Guest Reviews

- Tom (3/5): Horrible, cockroach graveyard. - At least it was quiet and the ladies at the front desk were nice. There were like 20 death cockroaches in my room, saw also a couple of them crawling around. That is disgusting and not acceptable. Also was the smoke detector dismanteld. This is not what i expect from a Best Western. I paid 126 dollar to sleep in a cockroach graveyard.

- Macie (5/5): Property was nice MOST of the staff were great - The property was nice Our door didnt work when we got there and we had to be let in each new person kept trying to rekey us even though it was the battery on the door. Maintenance guy said there was nothing wrong with it because he used his universal card on it just fine. We got up to the room and he used his key again and was smug saying see. So I used both of out cards that he had remade and both didnt work. He made a joke about it and had to ho back down stairs to get a battery and tools. After he fixed the door he made a rude joke about how the women should learn how to change the battery and I was frustrated and told him and the men should learn to
Listen. There was an older white woman at the front desk that made jokes about it too. We had been on planes by that time for 5 hrs and drove 2hrs. We were ready just to relax and thats not what happened.

- Sarah (5/5): It was OK - Staff was nice. The room was okay. I liked the closet. Don't advertise a hot tub if it doesn't work. I would have loved to take a dip and specifically picked this location for it. If I had known it wasn't working , I might not have picked it. The television is a little dated and the Netflix/hulu wasn't working. I had to cast my phone which means I can't use my phone for other things and draining battery.
- Hilarion (1/5): I don’t recommended to stay - Breakfast was decent Room wasn’t clean bed sheets have blood on it trash bag full on the rom entrance cockroaches all over the place
- Bobby (10/5): Hotel was convenient to businesses we visited and our reunion location. The facility was quiet, clea - Breakfast was tasty with good variety, fresh food. Would like the Saturday morning serving time to be until 10. serving time
- Mary Anne (8/5): - Location was safe. Parking lot was well lit. Quiet room. Fantastic staff, especially Hannah Hanks, who signed me up for Best Western Rewards, and booked my room in Jackson, TN for my trip home. Super nice. Michelle was also very helpful, as she booked me for two additional days at this hotel when I decided two days wasn't enough. So your staff is very helpful and professional and nice!! Faucet had been broken somehow by a former guest, but was usable. I was gone most of the time and didn't want anyone going in the room while I was out. I know that's irrational but I was traveling solo.
- leroyf2026 (10/5): A Great Bang For the Buck - This is a very modern and clean facility with all the amenities of a home away from home. Everything in the guest roomsis in perfect working order, including fast-draining sinks and tubs. The staff is wonderful-very personable yet entirely professional in their approach and very efficient in their work. Finally, the hotel is centrally located on the main thoroughfare in the town, which facilitates access to the businesses and restaurants that might interest you.
- Celestino (10/5): - 👍 👍

- kristiew03 (10/5): Nice hotel - Located near restaurants and stores, so I didn’t have to do far for anything I needed. The bed is very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The room had a ceiling fan, which was great because I always sleep with one on at home.
I’ll definitely stay again.
- Ken (9/5): Courteous staff - Location No comment
- Rcscruffy4 (4/5): Not a pleasant experience. - When checking in, they asked to see my identification, they made a copy of it. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO COPY YOUR ID. I should have demanded they destroy it right then. Next time I will or I will cnx reservation.
- Adverse Winds (10/5): Other than not being able to take comfortable showers, it was a great stay. - Okay The shower is not truly accessible. The handheld device is on a short cord that cannot be held when seated from the attached shower chair making it impossible to shower effectively.
- Scott (6/5): - The breakfest wansn't great and they stopped at 9am. It should go to 10am.
The room keys didn't work. After 3 trips to the desk she realized it was because the card reader on the door was not working.
At midnight....this was not fun!
It's not her fault....but the maintenance team should have taken care of that.
The ceiling fan was not adjustable so you had "full blast" and "off". It wobbled too and was annoying to sleep under.
- jeff (8/5): - Room door lock would not work wouldn’t allow the keys to unlock it when i got to my room about 1230 am from work couldn’t get in my room tried for thirty minutes to get some one to respond at the front desk to reset my room keys rang the bell at the front desk multiple times hollered hello loudly multiple times called then hotel number from my cell phone three times in the lobby and no one came to the phone finally the hotel night attendant came to the desk and reset my room keys and it took about ten tries before it finally opened the door
Was after1 am when I got into my room to shower and get to sleep after a long day
- William (10/5): - Breakfast looked great only problem was the hard stale biscuits. Rest of the meal was very good.
