• Emmanuel (9/5): Overall we are satisfied during our stay there. - I didn’t expect that your breakfast hour is only until 9am, we usually booked from other hotels but their breakfast hour is until 10am. If you’re breakfast hour starts at 6am-10am

• Doreen (8/5): Staff friendly, location good, straight run to the hospital , room clean and spacious - N/A I had to be at the hospital early so we just grabbed an orange and a muffin for later, but it looked good what I saw. The bar in the bathroom was too high in the tub and it was very difficult for us to get out. When you have four pillows on the bed there should be variation . I found them all too firm. One light burned out.

• Murali -UN (10/5): Great place to stop as you begin the drive on Trans Canada highway! - Very nice place just off the highway. Excellent place to rest the night in the midst of a long drive. Breakfast time too less. If you arrive a bit late for breakfast staff should not be grumpy!

• Tahirah (10/5): - We loved this place and works stay again. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Full breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and easy on those of us with food allergies. I would suggest better lighting in the washroom and USB plugs for phone charging.

• Lauren (6/5): - Overall our stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and a clean room. My issues were when we arrived we were demoted from my booked king bed to a double queen which didn’t make a lot of sense considering how few people were staying at the hotel. The bed was comfortable but incredibly small. And the rooms are so outdated. There wasn’t a single USB port to plug our phones in. We rarely tote out wall outlet chargers and simply pack the USB cord because we haven’t come across a hotel that didn’t have USB chargers. We were surprised to say the least.

• JOY (8/5): Access - It was a good stay but trying to be transparent was not a true accessible room. No transfer chair. No place to put your shampoo or soap without bending down. Also no where to hang clothes in bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast had a very nice variety and ready early by 5 am weekday and 7am weekends All of the staff were very helpful, Internet was very quick, Dusiness secction was very quick as well

• Verified traveler (10/5): Mini Staycation - Did a mini staycation to relax. Didn’t realize the suites had a kitchenette in them with a full stove and fridge. Pleasantly surprised by that. Loved the service and room. Only downfalls I could find was the lack of USB ports for charging devices (make sure to bring a block) and no smart TV to watch Netflix/Disney+ etc on. We were stuck watching cable 😢
