well. However, the staff were amazing during our stay even with being completely booked! They made us feel more like family than guests and never skipped a beat in making sure guests were well taken care of! With that said, the room we stayed in was clean and beds were super comfortable. The only one issue with the room we stayed in was a little bit of mold above the shower and above the bathroom door. This is an older hotel and the issue might be due to lack of good ventilation when taking showers. It wasnt anything that affected our stay. Other than that, our stay was great!

Everything about the facility was great; however, upon check in, I was asked to present a credit card onto which an “incidental fee” of $50 would be charged “just in case”. The room was clean, though the bed wasn't the most comfortable for me personally, I think that others would be able to stay there comfortably. The staff was horrible, specifically Jennifer. She claimed that our dog pooped on the dining floor when our dog never stepped foot on that entire side of the hotel. Then she claimed we made a huge mess in our room after we left and charged us an extra $80 after I said I would be able to pay it on Friday (tomorrow). This is outrageous.
