• Timo (7/5): 位置优秀，价格适中。 - 地理位置非常优秀，距离termini火车站就一站地铁，出行非常方便，距离斗兽场，罗马广场这些景点都非常方便，可步行到达，接待小姐姐也非常nice，满足所有的要求。 房间隔音效果不是特别好，卫生间条件一般，非常小，排水不好，闷湿的感觉，整个房间也是闷闷的，主要是老房子，这没有办法，民宿硬件条件如此，但性价比还是可以的，短住一两天没问题。

• Patricia (8/5): Sencillo pero correcto y con fantástica ubicación - Camas cómodas y habitacion espaciosa.Buena ubicación,a 100 m de parada de metro y bus, y a un paseíto de santa maria la mayor. Quizás el baño le faltaba alguna balda para apoyar las cosas y a veces le costaba salir el agua caliente.

• Karina cecilia (10/5): Casi perfecta - la ubicación para conocer es perfecta porque esta a no mas de 100 metros del metro, y muy cerca de la estación de tren para ir caminando, la recepción excelente nos estaban esperando las almohadas deberían ser un poco mas confortables y dejar al menos leche en polvo para el desayuno

Letti comodi . gradito frigo in camera e asciugacapelli . spazio adeguato per vestiti. Il mattino hanno rifatto i letti ;) il bagno non è allargabile ovviamente va bene se devi fermarti una o massimo due notti non di più . bagno davvero piccolo, impossibile lavare la faccia . Nella doccia soffione fisso che non ti consentiva di NON lavare anche i capelli Ricordarsi le pantofole !

Worst think was at night u cant have a nice silent sleep always very noisy ppl walking in and out kids running around cooking late night not very happy with this place .

• Rajshekhar (7/5): The room is a part of an apartment. its just 20 minutes walk to colosseum. The location is good - The room and the bath room was clean. The bathroom is too small, with no ventilation. It becomes more challenging when you have a toddler. The air conditioning was not good enough.

Czystość na wysokim poziomie i duży plus za codziennie sprzątanie i uzupełnianie braków jak herbaty, herbatniki czy dżemy. Dobra lokalizacja - stosunkowo blisko do zabytków i stacji metra. Przechowalnia bagażu w cenie bardzo pomogła nam w ostatni dzień. Wifi bez zarzutu. Klimatyzacja w porządku. Niezbyt dobrze zrobione jest wygłuszenie - bardzo dużo słychać - zwłaszcza z korytarza. Brak mobilnej słuchawki prysznicowej był dla nas bardzo denerwujący

• Concetta (8/5): - Tutto perfetto!! Le uniche due cose da segnalare: il letto era un po’ sfondato e secondo me bisogna cambiare il materasso che sprofondava al centro. Altra cosa da mettere in conto, più che altro per gli italiani manca una cosa fondamentale: il BIDET. per il resto lo staff era molto simpatico e la camera pulita e calda.

• Patricia (7/5): Boa localização e relação qualidade/preço - Gostei da localização, o quarto era confortável, o check in e check out rápido e prático, troca frequente de toalhas e arrumação do quarto, comunicação via whatsapp muito prática com boas recomendações de onde comer. A rua era muito barulhenta o que prejudicou o descanso, na primeira noite uma campainha tocou insistentemente durante muito tempo, já após as 00:00. Estes hóspedes que fizeram check in tardio fizeram bastante barulho com as malas e a bater portas. O facto do cofre não estar a funcionar obrigou-nos a andar pela cidade com bens que preferíamos ter deixado no cofre para andarmos mais leves e seguros.

La mia stanza era collegata ad una specie di sgabuzzino con la caldaia all'interno. Questo non mi è piaciuto molto e lo trovo poco sicuro. Inoltre ci sono problemi di illuminazione sia naturale che artificiale (luci basse e poche). Non c'è il bidet. La doccia è fissa senza doccino separato. Nell'appartamento c'era un cattivo odore legato forse all'umidità. Non si capiva da dove provenisse.

