- Janis (9/5): Comfortable - Ok It was nice
- Barnard (7/5): - Breakfast is fair. Had to ask for decaf coffee. No real cream for coffee. Sausages were weiners chopped up and very salty. Poor selection of instant oatmeal. Breakfast. Refrigerator was not plugged in had to get assistance. Temperature in the room while cool when I went to bed I woke up in the middle of the night in a very warm stuffy room.
- Lindley (9/5): It was good - It was ok A cook

- H7591HEthomasm (10/5): Highly Recommended - We had a nice 3 nights at the Mineola Best Western. Mineola is a nice town to visit for shopping and the restaurants are good too. This is the place to stay, as the quality seems to be as good as the Hampton Inn for about half the price. The breakfast has a waffle iron, and we had eggs and breakfast meat among the choices. The beds were very comfortable, TV and WiFi reception was great, and the shower was consistent with plenty of hot water. The check-in process was smooth and painless with Taylor. I would highly recommend this hotel!

- Jolene (10/5): Friendly, comfortable, clean and great value - After visits to this site for 4 months in a row as I was settling my mom’s estate, the staff became like family. I’ve never experienced this level of high quality service and attention at this class of hotel. Absolutely amazing staff and great place to stay. The eggs are pretty bad

- Kayla (7/5): We stay here kinda often and it's usually really well kept. It is not a bad hotel at all. - Breakfast is always good, the beds are always clean. The staff is always very attentive. The air in our room was in and out and no other rooms to move to. However they did give us a box fan to help us out. We are greatful for that. The house keepers didn't do that well of a job vacuuming and there was what looked liked dried paraphernalia in the carpet from a previous tenant/traveler. Not every stay can be perfect, we will probably be back but hopefully we have a better experience next time.

- jennifer (8/5): - The room was spacious and comfortable. The price was a bit too high for only a one night stay, but the breakfast was good with great options.
- Hayes (8/5): Went there to relax and it was good - Breakfast good waffles really good The eggs
- Dakota (10/5): There’s was one guy who worked the night shift was always cleaning and was just down right nice as could be you all need - Was very clean and quiet It’s not by a lot of business

- Richard (5/5): Really need some aromatherapy and updates . - Location for our travels. Out dated and musky smell.
- Janis (10/5): -
- William (4/5): - AC was really bad, breakfast was bad. By 4:00 a.m. I had the AC down to 62, but it wasn't cooling and never ran for more than 30 minutes.
- Road821662 (6/5): Was disappointed - Check in was fine. The room was somewhat clean. Furniture surfaces had food smeares. There was hair found on bed sheets. The towels felt like they were laundryed without softener. We were disappointed based on the room rate.
- Kayla (10/5): - We've stayed here a few times before, however this was the first time being able to use the pool area. My girls loved it. However we do wish they would do soemthing a little safer with the hot tub area, either fix and refill it or something else to where there isnt an open space with lose rocks. My daughter is 3 and austisic and it made it hard for her to understand that wasnt a play area. We also wish the beautiful rock water fountain was on and running. Over all it is a very nice place, our room was clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for keeping this hotel nice and enjoyable.
- 111gregr (10/5): My Best Western… - We always stay at this best western. The people are nice and always helpful with a great breakfast..highly recommended
- Enrique (10/5): -
- Javier (10/5): - The area was very peaceful
- Rebecca (6/5): - The first time they wanted a credit card on file for damages. Stayed here several times ove the last few years, and never had this asked of me until just now.
- Antonishia (8/5): -
- Justin (6/5): -
- Brenda (10/5): - Love the pillows and beds There's no pen and paper in the room! REALLY!
- Deborah (5/5): Not a very good experience however the young lady at the front desk, Kaitlyn did her best to make it right - Caitlin made everything better. She made the experience much better. The bathtub drain didn’t work. It was black hair in the bathtub no slide ins for the coffee pouches to make coffee. I ended up changing rooms. The next room was nice. The drain work and there was still black hair in the sink.
- Thresa (9/5): - Nice and clean Only thing that was bad was when we went down to breakfast it wasn't setup. The male housekeeper was calling around to get kitchen staff and come to find out that person had quit with no notice .But they finally got breakfast out.
- Dawn (10/5): Family 1st birthday party - First time staying here and it was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Great location for our family. Will stay here again when back in Texas.
- Sheila (10/5): - Very clean