- Amy (10/5): - It’s always clean. Great location. NA
- VICKI (10/5): - The staff was wonderful. We couldn't have met nicer people!
- Patricia (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay here again!
- Thomas (8/5): - Room was great. They have really nice comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. Coffee machine at breakfast could use maintenance. I had noisy neighbors and a yapping dog but staff moved me. That I really appreciated.
- Beaulah Doreen (8/5): -
- Jimmie (8/5): - Nice, clean, large, quiet room.
Breakfast was good. Pool had grass cuttings floating in the water. Hot tub was starting to turn green.
- Amanda (10/5): - The staff was always so friendly!
- Janice R (10/5): - Very nice hotel.
- Katherine (10/5): - This was a great find!! Hotel was quiet and cean. Staff was geat!
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Everything was great from the room to all the services they provided
- Stephen (2/5): - Saw a roach in hallway walking to the elevator, and then when in the room the sink had hair shavings in it and the mirror was completely fogged up as if someone had JUST used it. Told front desk and the didnt wanna move me because they only had suites available and i refused to pay more for their issue.
- Wander28835206075 (10/5): Beautiful country, nice folks! - Our visit to the Best Western in Center, Texas was uneventful compared to some of the more dramatic reviews that have been left by previous visitors.
Upon arriving, it looked nice from the outside, and the entrance, check-in, lobby and dining area looked very nice as well.
One thing of note, once you get your keycards, don't put them next to anything in your pockets or purse or you'll run the risk of it deactivating, and you'll have to get it re-activated.
The elevator ride was interesting. When the door opened, we were greeted with a mix of insecticide and disinfectant, which backed up the hotel's statement of regular insecticide treatments and cleanliness. (The went away after the first day.)
The ride was up was smooth, providing a little donk sound when it was approaching our floor, followed by little drop, and a 5 second floor shudder before the doors opened.
When we got to our room, it was clean, inviting and the room was cold. It looked pretty much like the pics on the website.
So, that was a wonderful surprise!
We unpacked and went downstairs to check out the hot tub, because it had been a long drive and I was really looking forward to a good soak.
I was very disappointed to find that it was not working.
We left to get something to eat, at a nearby Whataburger, then went back to the room. (BTW, almost everything is about 5 minutes from the hotel)
The beds are comfy, pillows are okay. The blankets were thin, but were very warm. The overhead fan was really moving some air. There was a microwave, a small empty fridge, TV w/remote and enough channels to keep anyone entertained.
A cabinet with three drawers is provided for foldables.
There was a small desk with a coffee maker, an iron and a small closet with
enough room for severafoldable.
The bathroom is large enough to move around without bumping into anything.
The sink and counter are large enough for whatever kind of toiletries you may have, unless you're a Kardashian. There was also a hair dryer in a bag.
The shower, while spacious, is a bit on the pitiful side for water pressure. I was under the water 5 minutes before I got wet, which made rinsing a chore.
The workout room has a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and a 4 station weight machine. There was also a yoga ball and mat, a water cooler, a TV, and a drop box for sweaty towels.
I used the treadmill. It was a little squeaky. I also checked out the leg station it was pretty good.
My wife checked out the elliptical and she told me it made a few noises, but she was using ear buds and it didn't bother her.
We also checked out the dining area and I can say that during our 3 day visit, there were no muddy floors, boot prints or nasty looking offerings as had been reported in some other reviews.
We sampled the free breakfast. We found it to be a typical hotel offering.
The menu changed day to day, so there was no worry of breakfast boredom.
I will say that when I went down at 6:32am on a Friday, the pastry trays that had been filled at 6:00am were almost depleted, (a construction crew came down about that time) the scrambled eggs, sausage crumbles and potatoes were at good levels, the cereals were full, the waffle station was clean and well stocked and the juice stations (3) were cold.
Our 13yo grandson had tried it the day before and he was pleased with the pastry and cereal varieties.
Just a side note while I'm talking about food, we did not try any of the Mom & Pop restaurants in the area, we just stuck to the places we knew, (Whataburger, Pizza Hut, McDonald's) so I can't really speak about local dining.
Overall, our stay was great.
