- Seth (10/5): - It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅)
- TAYYABA (2/5): - The rooms on Expedia were looking good and spacious but in reality, room was so small. Hotel did not offer free drop off initially and advised that they will charge, breakfast was finished early and we were not communicated about breakfast timing. They advised that they will refund our breakfast and transport charges but we have not received any confirmation of refund so far. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience booking for this hotel via Expedia.

- Melanie (2/5): A friendly chef but nothing else good - The breakfast chef was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy but everything else was well below expectations even for a lower priced hotel. Despite pre booking and multiple phone calls and emails on the day our prebooked shuttle never arrived requiring an expensive taxi. The room, bathroom and elevator was dirty (even the room coffee mug), bathroom had half of the shower screen missing, the advertised restaurant and room service were not available.
- Damian (8/5): Decent - For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again.

- Michael (6/5): - Near KLIA for morning flight. Room AC did not work correctly. Getting a car by Grab is cheaper than the hotel’s shuttle to airport. There are probably better choices in the area.
- Dean (2/5): - Old, Dirty and Falling apart. Room was boiling hot on arrival, aircon didn't work properly, noisy aircon and fridge. Tiny bar fridge was dirty and empty, no bottled water. Toilet didnt flush properly. Most staff were rude and unhelpfull, but not all. Our room was clearly including buffet breakfast, showed them my booking email but they said it was booked by Expedia, not Wotif and no breakfast was noted. Possibly in future i will book directly with expedia if thats what wotif do. DO NOT STAY HERE

A horrible and bad experience. Won't stay there again.

The only good thing about this place was leaving! I have travelled the world and NEVER being so disappointed in my accommodation, thing love child of bate hotel and faulty towers.
- Marco (4/5): - The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.
- Casey (4/5): - I found lots of "tiny black long grain shape" - animal feces along the windowsill. I reported the issue to the hotel staffs. As for the sound proof - not working as expected. I had been awakened multiples times from the street noises in the middle of the night and the early morning. When I first walked up to the hotel room after checked in, I smelled second hand smoke along the hall way too. I would rate it as 2 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. I am really quite disappointed as the price is not cheap in Ringgit Malaysia.

I can clearly hear someone giving instruction behind mentioned there was NO room. Finally after more than 30min got room changed. Asked for iron the next morning. Called 2 times. ( No staff). About to plugged in the iron to the power socket . The whole room blackout. Iron looked terribly unsafe for used. Ended NOT using the iron and have to wear different clothes.

- James (8/5): Sri Langit Hotel - It’s ok, good place for a quiet sleep, while waiting for your flight. About 15 mins drive from airport and no other tourist attractions nearby. Only a couple of street shops and small convenience stores. The restaurant attached to the hotel does a nice satay stick. If u can’t get accommodation at the actual airport, I’d recommend this.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff were nice and the breakfast was good! The bed was not as comfortable as we were hoping for, but it was fine for a night. The room was ok. Everything looked fine on the surface, but closer inspection showed aging decour and things in need of repair -the shelf / desk was coming off the wall as though someone sat on it and there were burn marks on the floor from an iron. The shower was excellent and exactly what we needed after 22 hours of travel. Overall, this is a good stop if you're passing through kul because it's very close and airport transfers run hourly. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - This is a very dated, somewhat clean hotel close to the KL airport. We missed our connecting flight and needed a place to stay the night before flying out early the next day. This was one hotel that didn’t break the bank. Very friendly staff but mediocre rooms at best.