- Julia (7/5): Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great town, but be prepared to drive for tea 😊 - Great hotel and lovely town. There are no paths to town or any other way to get there other than driving. It is not an issue really but after a long drive, it is nice to have closer restaurants.
- BSGrilling (10/5): If you are looking for a good night's rest, try this hotel, glad I did. - Great hotel, clean and quiet.
Taylor was a fantastic front desk hostess.
Second floor room was very nice and roomy. The beds were Best Western standards so I slept very well. Kind of complicated to get in and out of if you aren't paying attention, great value also!
- Robert (8/5): - Staff was quite helpful. No business center. Room was clean and well ordered.
- James (10/5): - Nice clean and helpful employees
- Danny (10/5): - Very friendly sraff especially Brandon who made sure we had everything we needed.
- Celine (6/5): - This hotel was fine. Cleanliness is most important, and it was clean. The bed was hard and difficult to sleep on, the AC unit was so loud it woke me up every time it clicked on and back off. If anyone is outside your room, you'll hear them. Breakfast was fine.
- Donna (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly staff.
- Elsa (10/5): - The only thing that needed more attention was the tub and the tile in the bathroom.
But everything was very good for the price location is excellent and very quiet.
- Courville (7/5): Good -
- Pamela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - The staff Could use more handicap slots closer to the door
- Valerie (8/5): Great place to stay . I recommend this property . - Comfortable beds , close to where our event was held, easy & friendly check in . Good breakfast . Room had a heavy musty smell . Room interior had a dampness to it .
- Philip (8/5): Very nice! - The hotel is old but very clean. The staff is friendly and polite. My room was in the front of the building on the boulevard and therefore a lot of road noise. Next time I would ask for a room in the back of the hotel.
- Kathy (9/5): Superb - The staff was extremely helpful!
- Tonya (4/5): - I liked the service from the staff. My room was stuffy and a little dusty when I arrived.
- Stephen (2/5): - Power went out on last day had to leave early due to no AC
- Steve (10/5): - Service was friendly and helpful…room was extremely clean!
- ktbfarms (10/5): Very clean! - The front entry, hallways, breakfast area, and rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. The humidity was very high and often times hotel hallways will be dank; they will try to cover it with deodorizer and spray. But everything was fresh smelling, and obviously clean.
- Sue (10/5): Texas hospitality, cleanliness and comfort 👏 - Off the highway so less traffic noise. Very clean with comfortable room. Staff were super friendly. Great breakfast. All was great!
- Mary (9/5): Superb - Very nice and friendly staff. Convenient to the Mineola League of the Arts which was the reason for my stay.
- Charles (10/5): - Clean rooms, quiet and loved the jetted tub
- Daniel (2/5): - Room was next to starcaae and pool entrance door door banged untill around midnight so did they run up and doum stars was very tierd early coud not sleep for noise untill after midnight will never stay at best Western again 😑

- Michael (10/5): - Good for price and quiet friendly staff
- Moore (9/5): Superb - Overall was good
- Dale (10/5): - Breakfast was meager, but good. Staff at check in was extremely friendly. Clean room 10/10 will stay again
- Raven (8/5): Very good - Very clean and excellent location
- Eddie (7/5): Not up to what we expect from Best Western. - In an OK location, though it would be easily missed without GPS navigation system in the car. Heat pump was very noisy. Woke me up during night. The tub in the bathroom is not as safe as it should be for older guests. The floor of the tub is very slippery, and there was no nonskid mat available. Also, the grab bar in the tub is very distinctly in the wrong place. It should be horizontal on the back wall of the tub enclosure, not vertical at the corner of the tub.
- Dana (10/5): - The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very accommodating !
- Russell (9/5): Superb - Was very good. Nothing
