• Marcos Paulo (6/5): Bom pra poucos dias - Hotel super bem localizado. Atendimento da funcionária excelente, super atenciosa. Quarto simples e um pouco barulhento. Primeiro andar.
• Ingrid Marilyn (2/5): - Muy mala experiencia llegamos no tenían lista la habitación nos hicieron esperar, luego estando ya dentro se metieron tres hombres a cambiar la lámpara y las cortinas con todas sus herramientas q pusieron encima de nuestras cosas, empezaron a taladrar tardar más de una hora con nosotras dentro dejaron todo lleno de polvo y nos dejaron sin cortina y lo q más nos asustó q la cerradura d la habitación no servía. La pasamos muy mal la verdad .

Point positif : - Metro, trottinette à côté de l’hôtel, et moins de 10min à pied de la gare centrale, il est très bien placé. - accueil et personnel fort sympathique, et très aimable.

Only told me on morning of flying that none is there after 9 and if i arrive after 9, to contact them and let them know which i did twice without a reply. On phone before i fly to italy, he told me to cancel my room as i wouldnt getthere before 9 despite messaging them and then got there friend to let me in and wanted late fee in cash which also wasnt said. Tv hanging on wall, didn't dare touch.

• Ghyslaine (6/5): - Confort simple, et salle de bain partagée, qui n'est pas prévue pour cela. La douche est mal isolée et le sol est constamment plein d'eau et glissant, et les toilettes parfois salies par des occupants indélicats. Le personnel est aimable, sérieux et devoué, mais le processus de check in est mal pensé, si bien que j'ai dû l'effectuer deux fois avec deux interlocuteurs différents, et que j'ai dû ensuite voyager sans être certaine de trouver quelqu'un pour m'accueilir le soir après 21 heures, heure de la fermeture de la réception. Il est regrettable qu'une telle inquiétude s'accompagne d'un surcout (10 ou 20 euros selon l'heure) en cas d'arrivee tardive. Je suis toute prête à payer pour la sérénité, beaucoup moins à m'inquiéter pour payer ensuite.

• Margherita (4/5): - I have been in 3 different rooms of this property within the last year, after concerts at San Siro stadium since it’s at 10 minutes walking distance from M5 stops Isola and Zara. For 2 times the stay was fine, rooms are very basic and bathroom is shared with 2 or 3 rooms but that’s fine since it is expected. But once, bed was broken just sitting on it (not jumping or dropping heavily, just sitting) I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor

• Mark (6/5): Well, it is cheap... - It is definitely at the budget end but the beds are comfy and the linens clean in a well proportioned room with a table and chairs in our case. Wiring of the TV is a bit dodgey and paint chipped in places. If staying in summer the room will be hot but a fan is provided (you know up front when book there is no air con). The shared hallway in our flatlet with 3 individual bedrooms off had a microwave, kettle, cups and cutlery. The shared bathroom was clean enough to start (the shower had seen better days and was quite frankly grotty), however, the guest in the third room had thrown up in the sink and shower when we got back from our evening out and not cleaned up which meant the bathroom moved from tolerable to gross. Reception hours (next door) are limited and we encountered one guest after midnight who could not get in as reception had closed at 9pm and was not responding on the phone number.

(구글맵을 잘 못 보는 1인 입니다.) 대로변에 위치하고 주변에 식당도 많았어요.저녁 8시 즈음 도착하여 체크인 하였고, 1층 방에 묶었는데 엘리베이터와 바로 붙어 있는 방이라 엘베를 기다리는 사람들 대화로 좀 시끄러웠습니다. 시설은 매우 낙후되어있지만 전자레인지, 커피포트 잘 이용했습니다. 1층 창문 밖으로 그대로 사람이 보이는 위치이지만 창밖으로는 길가가 아니라 지나다니는 사람은 없었습니다. 공항 도착 후 저렴한 가격으로 1박 이용하기엔 큰 무리는 없었습니다. 가방 맡기는 것은 가방당 2유로이고, 일찍 체크아웃하여 가방을 룸에 두고 나오면 직원이 프론트데스크에서 보관해 주었어요. 직원도 친절했습니다.

