• Cathiana (5/5): Piscine top et si vous n’êtes pas trop regardant sur la propreté - La piscine est le seul point positif , ouvert de 9h-21h Un 7/11 à l’entrée de la résidence Le logement était très sale, les salles de bain avaient de très mauvaises odeurs et ils ont mis des désodorisant pour camoufler. Les photos mis sur booking doivent être anciennes. L’hôte ne nous a pas répondu du séjour, on a eu à faire à la femme de ménage, de plus, paiement sur place et des frais supplémentaires non indiqués sur booking, nous avons payé près de 70€ supplémentaires c’est une aberration. La literie était dure, un séchoir à linge tout petit pour un logement pour 6 personnes. Bref une honte
• B. Wash (7/5): Great Location & Family-Friendly Pool, But Needs a Deep Clean - The location is a major win. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you’re just as close to bars and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven right outside the community, which we used constantly. The pool area is a highlight—perfect temperature, very spacious, and incredibly kid-friendly. My kids loved the slides and the large ship that sprays water. There’s also a jacuzzi area with strong jets, which was a nice bonus. The condo itself is a great size for a family of four, with a large kitchen and dining area that made it feel comfortable for a longer stay. The staff were responsive and helpful. They provided items we requested like a mop and bucket, and even offered a cleaning service during our stay (which we didn’t use since we had our nanny with us). The property is gated with security, which added peace of mind. The biggest issue is cleanliness. At first glance, everything seems fine, but once you settle in, you start noticing how gritty and grimy things actually are. The condo really needs a deep clean. Baseboards were dusty, and the glossy “marble” walls behind the stove and toilets were visibly greasy. Curtains in almost every room were stained, and the headboards were not only dusty but also stained and had an unpleasant smell. The beds were uncomfortable, lumpy and dented, likely from overuse, and the sofa also had an odor. Small details like rusted tissue holders and the toilet sprayer added to the worn-down feel. Before I could fully relax, I had to clean the space myself. Outside the unit, the hallways had visible scuff marks, and the ground floor near the lifts (by the pool entrance/exit) had a noticeable urine smell, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, a heads-up: you can’t bring snacks or juice into the pool area—only water is allowed.

• Thomas (4/5): Very disappointed ☹️ - We have stayed on 2 previous occasions and everything was good. This time we were in 'S' block and were very disappointed. We believed that we booked for a room with a washing machine and there wasn't one when we said about it we were told that they could move us in a couple of days to another apartment but it would cost an extra £5 per day - we were staying for a month so this would have been an additional £150! The television only had Thai channels and no access to any other channels, the furniture and decor was scruffy, worn and well past it's best. We had to be moved to another apartment as the waste pipe on the bathroom sink was not even attached - still no washing machine in the other one and then had to get them out twice as the internet did not work. We were very angry and disappointed about the condition and facilities of the apartment and did express this to the owner/agent but they seemed unconcerned despite saying sorry. Given this we would never return or recommend the Atlantis Condo Apartments as the whole complex is starting to get shabby and there are a lot newer and better apartments in the area.

• Шахова (6/5): Сантехнику надо срочно менять! - Понравилось местоположение, прямо в соседнем доме магазин 7/11, большой бассейн с горками. Сам номер не очень, двух ярусная кровать жутко скрипела, что спать невозможно было, вся мебель обшарпанная, туалет на следующий день забился, быстро правда отреагировали и прочистили. Под раковиной тоже капало, пришел сантехник вроде как сделал, но не помогло.

• Suresh (6/5): Ok accommodation with very old furniture, cracks on wall, untidy washroom with bad smell… - Swimming pool only There is no washing machine, when asked the lady said u need to pay more for a room with washing machine which was a surprise as we booked 3 rooms thinking all of them have machines. Old furniture, no proper kitchen equipment, even we stayed 4 nights none came to clean the rooms. A night stay or two is ok, long stays is terrible. Bathroom is dirty, cracks everywhere, shower dosent work well, in one room complained about bad smell but they dint change the room.

Мы жили в 35 кв метрах и на просьбу предоставить нам то жильё, которое мы оплатили нам сказали, что это именно оно. А я специально заплатила чуть дороже за дополнительные квадратные метры. • Volodimir (1/5): Ужас - Добрый день,3 взрослых 1 ребенок(11лет),на фото было три отдельные кровати.По факту одна кровать(средняя) ,и расскладной полуторный диван ,в ужасном состоянии.Деньги оплатили через Букинг на перед ,пришлось спать в четвером на двух кроватях .Номер не соответствует фото ,очень убитая квартира,в ванной вода не стекает.Не рекомендую.Мы бы не сняли эту квартиру,но пришлось жить ,деньги оплатили на перед .

Jouduin nukkumaan korvatulppien kanssa. Suihkun vedenpaine oli heikko ja huone oli muutenkin vähän huono kuntoinen.

• Hans (5/5): Overpriced and need refurbishment. - Bed was good. Door entrance was poor with key, others had digital. Poor kitchen equipment, just 2 chairs for 3 people, bed sofa outdated, rosty chairs and table on balcony. Shower was poor as tube was leaking. Toilet paper holder was very rosty.

• Pascal (8/5): - Die Wohnung war gross und es gab ausreichend Platz. Es war gemütlich mit einem Sitzplatz direkt am Pool des Hotels. Der Pool ist tagsüber mehrheitlich im Schatten, was durchaus erfreulichj ist bei der thailändischen Sonne. Wir waren etwas über einer Woche und so gab es eine kostenlose Reinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Lage ist etwas ruhiger und nicht ganz so zentral gelegen. Dennoch ist alles gut und schnell erreichbar, das wir unternommen haben. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region. Wir waren zum ersten Mal Jomtien und könnten die Region sowie die Unterkunft auch Familien bestens empfehlen. Für unseren 5 jöhrigen Sohn war es ein toller Urlaub und es gab viel zu unternehmen und zu sehen.

• Elizabeth (4/5): - The location and the staff The condo had very poor wifi connection!!! only 20mb to be shared with other residents.The connection kept on cutting off every 15min so you had to log in again. The router is outside the room on the hallway stucked to the ceiling. I did some speedtests and most of the time I was getting from 8-10mbps. There was a sewage smell coming from the en suite bathroom that filled the room. When you switch on the aircondition a strong smell of mold fills the bedroom. These were the smells that you had to sleep in unless you leave the window open and get eaten by the mosquitos. There was a dangerous lamp that was flickering letting out sparks of electricity and one of the lights in the bathoom was not working. I had to leave a few days before ending my stay as it was unbearabke to sleep there and internet was getting worse. I paid over 15.000baht for 18 days stay and the owner refused to refund me the last 4 days when I had to leave. !!!Avoid this condo if you don't want to sleep with the smell of sewage or mould and have no internet!!!

Der Zustand und und die Vielfalt der Kinderrutschen könnte besser sein. Es stehen in der gesamten Anlage nur ca. 10 Liegen zur Verfügung. Vornehmlich russisches und chinesisches Publikum.

La camera ha climatizzatori Daikin efficienti e silenziosi. La camera è un po' vecchiotta e tenuta male, non corrispondente alle foto mostrate sul sito. Non c'è l'asciugacapelli.

I didn't like the fact that when I contacted the agent, he confirmed that the apartment matched the photos posted on the website, but in reality, it was terrible. I will attach photos.

So we as a family was very disappointed, and the bed was also very very hard for the kids to sleep on . Would be staying with this host again .
