Miji (9/5): - 위치도 좋고 시설도 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 방도 좁지 않고 해도 잘 들고. 침대도 편안해요. 아랫층에 빵집과 샵이 있어서 간단히 아침을 해결할 수 있습니다. 조식이 매우 비싸서 이용하지 않았습니다. 옆방에 새벽 4시까지 고성으로 대화하는 투숙객 때문에 무척 괴로웠습니다. (숙소의 잘못은 아니지요) 오랫동안 사용하지 않은 객실을 빌려준 것 같았어요. 방바닥이나 가구 위에 먼지가 꽤 있었습니다.

VIVIEN (4/5): Great view but feels like a working holiday - The view was quite amazing from the room. The place is also very quiet. Didn't realise that there was no housekeeping provided and we had to sort out garbage ourselves. By sort I mean throw away and ensure the plastics and bottles etc are thrown away centrally in a garbage room.All instructions are in Korean and so if we didn't google translate the sheet of paper provided to learn about it,, we would have been hit with a 100,000 won fee. In addition, the heating is on till May and it gets very warm at night. They did provide us with fans but it doesn't help unless you open the windows. If you visit in April, be prepared to sweat in your sleep.

Ventura (6/5): Enorme hotel de más bien 3 estrellas en vez de 4 estrellas. - El hombre cuando haces el check in, muy servicial y me ha encontrado solución a todo. Camas súper cómodas. Wifi funciona perfecto. Y la TV muy grande. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero el servicio, etc es de 3 estrellas. La habitación no te la limpian y por tanto, no hay cambio de toallas, etc. Si te toca un niño llorón en la habitación de al lado (lo que nos pasó), deseas que se duerma pronto porque se oye mucho.

Viktor (6/5): Nice location, room service needs more attention - The location is very nice and a great place to spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés, a barbecue yard, as well as a kids' play area, right on the hotel grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of vegetarian options at breakfast. The idea of a laundromat area is convenient for such a place. We rented a four-person apartment and were provided with only two large towels for the entire duration of our stay. We stayed for four days and our room wasn't cleaned once. We had to dispose of the rubbish ourselves (there were two very small rubbish bins). The only room service we received was two bottles of water and clean hand towels, which were hung on the door handle in the mornings. The bed linen was torn and stained. One of the bedrooms had hardly any blinds, and the lamp in the corridor right outside it prevented me from getting any sleep as it was so bright that you could read a book (see the picture). Overall, the hotel had seen better days. Although the rooms had been renovated, the exterior looked shabby and depressing.

jaeyoung (2/5): 가족여행 시작이 안좋았음. - 체크인하고 서관 중앙 숙소가는 엘리베이터에서 오작동으로 갇혀서 투숙 시작부터 좋지 못했음. 엘리베이터 응급버튼을 눌렀으나, 현장시설에서 안받아서 그런지 여러번의 조작 끝에 현대엘리제이터 본사에 연락 됌. 이 상태에서 프론트에 연락해서 시설팀 요청함. 이후 조치해준 시설직원이야 그렇지만, 프론트 쪽에선 같이 탄 가족들이 안전한지나 이 상황에 불편함에 대한 사과 부분이 없었음. 냉장고도 오래된 냉장고라 그런지 소음이 많이 나서 잘 때 불편하였음. 차라리 첫날 저 상황 후 건너편 한화에 묶었으면 어땠을까 하는 후회를 했음.