La cama matrimonial era en realidad dos colchones individuales juntos lo cual fue un poco incomodo, la zona esta muy cerca de Milano Centrale lo cual también viene bien si tienes que coger un tren en algún momento, pero siempre teniendo en cuenta que no parecia una zona muy segura, ni tampoco demasiado atractiva.
• Erika Kristin (6/5): OK opplevelse - Litt knotete kommunikasjon med vertene. Vi sov 1 natt på dette overnattingsstedet. Noe overpriset i forhold til standard, men ligger ganske sentralt til. Rommet vårt var på gateplan, rett ved siden av en heis, og var svært lytt. OK standard på rommet, men svært dårlige puter. Overnattingsstedet sier at de tilbyr bagasjeoppbevaring fra kl 08 om morningen, men resepsjonen er bare åpen fra kl 13-21. Vi måtte derfor dra til togstasjonen for oppbevaring av bagasjen dagen vi skulle sjekke ut.

• Mette (8/5): Nice stay - We had two nights in Milan. It was a 25 min walk to Duomo but transportation was close by and easy to get to Milan central station. Very good for a short stay
• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean and good location, good value - Property is kind of like a university dormitory with a shared kitchen area and then several rooms and a shared bathroom along a corridor. I had an en-suite which was basic but clean and all I needed. Because of the layout there was quite a lot of noise from other guests who weren't very considerate - playing music, having loud conversations and moving furniture at all hours but this is probably just dependent on who else is there during your stay and not the fault of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful and the property is a good location to get into central easily (walking or via metro) and also to the airport as the train station is only 5 minutes walk.

The check in and out was very strange though and we never got any reciept of the extra fee for late check in , even though we asked for it. They also dont accept card payments for late check in. The reception was not open in the morning when we were to check out, so there was no where to put the key - and we didnt get any instructions about that when we check in either. Hence, we just left the key in the room.

Reservei quarto com banheiro privativo, pagando a mais por isso, mas, ao chegar, me disseram que não havia quarto disponível com banheiro privativo, apenas compartilhado. O ar condicionado não funcionava (em pleno verão europeu), não havia café da manhã (apesar de se chamar "Bed & Breakfast"). Experiência muito ruim.

• Devante (6/5): Middle of the road. - Let’s get a few things straight: this is NOT a BnB, it’s about a hostel accommodation with private rooms, that being said it suffers from a mediocre complex, the property could be fantastic if it wanted, unfortunately it fell really short. The good: The location can’t be beat for the price. There’s a subway line right next to it, lots of local amenities and accessible to most of Milan, fairly central for the price. The balcony is also a great feature. The bad: The staff was rather unenthusiastic but helpful, I’m unsure if it was because of translation but even at check in the guy seemed fairly uninterested in explaining anything, even though the check in is in a completely other building. When I asked for a fork for food I was told to go buy one. None of the amnentities described were there and the staff laughed when I asked. The ugly: The property in itself COULD be great, however suffers from lack of investment. The entire property smells like cigarettes, in fact the first room I was in was so bad that I had to move due to my asthma, the second one was hardwood but suffered the same problem. There’s black sheen in the walls and I wanted to see if it was mold or not so I wiped my towel and it turned out it was cigarette ash that coated the walls and carpeting. The elevator was out daily, which wouldn’t have been an issue but the up worked on it at odd hours with jackhammers. No replacement towels were ever given.

Solo un asciugamano da viso in camera. WiFi non funzionava, la TV c era ma non l antenna collegata, quindi non si vedeva praticamente nulla. Segnalo la presenza dell' ascensore in caso di bagagli pesanti.

Excellent accueil d'un jeune homme qui a fait l'effort de parler français. Propreté correcte. Très proche de la gare centrale, à peine 100 mètres.

Le prix de la nuit est attractif pour Milan mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à du grand luxe : SDB partagée, chambres sans charme où il règne une odeur d'humidité, pas d'air conditionné centralisé (donc il fait chaud dans la chambre en été...).

We had only a fan, it was pretty hot and couldn't leave the window open because there were too many mosquitos. Bathroom was shared but it wasn't a problem at all, had a free coffee machine and dry toast for snack/breakfast.

