- Colin (8/5): Icey situation - Location: located right on main street it give a central location to the downtown area with easy access to shops and restaurants. The pool area was small but clean and done the propose of occupancy children. The very unmaintained parking lot, I understand what a Canadian winter is like but for safety reasons the parking lot shouldn’t be looking like a hockey rink. There was about 8-10 inches of ice built up over the entire area which made walking to and from our vehicle very dangerous. Also very rutted due to allowing the parking lot to melt not removing the melt and allowing it to refreeze.

- lindacT9580OI (8/5): first time at Bathurst Best Western - and Josh! - I used to stay at the Atlantic Host but last few visits the rooms were not kept up to any standard. I gave them two chances before seeking alternatives. This trip I stayed at the Best Western and was greeted warmly. So refreshing after a long 14 hour drive. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was available in the morning and the restaurant attached (the District) provided a mouth watering menu. The food was delectable. My outstanding impression was solely contributed by the night desk attendant, Josh. He was absolutely attentive, recognized my apprehension of attending a new location in an unfamiliar territory. He was so reassuring that any issue I should call down and he would be there, no worries. He assured me he would watch my car, which was parked out front. He was so pleasant and mornings were always greeted with a warm smile and “how was you day yesterday?” Best Western, you had better invest in this young lad. He is a gem and you have him in the palm of your hand. I will return to your clean, friendly facility in the future and definitely look forward to seeing Josh again. He made my visit to the Best Western so enjoyable and comforting. Thank you Linda

- Gary (7/5): - Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Our dinner at District Burgers and Cocktails in the hotel was lovely. Very nicely presented and delicious. Our server, Xavier, added to our positive experience. He was pleasant and conversed with us about the area and summer events at the Quai. He deserved a rating of 10. The breakfast (available 7:00 - 10:00) was very lacking. We arrived in the bkfst room about 9:20. There were no scrambled eggs and only two cold cheese omelets, two pieces of cold sausage, lots of cold ham, four English muffins, no other bread option, hardly any cereal, a couple of overripe bananas and a couple of apples. There was plenty of yogurt. The waffle maker was out of service, the orange juice dispenser dispensed water. Other patrons, who arrived after we did, approached the staff but nothing was replenished. Not our idea of "breakfast included".

- Sharon (10/5): Very good place to stay on our way to Moncton. - Nice rooms, comfortable, with a really good restaurant attached Noisy with motorcycles at awhile night, otherwise just fine.
- J3941XBlindat (10/5): We would not hesitate to stay here again. - This is a great hotel. The breakfast was everything you would want and more. Clean, friendly staff and an eating establishment right connected to the building that is a little above bar type food.

- Mercedes (2/5): - Customer service was poor, we were not told where anything was, what time breakfast was in the morning etc , check in was NOT as expected when booked from photos , dining options were not listed anywhere in the room ,considering there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel. Pool was way smaller than expected compared to photos & no hot tub and anyone not swimming , good luck in there because it is HOT . The bathtub was moldy , the couch was peeling apart , there was no spare bedding/blankets for the sofabed . The room was way smaller than expected for a SUITE that sleeps “5” with “extra room” was not separated at all . When asked at front desk to change to a different option /maybe two conjoining rooms ? (I’d be happy to pay! ) they said no . The tvs were not updated, so no Netflix option . The noise above us was stomping all night , you could hear them yelling in the bathroom clear as day. Breakfast, was disgusting . We are opting to go elsewhere . Dirty. The plates , in the “clean” pile , were still dirty, the floors had food all over them, the cup for waffles looked like it was hours old and had caked on batter that everyone’s hands would have been on . It was disgusting .
