This time, I stayed there after much too and fro and the reservations team went out of the way to ensure that I got a room for 2 nights, although I finally only stayed for one. The check-in was smooth when I reached in the evening and the room was ready. The size is very comfortable and mine overlooked Gandhi Maidan. The breakfast spread was great, giving people a taste of local food too. Overall, a great experience!

Professional staff, good and clean rooms. The conference halls were great as well with amazing western and asian selections. Their biryani was to die for We managed to sneek in meal at spice court on Monday as ot was packed and totally booked from Friday to Sunday. The meal at spice court was memorable.

They were very good , good house keeping staff always ased if I wanted anything. The food at the restaurant was very good , so was the morning breakfast buffet and room service .

Rooms were good and kept very well considering its a heritage hotel Food was good and the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of breads and muffins apart from western and indian options

My parents were well taken by the house keeping staff and ample support offered by the front office department. The food was tailored for my parents which they appreciated well We had a great meal also at the hotel. Wanted local food so they gave us a Bihari thali which was really good. Breakfast was at the lobby level restaurant which had a huge spread and freshly baked breads and muffins.

Rooms were not properly cleaned. Charged me 8500 bucks and taxes extra. Given me the worst room . There was no view from the room. Suffocation all around the hotel. Reception does not answer calls. And if answered, it was very unproffessional. Bell boy rarely there to attend. If u ask the tariff, the front desk has different answers. No car renta services available in the hotel. They don't have Travel desk, everything is done through reception, whether it s housekeeping, laundry, etc.।।। Overall a very poor managed hotel, where room and food were very bad

The hotel room wasn't clean, and when we complained about it, they moved us to another equally lousy room. Likewise, room service too was very disappointing. Often time the room service receptionist would miss the order placed. They served us stale or burnt tea on multiple occasions. Such was the experience that, in the end, we stopped ordering from room service.