The only negative was that the room is next to the bathroom and there wasnt good noise isolation. You hear the water and the tubes. Hard to sleep because of the noise overall.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hostel, great value - I was pleasantly surprised by this excellent value for money hostel. Very friendly staff, nice spacious room with a small balcony. The only issue was the hot water came on and off. Highly recommended!
• Momchil (6/5): Good - The room was lovely, though sharing a wall with the shared bathroom was not nice. You can hear anything that's going on in there early in the morning! Also there was a club in the garden next to the building with a loud party that finished 3am. Other than that, very close to the metro station wich is super convenient!

• Luca (4/5): Pros and cons - Very noisy flat and building overall. I incurred in a €6.00 council fee that was not mentioned in the original reservation. B&B should mean Bed & Breakfast but breakfast was not even contemplated. Well connected area, the room was very clean.
• Simeon (8/5): Not a bad place to stay - The hostel was really good, the girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bad thing is that the hearing stops at night when it is coldest. The water in the bathroom was cold, it turned hot only once during my stay.
• Gary (10/5): Clean place and close to Train Station - Stayed here for one night during a short stay in Milan. Staff were welcoming upon arrival and even called to check on my arrival. Stayed in a single room and the room was clean with ample space for hanging my jacket & clothes. Ideal for travelers looking to stay downtown for a short stay.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Decent for Milan on a budget - So this place had a decent location, decent staff and decent room. I would never rave about how amazing it is, but everything was certainly good enough for the price. Milan is an overpriced city as it is, so you can't really go wrong with going here.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Wrong address!!! - Wrong address on google maps and the website!! Ended up waking to three different areas to find the guesthouse in heavy rain. I was told I wasn't the only one who went through this... maybe they should update google maps and the website to have the correct address. Apart from that, everything was okay.
• HRV (6/5): Fabulous staff, proximity to Central Station good - Overall the stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and bright and comfy bed and good shower. Not really much else. We went for the location and price was very very good. On our doorstep we had Sondrio Metro station and within 10 minutes we were at Milan Central Station. The rooms could do with better ventilation and windows as it got very stuffy on the hotter days and could be loud if facing the road particularly as its opposite a school. But the staff were amazing! Super helpful and you can keep luggage there all day for a small fee till late. I initially thought breakfast was included as the name suggests B & B, but this was only one B. It didn't matter too much in the end as we were out very early.

• Solo Traveler (4/5): Not my cup of tea - I spent only one night and I booked it because it was close to the railway station. Nothing special. Small single room and bed that gets really hot in summertime. Be careful before booking with no refund option, becasue if you need to do the check in after 21:00 you will be charged (really expensive) and after 00:00 is even more expensive. If this is the case I would recomend you to book somewhere else. The communication was good... until you need to comunicate with them after 21:00; they give you a phone number but I couldn't contact anyone the same night to let them now my arrivng time (you will be talking to one of this talking machines with options). Fortunately there was someone working at the reception.
• Lin (2/5): Terrible and horrible experience!!!!!!!!! - If you come to Milan for a pleasant journey, DON'T COME TO THIS B&B! We stayed at both their branches 66 and 71, and we had horrible experience there, the room doesn't have AC but the staff promised us there's a fan in the room which is not! And we asked for one they turned us down! The room is SO HOT and if we open the window the noises and mosquitoes keep us awake, we couldn't sleep at all!!!!! There was one room we stay even doesn't have curtains!!!! That was ridiculous! The bathroom smells and the shower head is broken, and the water temperature is very changeable.Also there are so many ridiculous rules in this B&B, for instance we have to take the bath before 23, we can't stay at the lobby after 22, but these all can be understood, but what we are very upset about is once you checked out, you are no longer to stay there, even the lobby ( we left the keys early but it still the legal time to stay at the lobby cuz we still the customer), but the cleaning staff kicked us out!!!!! How ridiculous and unacceptable, once they have your money, they treat you like garbage. We won't recommend to any one of our friends and families AT ALL!!!!!!!
• Vasu (8/5): Fantastic with two shortcomings. - Everything was great: Location, room, size, free stuff. Two complaints are late night check in fee and only one bathroom per 4-5 rooms.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We rang to ask if we could drop a bag into reception & were told that was fine but when we arrived it cost €1 per bag, just for a rucksack. We only wanted to leave it for 2 hours. Never known this is any other accommodation. Tea & coffee provided & good location for central station, metro & airport bus. Clean. Air conditioning is stated in 'features' but was just a fan. VERY hot in June!
• hmn (10/5): comfy and clean room - the room was very clean and comfy, very near to Central station. but we had to check in at no. 71 which is quite a walk from the room itself. the shower is clean, but hot water was consistently on and off. overall, I'm happy with my stay

