Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartments where very nice, happy with them, but the customer service was disgusting, the girl wasn't very helpful, just kepted saying, if you don't do this we will cancel your rooms, she told me this 4 times plus and even sent me a email saying this. In stead of trying to sort the problem, she was rude and aragumentive. Needs more training or the sack. The man was very helpful.
