- Louis (8/5): I recommended this hôtel - Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable reading chair. Quiet surroundings. Helpful staff. The bathroom fan only works upon request. Desk and chair for working; comfortable. Breakfast 6am on week days. Breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold options. The breakfast room was nice. The lighting is insufficient, making the room feel gloomy; are the LED bulbs too dim?

- Yes90125 (8/5): Nice clean quiet hotel - It's somewhat dated however the beds are great the TV is new, the bathroom is very clean and so is the property. Some furniture is a little older (no big deal) good work space with decent Wi-Fi, plenty of parking (outdoor) as a business traveler it met all my needs and the staff were terrific. Anything you need for toiletries they are happy to assist. It's priced right and has plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance no need to go to the city if you don't need to. Keep up the good work!

- infoP5873EC (10/5): Great Stay at the Right Price - This stay was at the right price. The hotel had a pool and a hot tub and a great selection of hot breakfast with variety to chose from. There was lots to do right near the hotel from restaurants and shops so we didn't have to travel into the city to find what we were looking for.

- Evan (7/5): Sorm stayed - Nice room and breakfast Charged me 30 dollars extra for early checkin. Had surgery and needed a place to recover in. Plus we were storm stayed. For hr and a half early charged me early checkin She said she would try take the early checkin off. Had a small dog so the total bill was 207. When we were checking out she said she would look into it with a promise. And that was it. Not impressed at all. Will not be coming back. I dont recommend this place at all.

We had to be up and away very early, therefore could not stay for breakfast, however they provided a grab & go bag, very kind of them. The room was spacious and clean. Good bathroom facilities. This was not the fault of the hotel. But beware we ordered a taxi to catch an early morning train. Unfortunately the taxi did not turn up... I asked the hotel to call another company and we got there by the skin of our teeth. So beware if you need a cab on time. We chose this hotel as it was about the closest to the via rail train station.
- Marie Danielle (8/5): Family oriented, easy, fun, accessible - My family and I have been staying at this specific Best Western for years. We love the location, away from downtown but still have all your main necessities and a few restaurants surrounding you. Lots of space for parking and feel safe in the area. Staff is always excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The continental breakfast is always hot and plentiful, clean and spacious. The pool area is always clean, hot tub and slide are always in working order. My ONLY complaint is that the carpets are outdated and not well cleaned. The carpet area was very sticky on our most recent stay. I also noticed that in the wheelchair accessible shower that the shampoo rack was loose and needed to be adjusted as well as a few other things around the room.

- Vern (7/5): - We arrived at 2:20 PM on a Saturday afternoon following a 200 KM drive. Three cars in the parking lot. No one but the front desk administrator in the lobby who told us our room was ready but there would be a $30 surcharge as we were checking in before 3:00 PM. I asked if that made sense only to be firmly told it was BW policy. Now contrast this to a hotel in Dublin this spring which said on our arrival shortly after noon they had allowed we were likely coming in on an overnight flight from Canada so had prioritized preparation and made it available to us at no extra charge. Best Western appears to lost its focus on customer service. This is a bad policy. We have stayed in BW hotels from coast to coast in North American, but they have just lost one loyal client.

The staffs unwillingness to discuss the charge issue was very disappointing. - Had to check in 1.5 hrs early otherwise would have had to check in after midnight do to my schedule that day. The rooms were ready so no inconvenience to the hotel. Would not wave the $30 junk charge for early check in and the staff would not even discuss it with me.

We didn't have the best experience in the pool - the pool and waterslide facility itself were great. We were the only ones in the pool and the staff member monitoring the waterslide use was pretty hard on my young kids when adults in our party were present in the pool and addressing . For this reason we only went once in our three day stay and opted to pay to use other pools in the city rather than the free option,which was too bad.
