- Jonathan (7/5): It was a nice hotel stay at, though it is not clear if it was worth the cost. - It was an enjoyable stay with nice options. The pool was freezing, and the sauna could never get to a workable temperature. But overall it was still good. The room worked well, and I thought that it fully met the expectations that we had. The breakfast was not the best. While there were options to work with, the quality left much to be desired, especially considering the $200 price tag. The pool was nice, but not fully kept ready. The pool was freezing, I assume because there was a light fixture that was broken in the pool, which made it a little concerning to use. The sauna was a cool addition, except that it couldn't get near the ideal temperature for a sauna.

The front desk then ignored me when I requested to change my own sheets. The elevator, hallways, and common areas were filthy dirty. Clumps of mud, garbage overflowing. We had stayed there prior, but will not ever stay there again.

She offered us soup and was so helpful with anything we asked! Breakfast was ok, the sausage was gray and not cooked right. My tub and toilet had hair on it so it was a turn off, there was dirt on the bath tub. I was charged for an extra night and told it was a system error when I called to ask about it! I have finally got my refund from my bank but that is concerning and I don’t feel comfortable going there because of that. Only reason I’d return is for Amy’s kindness and beautiful smile!

We got there early and there was tortilla soup available until it was gone. They have an amazing coffee machine that has many options from fancy to regular and very good decaf. They also have a RO water dispenser in the lobby that enhances that waters alkalinity and oxygen for hydration. I would stay there just for that. We were very pleased with our stay and will stay there every time we go that way. Thank you Best Western.

While it was very comfortable, one Needs a stool to get into it. They are just too high. Even a minor handicap would make it extremely difficult.

That kind of thing should have been disclosed upfront, probably on a sign outside the building. We would have moved on and not stayed here. One had to reauest bottles from behind the counter or drag in any container you had and fill it from a filtering machine. There was no ice and no juice at breakfast. The breakfast was generally meager. Really expected better of this location; we'd stayed here before but not again. Poor decisions on the part of management.

Gracious, pleasant, kind, respectful and courteous. Although there were a couple of very minor glitches upon arrival Madeline made sure that I was taken care of and happy with my visit. As a disabled veteran with PTSD her kindness and helpfulness made me feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel and room is awesome. I feel like I’m home. I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Montezuma in Las Vegas.

- Verified traveler (2/5): False advertisement - Disappointed with stay and reservation. Traveling with 2 young children. Booked overnight stay specifically for indoor pool advertised on website. Needed a place to stay were children could unwind after a long car ride. Website did NOT say pool was closed and under construction, nor were we notified at checkin. Wasn’t until we checked in and paid for room and went down to pool that it was closed. Another family staying there were in the same position. Paid higher price for hotel compared to other area hotels because of indoor pool. When I notified front desk of disappointment they really were no concerned or apologetic.

Plus they have a cold filtered water machine in the lobby which is hard to come by these days. I would definitely stay here again.

The water pressure was bad and the shower head was very high and hard to reach. The shower curtain was very dirty at the bottom.