Should have come with 6 different meats came with two and tasted very poorly yet paid full price for it. I would recommend maybe trying the restaurant just outside the hotel restaurant instead.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not as impressed - This was the second time I stayed here and I have to say I wasn’t as impressed as I was the first time. The staff weren’t very welcoming when I checked in. The room had many things that needed to be fixed within the room. We paid for a queen bed but the bed was actually 2 twin beds put together so there was a big crease in the center of the bed that was uncomfortable to sleep or sit on. The restaurant was great ! I loved the food at the restaurant last time and I was looking forward to it again, and they did not let me down! Delicious food and good service in the restaurant! I will most likely stay here again as it is super convenient since it’s so near the airport however I hope the hotel will make some improvements before next time. Things such as holes in the wall in our room and paint peeling away.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is a airport hotel. To and fro the airport costs RM $6.40 on Bus Number T57. You could go to the airport everyday where there is lots of many other varieties of food with sushi restaurants, burger king, marybrown chicken,macdonalds, starbuks, kfc, paparich coffeehouse which serves coffee and eggs and mee rombus, laksa for breakfasts, lots of branded high end boutiques like tissot, tumi, michael kors, lower end are watsons, bodyshop, carlo rino, H&M(Nice Tees cost 3 for RM50), you will be spoilt for choice for food, and with 3 inbuilt good hotels in the premises for stopover rest and baths, with a transport lrt line that leads to the petronas twin towers klcc and there are more 20 restaurants and 20 boutiques there which are similar. It is a neverending walking boutiques lane which is 3 times the size of orchard road singapore.There is a far 5 minute brisk walk to the opposite bus stop that leads to the airport which cost only a cheap $3.70 RM. Compared to the extreme costly $50 per trip for cab book. The actual appearance of the hotel is non shiny and lower in height about 4 storey high though the picture looks 20 storey high. The restaurant at level 1 serves ok food and is a good restaurant eatable in and seatable, serves nice vegetable guay tiao, white rice, nice braised ginger chicken with potato, nice tomato macoroni with potato wedges, cappicino coffee, barley, orange, water, bread with butter,peanut butter and jam.

- AWB (8/5): Good transit hotel - Hotel location is convenient for outstation folk like me to staying overnight and to catch a flight next morning. The economy queen and twin rooms are without windows, but it is designed to look like airplane cabin. Driving from hotel to KLIA terminal is convenient, its about15 to 20 minutes, if no traffic congestion. During peak hours the traffic at the exit road from hotel to the main road heading to KLIA terminal will be congested due to heavy traffic and long waiting time at the traffic light junction.

Would not walk around after dark. * overall experience here I would rate 3 out of 10. * Was very hard to find staff who spoke or understood English during my stay and not to many dining options.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Checking in but was told booking was cancelled. - Checking in the reception told me my booking was cancelled and I cannot check in. Asked receptionist to dial Hotels.com customer service but he said number was invalid. It was 3 am and We were mentally preparing to sleep in our cars !!! Lucky another receptionist came and help out and found our booking. Nightmare !!
- Summer (8/5): Stay over night flight - Suit for stay over night flight. Staff is so friendly - helpful. Room is a bit smelly towel also.
- FOO (2/5): Poor Transportation Arrangement & Worst Frontdesk - Request transportation pick up at 2am, but did not arrive on time. Try to call the frontdesk and despatch, but No Even One answer the call. Only able to contact the driver after one hour. Driver was mentioned heavy check in at hotel, doesnt have enough frontdesk to response the call. When we reached the hotel, there are 4 persons from the frontdesk were busy sleeping, there were someother phone calling in, but no even one pick up the phone at all. 4 hours rate was charged, at we only manage to take one hour rest. 2 hours was wasting during waiting the transport and check in process.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty - Room - The room is very dirty full of dust on floors. Bathroom door are spoiled. Shuttle service - Waiting 1hours+ shuttle no show, keep calling hotel staff.
- mark (2/5): Do not stay here... - Terrible choice. Looks ok in pics, but it's a very run down hotel, dirty, and noisy. Room had a bad smell to it, soap was empty in bathroom, mattress was worn out, SCREAMING BABIES on both sides of room all night and morning, and disorganized staff that tried to double charge me.

- Christopher (2/5): Avoid! - Horrifying. Entire hotel smelled of mildew. Carpeting, walls were stained. Bathroom was full of mold and mildew. Rooms have no windows. Had to move rooms because of the smell. Still terrible. Not worth 1 star.

