Mabelyz makes popcorn all the time. they also give us brown bag with fruit and snaks for us that have to go early and camt make it to their breakfast. thamk you Mabelyz and the rest of the staff you guys are appreciated

I had to get out of the shower to get mine from my luggage, usually the shower has shampoo and conditioner and body soap inside the shower. Unfortunately this stay didn't have body soap. Other than that it was great 😃 so check before you enter the SHOWER 🚿!!

When my car couldn't start when I went to check out she also helped me get in touch with a great mechanic and made sure I was well taken care of even under all the stress. I've never had such a great experience like this anywhere I've been.

- MOHAMED (1/5): Last resort will not come back - Nice staff First room checked into had no running water…was given a different room. Dingy. Bathroom was substandard and again had different water issues. Pressure and leaks. At that point was too tired from my trip to complain

- Randy And Pamela (6/5): Very bad desk, check in person. - When checking in the person at the desk was very confrontational and gave us a hard time about getting a room that was inside the building said that because we made our reservation online we to take the rooms along the street which we’ve gotten before and are full of bugs. Argued with us for 20 minutes before just giving us a room inside I even offered to upgrade or downgrade because I had reserved a suite so that we wouldn’t be on the street. So all of the arguing was for no good reason we ended up with the room we wanted was like an episode of twilight zone or thought we were being punked. Room and everything else ended up being good just one bad person can make trip terrible.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. - The hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. My partner forgot some items and the staff called us to let us know they would keep them for us. In the morning they gave us a carry out breakfast. Nothing. It was great.

The breakfast was great, hot, and fresh. The staff put out new food as soon as possible when it ran out. The coffee machine was the highlight of my day, it was so yummy. The staff was also very generous and kind, we socialized a bit and they put a smile on our faces. Would definitely be recommend a night here, thank you!

I was lodged on the second floor and I could not sleep the first night because I could hear the guests stomping the floor in the room above mine at late hours in the evening and early morning. I could also hear the noise from the plumbing! The rooms are crowded with outdated furniture and too much furniture. I was not impressed and paid way too much for Brawley! The bed is comfortable and breakfast is OK.

- SueArow (8/5): Totally acceptable - Totally acceptable and clean. Water pressure is a bit low and the appliances are noisy. The outside noise can be intrusive, but the fresh air from windows that open is very nice! Breakfast was good, the staff is friendly, so all in all a good nights rest.

- Roa- (8/5): Other than that our stat was great! - The amenities, the location, and it was pet friendly. The handicap shower needs to be reconsider. The seat is too far away from reach. My mother who is wheelchair bound needed help as the seat was too far away from the shower head even after retrieving it from its place. Also The air from the ac was somewhat muggy. Like perhaps the filtered needed to be cleaned.
