• Susanne (10/5): Eine Oase, perfekt zum Verweilen und für Ausflüge an die Amalfiküste - Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat Antonio uns perfekt mit Informationen über die Unterkunft, die Gegend und die Anfahrt versorgt. Der erste Eindruck ist umwerfend, Der Garten sehr gepflegt mit wunderschönen Rosen und Zitronenbäumen, die Unterkunft selbst penibel sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick von unserem Balkon durch das Tal zum Meer ist wirklich traumhaft. Antonio ist unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit, gibt Tipps zu Ausflügen zur Amalfiküste und in die umliegenden Orte und ist immer ansprechbar für Fragen und Auskünfte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, es fehlt an nichts, das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Fornice anche una mappa del borgo e della Costiera, fatte da lui per far orientale i clienti, che prima ti illustra personalmente. Nella stanza sono presenti set di cortesia e frigo con bibite varie e patatine a prezzi accessibilissimi. Colazione servita vicino alla terrazza (non so se d'estate è possibile farla anche fuori). Sono presenti dolci tipici, torte, croissant e ci sono anche alimenti come yogurt magro, cereali di divarsi tipi per chi non vuole abbuffarsi, anche qualche salume e formaggio, oltre a succhi, acqua e bevande da caffetteria che fa al momento. Consigliatissimo, se ripasseremo di lì, sicuramente ritorneremo.

Antonio toonde zich een perfecte gastheer, die altijd voor je klaarstond en desgevraagd en uit eigener beweging veel nuttige adviezen verstrekte over restaurants, routes en interessante plekken in de omgeving. Op persoonlijk niveau was Antonio zeer betrokken en dat maakte het verblijf extra plezierig. De locatie is perfect net buiten de drukte van de Amalfi-kust. Niets.

• Paul (10/5): Aangenaam verblijf in een rustige omgeving - B & B is gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving van waaruit diverse bezienswaardigheden kunnen bezocht worden- wagen is aanbevolen om de nodige uitstappen te doen naar Amalfikust, Sorrento, Pompei en Vesuvius. Zeer verzorgd ontbijt en attentvolle uitbater van de B & B Communicatie mbt. ligging van de parking werd iets te laat doorgegeven. Ik was al onderweg met de wagen en was bijgevolg niet in de mogelijkheid om de info mbt. parking te lezen.

Colazione ricca e gustosa in terrazza davanti ad un bellissimo panorama, stanze luminose e pulitissime. Posizione strategica per visitare tutta la Costiera Amalfitana. Il parcheggio privato della struttura è ottimo ma avendo una macchina molto bassa risultava difficile scendere e salire da una rampa abbastanza ripida.

La mattina vengono serviti caffé, cappuccino accompagnati da squisite torte, frutta fresca, yogurt senza tralasciare salumi, uova e formaggi per chi preferisce una colazione salata. Il clima che si respira in questa struttura è sicuramente familiare. Il giardino con alberi di limoni e variopinti fiori rendono l'ambiente esterno elegante regalando una piacevole sensazione di relax. Non mancano dei lettini e una piccola piscina per le giornate più calde. Farfalle e Gabbiani nel cuore.

The B&B is very cosy and comfortable; you can spend a day just doing nothing. The locals are friendly and will try to communicate with you, even if they don't speak your language. Antonio is an outstanding host. Nothing is too much for him. He helped to plan the days in Amalfi, what to see, where to park and dine. Absolutely fantastic place to stay while visiting Amalfi if you don't want to be surrounded by the noisy tourists. Oh, and your room gets cleaned daily!

• Dionisas (10/5): Exceptional - Pretty much everything. The host, Antonio, was very helpful and professional. The location was great. Especially if you are not staying for 1 or 2 nights, because Amalfy Coast is very busy croudy, not very convenient. Farfalle is good for car travellers. The breakfast is not typical, much better than other places. We could compare during our travel in South Italy. The garden so cute. The town was amazing, so quite, nice, great views, green mountains, although it has very good places to eat. Yoy have everything you need to have wonderful time. In general, you can visit whatever you need in that area: Amalfy, Positano, Pompey, Napoly, Vesuvius, Path of God, return back to Farfalle and walk down a street to wonderful restaurant and have superb dinner. We were without kids there. I am not 100 % sure, but I would choose it also even if I would be there with my teenagers. Definitely recommend. I cannot say anything here. All was great.

The breakfast is a generous buffet with great coffee. The stay is very well located to explore more from the Amalfi Coast. We would definitely stay here again. The ONLY down side is, is that the pool “closed” at 18:30 (which I understand, since he also has to clean the pool himself!). It was totally fine but would have been nice to be able to swim after a long day.

The rooms were clean, the view beautif - First of all, Antonio was incredibly helpful, warm-hearted, and talkative — a truly wonderful host who made our stay extra special. The rooms were very clean, and when we requested extra pillows, Antonio helped us immediately. The view overlooking the lush green landscape was truly uplifting, and the hotel’s landscaping was really beautiful. Although it’s a bit far from the Amalfi Coast, staying at a place with parking is great. Also, for those traveling with electric cars, there’s a charging station available in the village square. As for the breakfast, it was absolutely outstanding: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. It was the perfect way to start our day! There was nothing we disliked; everything was truly perfect. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for travelers without a car, as the hotel is located uphill and isn’t well connected to public transportation. This might make getting around difficult for some.

