Also, found a face towel that had been used hanging in the restroom and there wasn't a remote for the TV. When requested one, we were given the wrong one.

There was nothing to cook with and when asked front desk about she said you have to bring own pots, pans etc. Every room I have previously rented had everything pretty much needed to cook with. Room was clean, but had a smell of a potpourri or cleaning solution. Whatever the smell was it was attempt to make it smell good, but the smell was awful.

I'm disappointed with my recent stay at this place, which I rented from November 17th to December 6th. Despite paying for a service that included regular cleaning, I was only provided with one cleaning during my entire 20-day stay. I had to request it multiple times, and even then, it wasn't up to par. The living space was dirty and not well-maintained, which was not what I expected. Unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend this place without significant improvements to their cleaning services."

- hugh (4/5): very disappointing - some of the staff are very nice the sink has been messed up for a week, the TV still doesn't work properly and the wifi goes out all the time. the outlets in the room doesn't work at all. toilet seat was messed up for a week. and I was told no service for room when we have been here over a week. that is not cleaning. and bugs are in my room as well

- Isaiah (8/5): - The room was clean, and the wifi was great from my phone and laptop but it did not work on my consoles at all. So my fiancée had to work somewhere else as she works from home. No one bothered us during our stay. Even if they did, the staff really don’t care all that much. One girl was on the phone talking and we had to wait until she finished before she could help us out. It’s a good place for the price but don’t expect much. Also Parking was okay. We had to park on the side because parking was always full but it was never a far walk to park on the side….you just can’t see your vehicle. Overall we would give the place a 7/10 for the classic motel room with medium security

- Sandra (1/5): The most dirtiest place i stayed in - The toilet was dirty, you could see black molds round inside the toilet, I had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies, so I can be able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it myself It's a motel, it wasn't listed as a motel in booking.com, the pictures in booking.com are deceiving, that's not how it looks now, it is a road side motel to prostitutes and the addicts, the people next to me was constantly fighting and throwing things. They were not able to refund me, so I had to buy bedsheets, cleaning supplies in order to stay my money, I couldn't complete the 3 days that I paid, I had to check out earlier. There was no plates as pictured for the kitchen, no spoons, and when I asked for one at the reception, they told me to go to Walmart. The telephone were disconnected, because they don't want to be bothered.

I asked for some kind of compensation, but nothing was given back to me....For some reason, they don't stock any shampoo in the rooms. When asked about it, the girl in reception said people like to bring their own and is for hygienic reasons (?). How are the small unopened individually packed shampoo be less hygienic??? If their business model of saving 5 cents of the cost of shampoo for profit, then I will never book with the hotel again.

There was a full size fridge and microwave. Even a stove. There were no lamps next to the bed and there were only like 20 channels on the TV, but other than that..the stay was great. Will be staying here again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Got what I paid for - Arrived around 3:40pm to check in being that check in is at 3pm. Office was closed for about 10 minutes. The parking was convenient. Overflowing trash cans full of trash sitting under the stair case. Room was clean looking strong smell of floor cleaner or something like it. Bed so uncomfortable you could feel all the springs. Woke up to used the restroom to find roaches in the bathroom. I understand you get what you paid for lesson learned. If you need a couple hours of sleep this would work.
