- Antonio (1/5): Housekeeping does not change the linen - Nothing My husband and I were in Canada on a business trip, and when our trip was delayed by a day, we decided to stay in a hotel. Based on the reviews, I chose to give Best Western Plus a try — and unfortunately, it was a big mistake. As soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell. We were eventually greeted by the front desk and given our room. The first thing I always do when I enter any hotel room is lift the sheets and check the linens. Right away, I could see the bedding had not been changed. The sheets and pillowcases had human hair all over them. I immediately went to the front desk to report it. When the supervisor came, her initial excuse was that it was a pet-friendly room and the hair could have been from a dog. I explained that it was clearly human hair and even showed her the video I took. She acknowledged it and offered to move us to a different room, but at that point, I was completely disgusted. If housekeeping left this room in that condition, I had no confidence the other rooms would be any better. We requested a refund and went to the hotel across the street, which was much cleaner, updated, and had no issues at all. I definitely do not recommend staying here. But if you do, make sure you thoroughly check the linens before settling into the room.

- Brigitte (7/5): Overall,very good. - The room was clean and comfortable. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub however there were swimming lessons taking place in the pool and the noise level was not relaxing.

There were some young adults loitering around the parking lot which made a few of us staying there nervous about our vehicles. I also felt like there were many using the pool who weren’t guests and it was incredibly busy so I couldn’t even enjoy the hot tub.

The kids liked the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was ok. Ice machine next to our room was loud, the beds were creaking and the mattress uncomfortable.

- Jocelyn (10/5): Our anniversary getaway - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean with crisp white bedding. Loved the blanket….had some weight and was warm without being hot. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom was bright and clean. We loved the extras like coffee/hot chocolate machine on the main floor. Unfortunately the hot chocolate was either not working or out of product. The self serve breakfast was excellent with a very good variety. The girl who was looking after the breakfast was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was amazing. At check-in, i mentioned that it was our first anniversary and within 20 minutes they lady that had checked us in was at our door with a basket. In the basket there was a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a card. It made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast had so many choices and the ladies kept it well stocked and clean. They were also super friendly. Our room was very nice and we didn't hear any noise from other guests even with a kids baseball team staying they. If we stay in Lethbridge again, this will be our first choice for a hotel.

Staff was kind and eager to assist. The pool area was clean and fully stocked with towels. Rooms were clean spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and had something for everyone!! This will be our go to for Lethbridge now!

- Adrienne (8/5): - This hotel is away from downtown and surrounded by other hotels. Not much to do walking from the hotel. The playpen we were given wouldn’t set up all the way. This is our third child so we’re well versed in them. One side wouldn’t stay locked.

The room doors are on spring close are are continually banging shut there were baseball teams there running up and down halls until after 11:00’nonsupervision couldn’t use pool it was packed all the time with kids and kids from other hotel-Hampshire next door I watched them come over in their bathing suits to use our pool all this was told to front desk with only a sorry response I will not book here again d sterling
- Kate (10/5): - This is the best pet friendly hotel that we stay at. They have the pet friendly rooms on the first floor so no intimidating elevators or flights of stairs. They also have 2 fenced, off leash dog runs that are kept clean and well maintained. The dog treat at check in is also nice.
- Rick (10/5): - Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Pool was small and hot tub was even smaller. The bigger challenge was - we arrived at 3:00pm and the room wasn't ready. We were told to come back at 4:00pm - came back at 4:00pm and it still wasn't ready.

It had a pool and hot tub and a Complimentary coffee machine in the lobby that was fantastic For 2 nights on the weekend there were kids staying at the hotel that were noisy. The staff was helpful in quieting them down
