The property is impeccably maintained, and the commitment to quality is unmistakable from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed modern in comfort while beautifully preserving the charm of traditional countryhouse architecture. The culinary experience is outstanding. Every dish is delicious and carefully prepared, reflecting the same level of attention found throughout the hotel. Most impressive, however, is the staff. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and consistently focused on delivering a superior guest experience. Special recognition to Leonela and Yasley at the main restaurant. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly elevated our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my family felt welcomed, valued, and completely satisfied. Without hesitation, I will return in the near future. I highly recommend Las Camelias to families and couples seeking a refined, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

• Sebastien (8/5): - Clean, well organised and ideal if you attend with young children. 4 stars instead of 5 as we got no hot water (just tepid water) the first morning (the hot water came back by lunchtime). Nathy who is the only staff member to speak English at the restaurant was very helpful and made our stay a lot more enjoyable by explaining the dinong options (buffet vs other options). Lots of loud DJ music during the day and until 10pm when we attended (wedding) but very quiet afterwards. Staff at the reception were nice and helpful too. Luggage collextion was very quick.
• yuryj2025 (2/5): They breach the reservation contract and the administrator does not solve it - The facilities and staff are good, but the administrative side isn't the same. I purchased a package with breakfast, dinner, and taxes, including a child under 7. In the confirmation email, they told me that if the child was under 3, it wasn't necessary to include them on the reservation summary sheet. That is, a child under 4 months didn't need to be included. However, the day I arrived, they told me my 7-year-old daughter wasn't included. The conditions change once you arrive. Make sure they include them before purchasing.

• D1712CBleol (6/5): Comfortable Stay over priced - We stayed for five days. The rooms were very clean and the service was good, but the hotel is extremely overpriced. Breakfast was average, and the dinner buffet was disappointing—poor quality food that didn’t justify the high cost. I was charged for a beer I never ordered, and a simple meal (burger, fries, and a small Coke) cost nearly 100k pesos, with cold, greasy fries. A frozen coffee was 40k, and a café con leche at dinner was an extra 20k. There was no complimentary water or coffee in the room, which is surprising considering we paid about 1 million pesos per night. The kids enjoyed the pool and some activities, but many required extra payment. Strangely, the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards for anything, so you’re forced to carry cash around. Overall, not worth the price—we won’t be returning

Aunque el check-out es a las 12 m, no se permite permanecer en las áreas comunes después de esa hora sin generar recargos. Nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia tan negativa. Hicimos el esfuerzo de reservar para celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestra hija de 4 años, pero no hubo ninguna atención especial para niños cumpleañeros. Además, no permiten decoraciones ni incentivan la realización de algo especial, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más decepcionante. hemos pagamos menos por mejor atención en hoteles como el grupo ghl, Decamerón y estelar

The breakfast is very good because is buffet type with many options. There are mini golf, train and other games for children and the disco is quite nice for adults.

The room was very comfortable and all of the property is spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and all of the meals we had were very good.

• Leonardo (10/5): We enjoyed our stay! - This is a great hotel for a family trip. Rooms are very large, with lots of space including the bathroom, a balcony with table and chairs. Beds are large and very comfortable. Food was tasty and service was always great, at dinner and breakfast. Amenities are also great: we tried the karts, the pool+lazy river, and the attractions park (although it is more intended for younger kids). Yo do have to pay extra for karts, park and some other things, but it is not expensive. Everything around the property is super well kept, to the detail. On the negative side, we did have to "beg" for a couple of more hours pf late check out, which didn't make sense since we were spending additional money for lunch and other things, and hotel was almost empty. I totally recommend this hotel and the experience it offers.

Kids rides, golf, coffee, water, etc. There is no water in the room and if you need it you have to go to the store or cafeteria and they close for several hours, so if you are thirsty you have to wait.
• Yenny (6/5): - I was very happy to stay in this hotel as it had been recommended by family and friends. However my experience was not completely pleasant. I am Colombian and came with friends who were visiting the country for first time. The toilets were not working properly for both rooms and they needed to be unclogged few times during our stay. The menu was very limited and the buffet would run out of food fast. The hotel is understaffed. It is noticeable how hard everyone works at the hotel but theee is not enough employees for the amount of guests. The construction noise would wake us up before 8am. We wanted to use the jacuzzi once and we were informed we couldn’t because a single family had reserved 3/4 jacuzzis in the hotel. We went to the pool and were able to see that the family of 4 who reserved 3 jacuzzis only used one. Other than that, the pools are nice and the amenities and entertainment for children are excellent.

• Maria (10/5): - I celebrate my husband’s birthday in the hotel and they decorated the room, the table on the restaurant (I paid in advance) and both were beautiful, the service of all the staff was excellent, we loved the amenities, we played minigolf, drove karts, been in the slow river, pool, bar... it was our first time visiting the hotel but definitely will go again and highly recommend to all who want to rest and have fun in the same place.

The little chapel is super cute and there is a mass on Sunday morning. It is under construction, so the view from the balcony was cover with plastic. Try to get a room away from the kids pool. It can be noisy.

We traveled with seniors and I am pleased to share that staff went out of their way to accommodate to make our stay as pleasant as possible. • Arnold (2/5): Do Not stay - I stay in the hotel 3 day very nice looking hotel staff was great location is good to now my room had cockroaches not good at all also the toilet stop working they did fix it so we visit some of the parks around the area and when you come back you really want to get in the pool or more the yacuzzi they have, listen to this 3 yacuzi in the hotel and only but only 1 was working I hope all you people out can read this specailly the hote camelias this was just my expirience
• Joa (2/5): Terrible staff and Hotel policies. - Very deceiving tiny rooms no customer satisfaction orientated. It's very difficult to get to the Hotel 6 hours bus ride and as soon As you Walk into the hotel room they asked you to go on your knees and Start making inventory of the mini bar. The staff will not bring you pool towels even thoug I was with 2 babies under two and a 6 years old and The only person using the facilities. Also they don't allowed to take pool towels to the room even after using Jacuzzi 8 pm freezing outside and with 3 little kids. 4 employees where there haging out at the pool bar. Talked to a manager just not a costumer service orientated environment.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating considering that I needed a room on the first floor which I had not specified on the reservation and they did all that they could to make that happen. The breakfast buffet was really yummy and I just cannot say how wonderful the staff is. I wish I would have had an extra day to actually enjoy all of the amenities at the hotel offered and we absolutely loved the shower which had an amazing drip and it was so comfortable!
