- Karen (10/5): The staff and facilities at this hotel were A+. - The breakfast was the usual fare. The electric food warmers seemed to keep the food warmer than the traditional ones we usually see at restaurant breakfasts. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The hotel smelled clean and fresh in general. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They even gave us doggy treats on check-in. Years past we stayed at Best Western but have gotten away from them. This trip we stayed in two -- and returned to them on our way back from our destination. Due to our experience this time we will start seeking out Best Western Plus for our travels. No complaints. Everything was perfect!

- Anna (1/5): Horrible service - The staff was rude as soon as I walked in. My son 4 year old was excited for the pool and did ran a little bit down the hall when front lady yelled at him. After getting out of the pool on our way to our room lady again called us out in front of a full lobby saying remember to run and not on a friendly mood. It was 6:00 pm when we checked in people supposedly were giving compliments about my kids being loud. Not the case we got there got dressed to go to the pool so there was really no time for my kids to be in the room like the front lady said. Never staying there again.

- Lorynn (4/5): In all, I would not stay here again due to the uncleanliness of the facility and the unwelcoming staff. - The room itself was very nice and I liked that dogs were allowed. The hallways and stairs were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They also said that they only clean rooms on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We stayed there for six days and checked out on Friday. We left early everyday and they never came and cleaned our room despite asking front desk staff for our room to be cleaned and leaving the do not disturb sign on the inside of the door. We tried to check in early and they asked for a check in early fee of $10 an hour which would have been $80, but the front desk lady said she could negotiate down to $50 which seemed suspicious and we refused to pay and came back at a later time.

- Everson (8/5): Pleasant place to stay for a quick stopover if on a road trip. - Clean, amenable, good value for money for a quick stopover Fusty smell in hallways , probably the carpet. Pillows on bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. Noisy air con, usb sockets didn’t charge phones overnight.

The breakfast is also good. When I went to my room with the key card, I was surprised to find that it was already occupied — so awkward! It turned out to be a mistake on the hotel staff’s part, and they had us wait another half an hour to change the room. By then, it was already 11 p.m., and we were exhausted from the long drive, just wanting to get some rest as soon as possible.

We had to pay for each room, twice. Also, the person at the front desk was rude to my husband, and wouldn’t answer the phone when I or the booking agent tried to call.

Had to call credit card machine company to get it fixed. Husband spilt tea on floor accidentally and used a towel to clean it up instead of leaving it. They charged us $25. Lots of homeless. Food and coffee was cold. Staff wouldn’t let us talk to Nancy.