• beth (8/5): Nice Well priced walking distance to train station - Nice and clean B and B. Good location, 10 min walk to central train station and literally steps from entrance to metro. Staff was friendly upon arrival and check in and easy checkout. Coffee, water, packaged toast, cookies or crackers are offered. Spacious shared bathroom with nice decor touches and cool colors make it very relaxing.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff was very accommodating. Room is very spacious and clean. What i dont like about the room is that it has no ac or even a fan. Its summer time already, hotel should at least provide a fan. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
• Sera (10/5): Great Bargain, Great Room, Great Location - Don't hesitate to book! :D Information: The hotel is not in zone 1 Milan, but the tube is right outside the hotel and takes 5 minutes into central Milan. It only costs €8 for a 48 hour pass. You will not get somewhere as nice and cheap as this in zone 1. The hotel is 5 min walk from central station though, which is great for getting coaches / trains to and from the airport. The hotel own a floor in a block of oldish apartments. Don't be put off! Once inside the BB I Am Here area it's clean, bright and modern. The rooms are lovely. The bathroom is shared, but modern and clean. Never had any issues with queuing to use it - only a few rooms per bathroom. Not exactly breakfast included though - there is coffee and juice provided and factory sealed croissants and toast - but it does the job! Staff at reception were helpful, friendly and relaxed. Answered questions we had about getting around the city, things to see and other little tips. Overall a great B&B for the price. Milan is an amazing city, you won't be disappointed!

• Emin (10/5): Nice hotel, kind staff, convenient place - It is near the metro, so it is easy to reach and go to the city center. The room was clean, comfortable and with wonderful design which makes you feel good.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, works well for short, cheap stay - In Milan for only one night on the way elsewhere, this hotel was cheap and perfectly located as we needed to be at the central station the next morning. Room was adequate; the bed was very noisy but sheets were clean. The shared bathroom was not optimal but worked well enough (especially only for one night). We didn't shower there, though. The shower was tiny. The biggest concern was the lack of soundproofing, as anyone in the common area could easily be heard through the thin walls.

• Adrian (8/5): Pleasant Stay - Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is modern and clean with a 10 minute walk to the main train station also with metro stop 2 minutes away. the reason for not giving the full 5 star is, I would recommend there be a fridge and slightly better air conditioning but I would defiantly stay there again. The staff (Mary) was helpful and also speaks good English. The view from the room is also a pleasant sight to wake up to.
• marciacatt (10/5): Just perfect for us - I am hesitant to glow about this hostel, because it is such a gem, and I would return to stay there in a minute! (We loved Milan and Expo!) The staff is wonderful and kind. The location is great - on a metro stop and actually 4 blocks from the Central Station. Lots of major hotels and restaurants rather nearby. It was perfect for our very simple needs.

• Florence (2/5): shockingly bad - Friendly welcome from lady who met us outside appartment block. Inside we had extremely basic room, one of 4 rooms with shared bathroom. Rules were no showers between 11pm and 7am. We were woken many times by anti-social behaviour from other guests, slamming doors several times during the night, 2.30am. 3.30am and more. Noisy people in shower at 3am. I was frightened to go to the bathroom during the night because of loud behaviour from other guests. Breakfast consisted of some packets of stuff so unapetising to look at we didn't eat anything and horrible hot drinks from a machine. No milk, not even UHT. No sink. All disposable paper cups, plates and cutlery. Shockingly bad. Very expensive. We felt totally ripped off.