- Aan (8/5): Nice hotel near to KLIA - Feel like in airplane but no window, quite dizzy and boring cannot see outside
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Feels like experiencing to sleep in the flight,haha The lighting was nice, bathroom also clean. The wallpaper is so clear minded.. Suitable to chill for a while from busy working because it can be considered cheap but really nice for me.
- Apple (6/5): Hote supported for MOTO GP transportation - I joined the MotoGP so I'm looking for the hotel where nearby Sepang. Lucky, they had provided the transporatation between hotel and SPC with 11RM per pax for day 1 and 2, but 22RM per pax for last day. I think it was ok to pay more money in the last day. The traffic is super busy and messy that day. If you are looking for only SPC witout sightseeing, I think this hotel is fine. If you need to go nightlife, I would not recommend this place. For the room inside is OK as we paid, there is some space that you can place your luggage, onlyhot water in shower room is not stable some how cold some how hot. However, overall is ok.

- Ling (10/5): Nice hotel with big room - Hotel staffs quite nice and the room is big. As we were in very early flight, can direct book pick-up and drop-off with hotel receitpion.
- Mohammed (4/5): Disappointed - Not much around to eat as location room was ok shower was broken one of the windows did not close properly overall experience was not very good from pics made it look a lot better than it was
- Luke (2/5): Hotel had double booked room, unhelpful staff - We had paid for two nights accommodation as were in transit for 15 hours. Arrived at 0830 and we were informed that our room was not ready. We explained that our room should have been ready as of the prior afternoon as we had paid for 2 nights. Staff were not very helpful and told us that our room was in use. After some strong words and after much frustration that told us they could get our room ready within 30 minutes as the other guests had just checked out. After 13 hours of travel this was not an ideal situation with 2 kids who needed some rest. We will be seeking a refund of one night as the hotel obviously received a double payment for the night as it had used by another guest.
- sam (6/5): Not a great place. - Located in a rundown area. Lots of trash all over. Did not feel any privacy. Would not recommend to others.
- marsha (4/5): Disappointed - I had to wait 2 hours for the airport shuttle. Then a gentleman came out to meet the van at the hotel and yelled at us to get out and go pay inside. Then we get in our room and the front desk gave the same room to another family and they came in the room on us. The front desk then said talk to the manager In the morning. In the morning they told us he won't be in till 11am . I was just disappointed all around
- Helen (6/5): Ok for short stays. - Had to wait for an hour for our prearranged shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. Disappointing as we only had an 8hr stopover & needed to be back at the airport early next morning. The hotel was a good 15- 20min drive away, although we had been given the impression it was only 5min away. The staff were friendly and our room though very small was clean & comfortable. The following morning the shuttle bus was late again due to fellow passengers sleeping in and not turning up on time.
- Jamie (4/5): Less than mediocre - Staff weren't too helpful during the graveyard shift when we checked in on August 12 morning. Was advised that breakfast was not included when it was clearly stated on my confirmation that was part of the package. Called the reception in the morning at about 8am to reconfirm and was advised that it's indeed included. Room was old and kind of smelly, toiletries were thrown in one place and not even fixed properly. Would like to thank though the staff in the morning shift whis been very helpful. If i had to do it all over again, I'd most likely skip staying in this hotel and stay somewhere else closer to the airport. Pretty sure there are more worth the price than this place.
- Jamie (6/5): Far from the airport - Thought it was around KLIA but not really. It was about 30min drive. Staff were not friendly except for the girl on morning shift on August12. The guy who assisted us for check in on the night shift said booking had no breakfast inclusion which was clearly stated on my confimation from Expedia. The next morning it was confirmed by the girl that its indeed included. Train your staff better to be more knowledgeable and to be more customer oriented. Room was a bit smelly and old, tv did not work, bathroom amenities were just thrown in one place.. wasn't very welcoming. I don't see myself staying here again.
- Robert (4/5): - The hotel confirmed picking us up upon arrival, however, no proper directions were given as to where to meet for pick up. We had to wait an hour and figure it out on our own where the driver was. All he kept saying was level 1 door 3, there were several such entrances and he wasnt helpful only kept repeating his "mantra". Finally, got to the hotel and were told that there wasnt a reservation for us when we clearly had one since we had confirmation for it. After a long travel, fiasco at airport pickup and then to the hotel to be treated such, was a nightmare.
