• Vanessia (10/5): Great place - Nothing fancy, but clean and great location. Located on inlet with boat slip rentals. Nice pool and grear food within walking distance
• Deanna (8/5): - Great quiet place the only thing that I did not care for is. All the dogs that you should be able to fish on they have them completely gated up for the boaters now. It would be really great to be able to go out on one of the dogs and fish instead of being so close to the bank. They have definitely changed over the years that will probably be my last time going down there.

• Curtis R (8/5): Worried about noise - We were worried the first night of our stay about the noise coming from a group having a "family reunion" accompanied by heavy drinking and the band playing about 400 feet away at a waterfront bar. But everything quieted down by 10.30. Same for the following night.
• Richard (6/5): - Stayed in the inlet room. The AC does not keep the room cool enough. This is the second time we’ve rented this room in a year hoping it would be different. The TV in the living room area didn’t work properly. The TV in the bedroom the remote barely worked. We only stay here because of the location. It’s a shame I feel this place can be so much better.

• Joanna (8/5): - Our room view of the inlet - intracoastal waterway beautiful. These units are more expensive but so superior to the pool views where you sit on the walkway with others walking by without privacy. Hotel location superior, hotel old with upgrades. On the Edge restaurant free standing overlooking the water is open air and excellent.
• Michael (8/5): - Great location for offshore fishing and a very helpful staff. There's no parking available for a second car. Because there's not a vent in the bathroom, the humidity build-up in the room was noticeable--in particular the wooden table feeling wet.

I had hoped to be able to fish off the whole dock but only had access to a small portion near the shore. It does not look like the dock in the pictures. The hotel next door let you go out much further.

• Steven (10/5): 12 hours Sebring & Baseball - Great location for buddy trip to racing & baseball. Great view, close to night life, large rooms, free parking. Fold out bed was worn & uncomfortable my only negative.
• Richard (6/5): - Convenient to restaurants. Desk agent was very friendly and accommodating. Had to ask the house keeper to wash the floor because it was very slick and actually felt oily. Coffee and creamers were not replaced after our 1st night.

• GEORGE (6/5): Ok for 1 night - I expected great things from this place, but discovered it's run down. I was initially in a suite but the tv didn't work so the front desk person kindly tried to resolve the issue, including giving me a spacious room with tv. The hot tub doesn't work. The pool is barely heated. The curtains do not close all the way. But there are people who love this spot and will stay for a month or two during the winter. The water is right behind the hotel and there is lots to do in the area. The front desk worker went above and beyond to assist me
• JAMES (6/5): - It was OK nothing great. My room was very outdated. A lot of wood rot around the door frame. A lot of rust in the shower around the hot and cold water controls. Among other things, I’m a little surprised it has such good reviews.

• VALERIE (10/5): - Property is on the water and marina. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool. The hotel itself was quiet and security was good. The room was VERY clean! Pleasant service. Pool was very clean. Location is close to everything. Be aware there is bar/restaurant right next door and music is loud in the evening. It was difficult to get to sleep with how loud the music was. The small beach area is located on an inlet waterway. Not really for going for a swim but is good for sitting in the sun or children to play in the sand. Watching boats and yachts was nice. I would stay here again.

But people who checked in after asked the same question and their rooms were switched. Frustrating to say the least, but we still enjoyed staying here. Security guard at night is also a little intense….

Sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. AC was not very cold. Left a hanger on the door for maid service and came back to the hanger being on the inside of the door knob but room was still dirty. No bathrooms to use at the pool. I asked the security guard if there were bathrooms but he said no and didn't speak barely any English. It looked like you needed a code. Loved the location but not so much the property.

• Krystal (10/5): Great value! - We LOVED our stay at dockside. We stayed in room 417 and the king bedroom was separate from the living space. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great ( which is a must for us!). It is walking distance to many restaraunts and bars. We can’t wait to come back!

• Karen (10/5): Will be going back - Rooms were very clean and maid service was to the point. Security was exemplary with personnel watching the parking lot, pool, dock, and grounds in general. This was our second trip here and look forward to staying there again. Beaches, fishing areas, restaurants are all within close distance. People staying at the motel were also quite friendly.

• Loras (10/5): Harbor Location, Clean, Safe - Harbor view. Tasty restaurant 100 years away. Clean. Safe. Only negative I can think of is electrical outlets are scare.
• Teresa (6/5): - Overall, it was OK. It's an older property, but the location is great and the building is in fairly good shape. The rooms were large; decor was dated, but it was clean. The most frustrating part was being met with blank stares from the desk clerk at check-in and when we asked for a couple of towels. Definitely didn't feel like our business was appreciated.

Our last morning I walked down to the water and there was dolphins swimming right by shore. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Everyone is super friendly. We are already planning on staying again next year.

• Eileen (10/5): Great hotel for fishing - I loved this place because it was right on the water with fishing docks for only guests. The room was a king bed and a living room separate with a kitchen. We ate at the restaurant next door which was great. There was a tiki bar there as well. The grounds were really nice and there’s a bit shop on property. We had a blast.

Not too noisy We had a pool side room, room was well equipped with microwave and refrigerator Had glass cups and glasses, the mattress was a lil too firm for me..so we moved to a king suite the next night ...staff was exceptional!
• Amy (10/5): Great stop!! - The only issue we had at all were the way way too soft mattresses and the way too hard pillows. The giant foam mattress was like sleeping on a marshmallow- zero support. But staff was awesome, location is fantastic, loved the Tiki bar next door and felt very secure. Rooms are dated but clean, and more than we needed. Bonus is being in the Freebie car service to get you all over town. As for the parking issue- there isn’t one. One car per room people. Deal with it.

• Laura (8/5): - The room is nice and spacious. Small kitchen, living and bedroom. The living room gets hot due to no a/c. Only a/c is a small unit in the bedroom. The bathroom is cute but very small, no counter space. Luckily it does have a full size dresser with a mirror.
• Ronald (10/5): Great place to stay! - Easy check in. Easy check out. Lois at front desk was great and always pleasant. Right on dock and great fishing spot as well.
• Lauren (10/5): - Our stay was amazing. We had a waterview suite and the view did not disappoint! It is, by no means, a luxury resort. It was clean and the bed was comfy.
• Kimberly (6/5): OK for the price - Great location. Room is dated but very clean. A/C was very weak and the only unit is in the bedroom so the living area is warm. Tip envelope from housekeeping was written with "coffee maker does not work". Maybe should have removed and/or replaced. Check in lady was nice as was maintenance man. On the Edge is convenient but we went for a later bite to eat on a Monday and at 8:40 we asked to order and bartender said they were closing and stopped food at 8:45. Again, convenient to walk to restaurants.

• Angela (10/5): Relaxing weekend. - Lovely weekend with hubby. Was switched to an accessible harbor view room on check in which was great for disabled spouse. Accessible room does not have a full kitchen just a kitchenette but we made due. Loved fishing right out the back of the property. Housekeeping was exceptional. All In all very relaxing.
