• Daniela (9/5): Würden wir wieder buchen. - Sehr zentral gelegen und ruhig. Frühstück war ok, haben aber nicht immer das Bestellte erhalten. Leider gibt es nur Tassen Kaffee keine Kanne somit ist der Kaffee dann nicht mehr heiß. Ansonsten aber sehr schöne Idee mit Frühstück auf dem Zimmer.

• Michael (10/5): An unusual experience in a distributed hotel with a beautiful room in the historical centre - This is a distributed hotel where our room was in a separate building to reception in a different street and 100 metres away. We checked in using instructions sent with codes into a beautiful old building on a very narrow street. The old building did have a retrofitted elevator, however I could not make it work with even just one suitcase. It appeared to exceed a weight limit even though I only weigh 78 kg. I then had to carry our bags up 5 flights of stairs.
• Gábor (9/5): Szuper helyen, szuper igényes szállás! - Nagyon jó helyen van a látnivalóktól konkrétan egy percre. Igényesen kialakított, tiszta, kedves személyzettel. Amire nem számítottam és nem volt egyértelmű, hogy a szobába hozzák a reggelit amit előtte nap meg kell rendelni. Szuper, luxus élmény volt és nagyon finom! Sajnos mivel a reggelit a szobába hozzák, minden nap hétkor ébredtünk kanalak csörgésére.

• Sheleen (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlichem Service, traumhafter Atmosphäre und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft – wir - Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen, um Cagliari zu entdecken. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Carla – sie hat uns jeden Morgen mit ihrer herzlichen Art, ihrem tollen Service und ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung den Morgen versüßt. Man hat sich direkt willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Gastfreundschaft! Es gibt wirklich kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Insgesamt war alles hervorragend organisiert und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

• carine (9/5): une belle experience - tres belle chambre, spacieuse, decoration moderne, prestations haut de gamme (pierre/marbre, luminaires, panneaux muraux,...), literie exceptionnelle. Quartier du Castello tres calme. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre (pas d'espaces communs). Nous n'avons pas été gênés par les restrictions d'acces aux vehicules/stationnement. Le castello est un peu eloigné des quartiers animés (restaurant), mais le site est superbe le soir. L'ascenseur etait en panne. Nous n'avons pas été gêné avec nos petites valises, mais à savoir si vous etes agés ou handicapés, les hauteurs d'etage sont importantes.
• Alex (10/5): Great stay - highly recommend! - Great location in old town, easy access to everything, large room (had a twin bed for 3rd person), very clean, wonderful breakfast and helpful staff. You will have to find parking. We were able to park for free (white lines) within a 15 minute walk of the hotel. This wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t need the car after checkin since everything is within walking distance.

• Glenda (1/5): Aucune collaboration pour trouver un arrangement acceptable - Rien Nous n’avons pas couché là car l’info sur Booking était clairement inadéquate ,d’abord quand nous avons loué sans possibilité de remboursement aucune infos pertinentes n’étaient présentes d’abord nous louons dans une Auberge ,hors après la réservation l’auberge et dans plusieurs bâtisses ,de plus les infos sur sur le stationnements nous arrivent après et il faut presque lire un livre pour comprendre ,de plus après qu’on a informé que mon épouse avait des problèmes avec les marches et qu’il fallait un ascenseur on nous a répondu oui il a un ascenseur,oui il y avait un ascenseur pour une seule personne et qui pourrait s’ arrêter en tout temps par une mauvaise manœuvre de nos pieds .Résultat nous avons quitte pour aller ailleurs sans qu,il nous offre une autre option et en refusant de nous rembourser je considère que l’info de départ nous piégeait et que Booking n’a pas donné l,info adéquate au départ.Nous sollicitons à nouveau un remboursement de l’ établissement qui nous a donné l’ info qu’après paiement non remboursable ou Booking qui nous a au départ induit en erreur

A few things: No small lights ( next to the bed) only 1 big light. A few places to hang towels would have been good. Although breakfast setting was good, it could have done with a bit more air circulation.

We didn’t get a high quality room as advertised in the photos and when we complained he was not helpful at all. The. When I said I’ll call booking.com if he is not going to help, then he threatened to kick us out of the hotel. Worst hotel experience ever.

Le petit déjeuner n’a pas été livré à la bonne heure et le taxi n’a pas été commandé comme convenu. Nous avons dû commander un uber en urgence et dernière minute pour arriver à l’heure à l’aéroport.

Le petit déjeuner ! L'emplacement à côté d'un collège bruyant dès tôt le matin.

