Me parece que sacrifican calidad por ahorros, que no son necesarios dadas las altas tarifas que cobran. Los desayunos, incluidos en la tarifa, son monótonos, siempre lo mismo, creo deben variar un poco, o al menos ser mas creativos a la hora de presentar los mismos huevos todos los días.

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación distinta a la reservada y al hacer la solicitud de ajuste, la primera reacción del personal fue contradecir las características de la reserva, como señalado que les estábamos engañando. Las camas son muy incomodas, no recomiendo una estancia larga.

Carlos Humberto (8/5): Un buen punto de partida para explora el eje cafetero - El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y tiene fama en toda la ciudad. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención del personal del restaurante es la mejor. También cené y me agradó. La piscina, aunque un poco pequeña, es climatizada. El turco es funcional y ayuda a los momentos de relax. El personal es en general amable y disponible. Las habitaciones son en su mayoría iguales y no ofrecen mucha diferencia para 2 o 4 personas. Esto lo vivimos personalmente pues el cuarto para la familia de mi hermano (4 miembros) era igual del mío, el cual era solo para dos personas. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir y no tienen balcones. Tuve problemas con el agua caliente. Encuentro discrepancia entre la relación calidad-precio y escasez de personal para cubrie algunos servicios adicionales.

Considero que el precio no obedece a el confort que se supone debe tener un hotel en esta categoría, en segundo lugar el desayuno es básico, el chocolate super dulce, no hay opciones para alguien con diabetes. Definitivamente es muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Es un hotel muy básico, ha desmejorado en todo.

Decoraciones Campestres. El Wifi es bueno en todos los pisos. La piscina no es térmica, hace mucho frio como para disfrutarla. Estuve en la habitación Suite 805, Las llaves de las lavamanos son como de un baño publico en centro comercial, toca presionar duro para accionar a llave, luego para lavar la cara toca presionar varias veces. Mi hija de 7 años le quedó difícil usar las llaves porque no tiene fuerza suficiente para presionarla. Así que cada vez que ella quiere usar la llave para lavar las manos, para cepillarse me pide ayuda.

Destacamos la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, su buena ubicación, que cuente con parqueadero y piscina (no es muy grande pero está bien para refrescarse). Nos fue muy bien con los desayunos y las cenas. Comida muy fresca y de buen sabor. Valdría la pena que convirtieran el salón de cardio en un gimnasio, con la inclusión de mancuernas o máquinas que permitan hacer ejercicios de fuerza. En algunas habitaciones es posible sentir un poco de ruido del exterior, pero nada que afecte en demasía la tranquilidad y comodidad de las habitaciones. Será nuestro lugar para hospedarnos cada que volvamos a la ciudad.

The location is excellent—right on a main street, next to a great coffee shop and a large city park, which made exploring the area really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I especially loved the spectacular view of the mountains from my window. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! All good

When I made the complaint, they told me the solution was to give me a room with single beds because the double beds all sounded the same.Actually, going on vacation with your husband and being offered separate beds doesn't make sense.

Bradley (3/5): Poor service and very dated hotel. - The location was good. Check in took 1 hour as only one person was working the front desk. They also do everything on paper versus electronically. There were only two towels stocked in our room of three occupants. They had a different setup for one of the rooms we booked. The phone in the room only functioned after the bellman came and activated the rooms wifi. That is a safety hazard. Half of the 9th story picture windows were unlocked. They open enough for people or children to fit through and fall 9 stories. Our two complimentary bottles of water were missing from the room. No iron. Iron supplied when called but no ironing board. Dated interior design. The blinds cords on the window blinds were not safety blinds for children. They could easily strangle a child. The hot water in the shower was maybe room temperature at full hot.

If you want to sleep after 6 am, make sure your room isn't facing the main street. It gets pretty noisy very early. The rooms could use blackout drapes. Finally, their checkin policies should be reviewed.