The hot tub issue was unfortunate, but nothing is perfect.
I hope that what I have provided helps.
- Bonnie (4/5): - Tvs were supposed to updated, but that did not happen. Would not connect to internet so did not work. Traveling with young children so was not a pleasant stay with no television to watch.
- Rodney (8/5): Pricey for what you get, but it was nice. - This hotel was about what I would expect in a smaller town, but I thought it was overpriced. I picked it anyway because it had a hot tub and after driving all day, I want to soak in a tub. My TV wasn't plugged in and it took me 15 minutes to get it working, and the remote was really damaged, but still functioned. The bed was really comfortable and the room got really cold (which I wanted). The shower wasn't great, but was fine. I didn't get a chance to try the gym, and the breakfast was basic. Overall, I'd say it was a nice place, but I did think it was the most expensive in town and probably no reason for that.
- Kimberley (6/5): Updated restroom needed. - Standing shower water. Outdated restroom. Loose toilet seat.
- Judy (7/5): - The beds were much too soft, and the comforters too heavy for summer. Too little shampoo and conditioner and few towels.
- Skye (6/5): - Arrived last weekend hoping for an early check in after a long drive in. Walked in to an extremely rude lady at the front desk that I was greeted with “what do you want” I asked if early check in was an option and was laughed in my face and told “not going to happen” a simple I’m sorry not at this time we are busy and don’t have rooms ready would have sufficed. I have never been greeted at a hotel so rudely. If my payment would have been refundable I would have cancelled right then and there. I then returned later in the evening to the same lady smoking right at the front doors where I had to walk through it, I was then greeted with “I’m assuming you need me?” I the place was overall clean and nice but I would not return for the simple fact of the extremely rude staff.
- Gerald (6/5): - Room was near a noisy street
- Judd (8/5): - Fuckb
- Trina (10/5): - Very nice, big room. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with a very helpful attendant. She went out of her way to be accommodating.
- Janice (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly staff and the price of my stay. The lobby smells like dogs and very slow draining in room 209.
- Deena (10/5): - Nice room and staff
- Larissa (10/5): - The room was very clean and smelled fresh! The staff was very friendly and I will be staying again when I come see family!
- patrick (10/5): - Everything was perfect
- MATT (10/5): - I accidentally fell in the parking lot and came limping in. The staff was very concerned and even called my room later to check on me. First class.
- Shelby (7/5): Good -
- Pedro (10/5): - Excellent.
- Janice (10/5): Very nice! - Love the property! No dislikes.
- Janice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - Very clean Melted parts on blow dryer, however it still functioned. Iron attached to ironing board made it difficult to iron
- Vivian (10/5): - It was clean and friendly staff
- Wendy (8/5): - Good
- Pedro (10/5): - Very clean and nice.
- Tracy (4/5): Check location - Booked it by mistake. Tried to cancel within an hour but not able to. Check location before booking. Search was not correct. Disappointing!
- IsabelS281 (6/5): was an allright stay but expected far more - The beds as usual in the USA are super comfortable. The breakfast was allright - you always find something better in other places but you are not going out empty stomach. A smart TV would be great or the possibilty to plug in our devices and stream. Wifi was working good. We had problems with our first room - we had a connection door and our neighbour was unreasonable loud. Luckly the lady at the reception changend us the room. But there the TV was not working - we had to wait for an technican (was very helpful) to sort it and we lost over an hour for that. And than the shower was not working either - nearly no water came out of it - but we couldnt be asked to change again the room - to tired and too much hassle and effort.
- Kellie (10/5): - Great place to stay.
- Pamela (10/5): - Very good every time.
- Jane (10/5): The front desk lady was very nice and the breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay again - Nice and clean and quite

- Rougeau (9/5): Superb -
- Roy (5/5): Passable -
- Dalonne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (10/5): - Great staff!
- sheilacV7341GI (10/5): Friendly staff - Our stay exceeded our expectations based on some of the reviews we read. The staff were helpful, friendly and did their jobs well. Our room was nice, clean, and plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was crisp white and comfortable. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food and beverages. No one should walk away hungry. We thoroughly enjoyed our service and stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly service, clean rooms, as advertised.
- Danica (4/5): - Had a few roaches in our room. Staff is very nice though
- Mallory (4/5): - We had a huge roach in our first room when we arrived. HUGE! So the lady at the front desk didn’t believe us at first but after further communication she “upgraded” our room. It was still dirty but no roach.