He kindly helped us plan a day of driving along the Amalfi Coast and gave us some great advice for places to visit and eat! Tramonti is well located and away from the craziness of Positano and Amalfi, but close enough to visit for the day. The hotel was well maintained and our room had a beautiful view of the valley. Would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Amalfi Coast for a couple of days.

We were able to easily get around from Farfalle E Gabbiani with our rental car and also by bus for day trips to the coast. The owner of the accommodation served us with warm kindness, advising us on how to see and experience attractions and great places. We felt safe and welcome throughout our stay.

• Lisa (9/5): Loved my stay at this place-based gem of a property! - Regarding the breakfast buffet. while there was a lot of variety and ample supply, I would have preferred less selection and more healthy options. Packaged, hi-sugar food isn't enticing, nor healthy -- I will forego breakfast rather than eat it. Cut fruit, quality bread for toasting, healthy granola or muesli are my favourites, personally, and I don't think people need too much choice. I loved the hospitality and kind welcome, I loved the beautiful setting and garden and that the place is cared for by a family member and has a history.

We found the upper roof terrace which was our favourite thing about our stay. Antonio recommended a nearby restaurant, which was walking distance, which was amazing. Antonio, the owner, has a passion for what he does. He made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help us make the most of our holiday. We loved his dining recommendations, and ate in local family-run restaurants, where we had some excellent meals at great value. As everyone says, the breakfasts were delicious with the best pastries, home made cakes and great coffee. We wanted a quiet location away from the crowds of the Amalfi coast, and this was perfect for us. But still within easy reach of the tourist spots. One of the highlights of our holiday was a private boat trip, which Antonio arranged for us with one of his friends. Grazie Antonio! Nothing

Private parking, nice views, a beautiful property in the middle of the mountains. Getting to the hotel with big suitcases it’s not easy from the parking lot, we also got a room in the top level and it wasn’t easy when having to move a big and heavy suitcase.

• Nayankumar (10/5): Exceptional - This lovely B&B is beautifully located in the Tramonti mountains in a tranquil village. It is only a 15-20 min drive to Maiori on the coast so easy to get to by car or bus. The parking is about 100m from the hotel and you walk through the village where the locals are friendly and happy to greet you. The property has beautiful gardens and the whole accommodation is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room is a good size and clean, with a large comfy double bed (and also a single bed that we found useful to put spare clothes), large wardrobe, practical bathroom and amazing views of the village and mountain from the balcony in our room. The breakfast is delicious with a nice variety of cereal, eggs, pastries and breads, which we had in a very pleasant outdoor area overlooking the gardens and mountains. The highlight was the owner, Antonio. He was simply fantastic and made us feel like family. Antonio took time to answer all of our questions - about what to do and see, what restaurants to eat at (evening making bookings for us) and advising on the best way to get around. He was very kind and hard working, from serving breakfast to tending to the gardens and keeping the property immaculate. My wife and I are so glad we chose this property and a massive thank you and lots of love to the owner Antonio for making our experience so special! Nothing - we loved everything!

The gardens are immaculate and you can relax on the loungers as well as enjoying a dip in the newly installed pool. Not big but perfect for the amount of guests that the accommodation hosts. Rooms are clean and tidy with Air Conditioning. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Nothing

He made the holiday so much easier and provided us with so much information the most helpful hotel proprietor I have ever come across could not praise him enough. The location was also brilliant to the surrounding towns and made it easy to travel to each. The breakfasts were also excellent with fresh local produce used. The rooms were fresh and cleaned every day with a great air con system and balcony with great views. Finally the grounds were very picturesque and had great sunbathing area and use of a pool Leanne Lunt

Moreover, the location is just excellent - all cities along Amalfi coast in a convenient driving distance but you have your hideaway away from all the noise and tourists at Antonio's villa - cherry on the top is the beautiful view while having very nice breakfast at the villa's terrace :)

• Marius (10/5): Memorable and very relaxing experience on Amalfi Coast surrounded by mountains and beaches - Antonio the host from Farfalle e Gabbiani was amazing.He is very kind,very accomodating and went out of his way to please us. Breakfast selection is very rich and tasty with many choices boiled eggs,cheese,prosciutto,fresh fruit, youghurts,milk,cereals,freshly made in front of you coffee like espresso or capuccino, fresh croissants etc The house has a very beautiful   and relaxing garden  with lemon trees, beautiful flowers and even a very clean small pool with complimentary access to guests. Antonio has a generous parking area next to his property providing free parking to the guests. The property is in an amazing small village looking like straight from  an Italian movie with very friendly people all around:-) . The area is very beautiful and peaceful  surrounded by mountains and the property is decorated in Italian style  with very good taste and is also very  clean.Is just a few minutes drive to Maiori and Minori very nice and relaxed beaches . Thank you very much for a memorable experience Antonio! Everything was amazing!

The property was immaculate, and the gardens were beautiful, tidy, and well-maintained. The bonus was the swimming pool which we did not expect. The view was wonderful, up in the mountains and with a view of the Amalfi coast to boot.
