• Carl (1/5): I didn’t stay there - I didn’t end up staying there because they would not allow me to park my pickup and a small trailer in their parking lot the parking area the instructed me to use was the side of a public street and was not a secure location for my pickup trailer and their contents Poor customer service and to restrictive to be booked on line

• Rick (8/5): I would stay there again and would recommend it to others. - The room was nice, with everything needed for a good night's stay. The location was easy to find from the highway. I arrived in the evening, and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, as was the lady at the desk the next morning. As per my request, I received a room on the first floor. Not much.

• Frankie (5/5): - Easy check in. The fact I called the front desk for towels and they told me I had to wait until laundry gets here and that after check out to get towels. After paying 150$ for one night and not able to get extra towels is insane work.

• KristineV43 (10/5): Clean clean and great staff - Fantastic experience and great staff! Sometimes BWs are hit or miss but this one is definitely a ‘hit’. This hotel was clean, clean, clean! The parking lot is large and very well lit, we weren’t worried about the safety of our vehicle. We were greeted and checked in by Miss Bobbi who was absolutely a joy. I could have chatted with her for hours, she was awesome! We had two couples with two rooms (hubby and I and our son and DIL). We both commented on the cleanliness first thing when we entered. It was a lovely room, nothing fancy but who needs fancy? I just want a good sleep in a clean room, and that was achieved. Breakfast the next morning was very good, better than the usual hotel breakfast. I particularly liked the yogurt machine, something I’d not seen before. Checking out we visited with Miss Janna at the front desk who rivaled Miss Bobbi for excellence. Janna shared with us how proud she was to be working with her manager, whom she praised for being a wonderful leader. Again, I could have visited with her for a long time. Definitely stay here, you won’t regret it!

• Dreamer18696580576 (10/5): The staff at Magee, MS. Best Western are the best! - The staff was exceptional!! They were very kind, respectful, and helpful. The room was clean. My kids throughly enjoyed the pool!
• Nathaniel (10/5): - No trucks allowed parking on the lot or towed at owner’s expense. The one thing I did not like about this place is it did not offer welcoming truck parking for like a 3500 HD 1 ton and a 47 foot trailer. They wouldn’t even allow U-Haul trucks on the property had I known I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. They only allowed parking on the east side of the property on the side of the road enough room for maybe three semi trucks.

• daniel (6/5): - The people were great. The room had multiple problems. The thermostat display was broken. The AC unit drain plug was clogged so there was a smell of mold and the carpet was wet under the unit. The TV didn’t work until maintenance came and reset the unit. The hot water took 5-7 minutes to warmup for a shower.

• Shaneice (4/5): Disappointing - The beds were comfortable; the room accommodated my family well. Staff were not very hospitable. Towels were limited ended up having to purchase our own washcloths to shower because the hotel "ran out". Families were unable to check in early even with being willing to pay extra yet the hotel did not appear to be full. The breakfast hours were inconvenient, and we were unable to utilize some of the appliances. In the room only two of the outlets worked. The pool needed to be cleaned and there were no umbrellas in the pool area. The chairs available were metal making it impossible to utilize due to the sun heating them up.

• Jean (4/5): - The excessive signage in lobby and dining area “rules” both unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. Very limited breakfast choice. Room not serviced throughout stay although I was paying premium rate! Will not stay here again!

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom with Great water pressure in the shower. As a warning to anyone traveling while moving, this hotel does not allow U-haul trucks nor vehicles pulling trailers or any oversized vehicle access to their parking lot. Hey clearly state that if your vehicle takes more space than one parking space you cannot park there.

• Logue (2/5): Very poor - Very Little Very Sketchy area. Staff was beyond rude. There was a man just pacing back and forth at the pool. We felt very unsafe. We were on the first floor and ask to be moved to a higher floor to no avail. Room was old needed major updating. Magee in general does not see like a safe place to stop in your travels.

We were there 2 days and our garbage piled up, we had to take it out ourselves, then the big cans were overflowing. Also, it would have been nice to have a walk in shower. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths and a blanket.

• Kayley (10/5): Very positive experience - Very comfortable stay! The staff were very nice and everything was clean. I had children by myself and the staff was very patient with me. We stayed due to some rough weather moving through the area and we wanted to be in a bigger, sturdy building than our home. Will stay again next weather maker.