• Nattanicha (4/5): I am sorry but It’s a no ! - Welcoming owner. A nice guy along with the cleaning lady ( she was very friendly ) 1) very noisy you could hear people from other rooms having intercourses…. 2) we couldn’t sleep at the night really noisy from the floor above . Like 23:00 to 1:00 am 3 ) mattress was sunk on one side and it made our stay really really bad. We felt we were sleeping on a different level. 4 )the bathroom !! Expect a small sink which is fit in between the wall and the shower cabin, you cannot brash your teeth as there is not enough space to do movements with your hands / arms . The shower cabin is small , there is not a shower head at all inside , so you only can use a rain shower which is forcing you to wash your hair every time. You cannot bend inside the shower cabin due to the size and once you move around your self you might hit the big handle tap that is sticking out too much and from normal temperature water go to either very warm or very cold water . 5) 2 days before our check out someone committed suicide at the corner of the property in front of us ,there are also people laying on the side walk right at the corner begging for money . The near by park it’s a no no no …. 6 ) it’s a condominium since 1885 , a condo divided by 4 or 5 small rooms with really bad size bathrooms.
• Jolanta (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Koloseum, Dworca Termini, Bazyliki Marii Maggiore. Na ulicy gdzie znajduje się obiekt dwa supermarkety, lokale gastronomiczne. Metro tuż za rogiem. Czystość pokoju, codziennie pokój był sprzątany, świeże ręczniki. Codziennie zostawiane tosty, dżem i kawa. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Room was located at the end of the corridor in the inner part of the building. There were some furniture in the corridor, partially blocking the access to the room. There was minimum daylight in the room as both windows had view to the inner part of the building. Uncomfortable bed, limited space in the room and very small bathroom. Noisy as there is no any soundproof . Moreover strange noise and some vibrations were sensible as there was unit (cooling/power not sure) installed across the window.

Would come back! - Very nice staff, always available for all the question; super clean room, every day cleaning service, new towels, bedsheets; comfortable bed. It was near main attractions, and well positioned near the Termini station. Strategic position. It is a small thing that didn’t bother us too much - not enough daylight in a room. It was positioned to inner part of the building.

• Marelis (10/5): - Four of us stood at Dandi Domus for a weekend while studying abroad and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a cute balcony. The woman who checked us in was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel safe and happy with our choice. She held our bags for us before check-in and after check-out while we finished sightseeing. It was very close to the train station, making it easy for us to catch our trains there and back. As well as walkable to all the major sites, including the colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and more. We have no complaints and had a great experience!

• Yoma (9/5): Pleasant and enjoyable - We loved the neatness of the apartment, the beds were comfortable and they provided a cot for my baby. We were able to store our luggage on the corridor for hours after we checked out. The staff were exceptionally helpful, they provided recommendations on food, restaurants, and overall safety. We were welcomed with a tray of biscuits, coffee and tea and when they realized that we did not want coffee they brought extra biscuits. The location was also pretty central, about 15 mins walk to Coliseum, 13 minutes from Termini station and very close to the metro. The street right outside was a bit dirty and dodgy, it was however pretty safe, as I moved around after 10PM without issues. There were no dishes and they had an old microwave that was not listed as part of their facilities. I would have stayed longer if these were available.

• Elias (6/5): Suitable for sleeping, but not for longer stays in - The staff was super friendly and welcoming, explaining us the way through the city and how to see all the sights. It's located close to the metro station (and Termini) as well as a supermarket, the colosseum is 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms were okay to sleep in, but quite small and dark. Also, the furniture seemed heavily used and randomly assembled. It's surely alright if you only want to explore the city but not suitable for a long stay in the hotel.

• Mihaela (9/5): Superb - Room was clean. Bedding were perfectly clean  Position is very good, close to the metro. Communication with the staff was very good. We wanted to let our bagagges at 12 pm but they also gave us the keys of the room, since it was ready earlier. The noise. You can hear everything from the other rooms and from the upper floor. It was a bit noisy these 2 nights and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom is really really small byt for some days it is ok.