- Susan (10/5): Best Hotel Ever!! - The hotel was excellent. We were able to check in an hour early. The room was spacious, very clean, modern and nice. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed ever. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was very good, and the lady on duty for breakfast was outstanding. She was extremely friendly, happy and very attentive to all the guests. Hope the hotel values her, because she was awesome !!!
- 1938el (10/5): What a great place to stay - This hotel was absolutely spotlessly, clean with a delicious breakfast, very comfortable bedding and a staff that bent over backwards to be of assistance. All of the staff that I had an experience with were over-the-top helpful. Here is a shout out Lindy, Susan, and Trina
- Jayson (10/5): - Check in was quick and easy. Was given a room, everything was great except the door wouldn't latch, was able to push on door and it would pop open. Notified staff and they immediately address situation and was given a new room. All and all, great stay.
- Devriane Deshae (6/5): - Management is great. Property out of date
- xhorxhinag689 (2/5): RUDE STAFF AND DIRTY ROOMS - ‼️DO NOT STAY HERE‼️ Paid $300 for 2 rooms and didn’t even stay because there were roaches everywhere in BOTH rooms. The lady at the front was SO RUDE about the situation when I was kindly explaining to her what happened. Still havent received a refund.
- SHEILA (8/5): - Was fine
- Philip (10/5): - Great staff!
- Melanie (10/5): - I was thankful for Sarah and Linda who were kind and helpful at check in who allowed me to check me in early
I was also thankful for Hanna when checking out was very kind and helpful. Their staff truly went out of their way to make our stay sweet. We'll come back when visiting.
- Tara (10/5): Clean and comfortable stay - We met Lindy at check in and she helped us so much with food recommendations and also helped with our room. She was friendly and provided great customer service. Definitely will stay again.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The shower was broken
- James (10/5): - The place was exactly what I needed for a quick and quiet stop.
- Dusten (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (8/5): - Overall this hotel is a good option to stay. The staff was not very welcoming, grandpa dressed in overalls at the front door, smoking up the front entrance, never greeted you. They seem more hill billy locals working here, front desk clerk not professionally dressed or groomed, gave a sense of low hygiene. The pool was super dirty, dirty water & sand in pool. Needs to be cleaned
- Janelle (8/5): Very good -
- Yvette (10/5): - Great place to stay as a family, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, great pool for kiddos, and friendly and helpful staff!!
- Ashlee (6/5): - Over all stay was ok. The smell of the room was horrible. I had to buy room sprays to mask it. The bed felt sticky, as if the sheets were not completely dry.
Pool was great. Breakfast was great!!
- smotes06 (10/5): Great place to stay. Very clean and staff was very nice. I was greeted by manager she had a big smile and was happy to t - Very clean and great staff. Manager was amazing at getting me in a room very quickly and before 3 check in time. I was traveling to drop daughter of at camp stay here for the night. Beds super cozy and the ac works great
- lgaylebooth60 (10/5): My stay - My over night stay at Best Western Plus Classic Inn is always an enjoyable and comfortable experience! The desk clerk was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the motel, the room smelled and looked fresh and clean and the outside grounds the front entrance and lobby was clean and neat!
- Jorge (10/5): - Every thing was excellent! Thanks for your service.
- Tracy (10/5): - Beds and pillows were great
- GrandTour38148784079 (2/5): Multiple Safety Violations - The electricity went out in middle of the night. There were no exit signs illuminated in hallway and no emergency lighting in the stairwells. If we needed to evacuate, this would have been a disaster! The hotel had multiple safety code violations.
- Cassie (2/5): - The power was out and toilet didnt work
- Melanie (4/5): - The room smelled smoky and musty.
- anthony (6/5): - Old and very dated room
- ML9447 (2/5): Changes ruined this hotel - This used to be a great hotel we would stay at annually, not so much anymore. No real breakfast buffet, the linen was stained (yuk) and I have never encountered a hotel that uses Fabuloso to clean, thats all you smell down the halls.
- LESLIE (10/5): - Everything was great.
- Shaney (8/5): - Service was fantastic, the room showed some age, room door tough to open (had to learn “the trick” from the front desk. Room pho e didnt work.
- Michael (10/5): - Good choice
- Katrina (8/5): - Clean and quiet