• zohra (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Letizia et Marco. La gentillesse des femmes qui s'occupaient du service pendant le petit déjeuner. Elles étaient aux petits soins. Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, sa décoration, la petite terrasse et la réactivité du personnel. Le seul écueil a été le bruit. Notre chambre (107), donnait sur une rue très passante. Le manque d'insonorisation nous donnait l'impression d'être dehors.

• Lin.C (10/5): - 從訂房開始，便持續提供入住時的注意事項，貼心又實用。 老建築裏的現代房間，乾淨舒適又安靜； 方便的地點,很容易可以走遍老城區的景點。 熱心的工作人員，提供非常有用的資訊， 尤其是指引停車的方向與位置； 還有豐盛的自助式早餐。 值得推薦。 古董電梯非常非常非常慢速，但至少還可以運送行李！ 飯店門口是單行道，裝卸行李時造成後車不便，有小小的壓力（不過後車的駕駛人都耐心等候，並沒有人按喇叭抗議！）

• Cecilia (8/5): Nett gemacht würde das Zimmer noch einmal buchen! - Also das Zimmer war sehr schön modern (mit Marmorstil) sauber und simpel gemacht. Die Matratze ist richtig angenehm gewesen (was eher untypisch ist). Das Frühstück ist so süß vorbereitet! Siehe Foto und die Unterkunft ist generell sehr zentral gelegen, was ich super praktisch ist. Ich würde es auf alle Fälle noch einmal buchen. Mir war sehr kalt in der Nacht, es hat die Heizung und Lüftung nicht funktioniert? Der Cappuccino wird leider mit einer haltbaren Milch serviert. (Bin da sehr pingelig) und manche Früchte waren nicht frisch (eher Dosenobst)
• Roel (10/5): Een echte aanrader! - Wij kozen voor dit hotel op basis van de reviews en er werd niets teveel gezegd. De locatie is uniek. Midden in het historische centrum van Cagliari. Het is een behoorlijke "klim" naar boven maar de weg er naar toe is het zeker waard. Smalle straatjes, authentieke gebouwen, mooie uitzichten en om iedere hoek weer een leuk en gezellig terrasje of restaurant. Het hotel zelf is heel kleinschalig. De kamers zijn ontzettend mooi en hotelchique ingericht. De bedden en kussen waren heerlijk. Ook een prachtige en fijne douche. Extra groot pluspunt vinden wij het ontbijt. Via een app, stel je zelf de avond ervoor je ontbijt samen. Vers fruit, yoghurt met ontbijtgranen, een gekookt ei, ham, kaas, jam, toast of een croissant. Er is volop keus. Je geeft aan welke tijd je het ontbijt bezorgd wilt hebben en dan brengen ze 's ochtends een karretje - helemaal mooi opgemaakt - met je ontbijt op je kamer. En het is ook nog eens erg lekker en vers allemaal. Wij vonden dit echt een leuke verrassing en ervaring.

• Mikael (9/5): Mysigt hotell med jättefin service och bra läge. - Trevligt läge i Gamla stan med mysiga gränder och historiska kvarter utanför dörren. Väldigt trevlig frukost med möjlighet att få omelett eller äggröra. Bra service med tips på restauranger och andra sevärdheter. Enkel incheckning med kod och instruktioner när vi kom sent på kvällen.

• Milena (10/5): Belle parenthèse dans le quartier Castello. - Chambre triple, avec une ado, spacieuse (un petit appart). Emplacement calme. 6 chambres me semble-t-il. Personnel bienveillant. Peu de lumière, même si ça a son charme.
• Catherina (7/5): Breakfast experience - Location was excellent Room was very comfortable This morning we arrived for breakfast 45 mins before it ended. We had arrived earlier but there was no room in the breakfast room for us. We got coffees and then the waitress chatted to a family for 30 mins, we asked if we could order breakfast at 10.15am and were told it was too late. Breakfast ends at 10.30am. We couldn't get the crepes we wanted and could only get scrambled eggs or an omelette. This was a bad end to an otherwise lovely stay at the hotel
• Jan Walter (8/5): - Mooie locatie in il Castello Er is wat achterstallig onderhoud. De badkamer deur sloot niet en de douchecabine zat echt vol met schimmel. Dat kan echt niet
• Patrick (9/5): Excellente adresse à Cagliari - Excellent emplacement dans la vieille ville. Chambre incroyable sous les toits. Bien équipée et très soignée. Pas de parking à l’hôtel mais parking couvert tout proche à 10 euros. Petit déjeuner ok mais sans plus.
• Kathrine (9/5): Perfect hotel from which to explore all of Cagliari on foot. - The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-situated. Very comfortable bed and great shower. All the staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Clara’s gluten free cake on our last day was very much enjoyed and appreciated. We will certainly recommend this hotel. Nothing!
